For Drop Trailer Owner Operators
You're cooked if they lie to you about 24 hr drop trailer. I waited for 4 days. Ask enough money to compensate before booking load, $200 a day does not cut it if you're loosing out on $1000 short runs
Security and door 285 gave me wrong directions. Had to redock to 207. The map they give drivers are outdated. Some 22 year old helped me out with the correct dock. Took time to get started but once started we were good. Decent experience.
My 2023 Acura RDX's window on the driver side completely fell down to the driver's side door last December 31, 2023 (exactly one year after I purchased this vehicle). I brought my car to the dealership to fix it and was told that not only is the window defective but also the regulator. This is unacceptable and not the old Acura kind of quality cars that I used to know. It's only one year old and for this to happen - it is poor quality work and does not bode well to the old good reputation of Acura!
This particular Acura model was built at this plant in Ohio.

Owner Operators if you don’t want your week to be messed up please don’t take any load to this facility that says drop trailer especially from broker EASE LOGISTICS 🤦🏾♂️ I booked a load with them on Friday and they told me it was a 24hrs drop I made the drop that same Friday I went back on Sunday evening to get my trailer just to find out this place don’t even work weekends and I couldn’t get that trailer back till Wednesday evening and every time I call broker about it they don’t don’t care because they tricked people into accepting that load and then don’t care how long it takes to get trailer back. Please stay away from this place it’s not worth it! ZERO STAR FOR YA!!
This is a horrible place for delivery especially when you have to drop your trailer. I dropped my trailer and it took 5 days to get it unloaded. They messed up my week . Do not drop your trailer here for any reason. If i can I could give them 0 star.
Owner operators(live unload)be aware, if broker tells you drop trailer for 24 hrs, I guarantee you, it is at least 48 hrs. Be mindful of this facility! My buddy waited for his trailer for 9 days!

Avoid this place or there is a big chance to drop you trailer for 2 weeks. Brokers told u its empty after 10 days so I came back and it was still loaded!!!! Crazy

10-24-22. We dropped our trailer to get empty, the agreement was 24 hours drop trailer. Today is 10-26-22 trailer still not touched. Will never take anything that says drop trailer for 24 hours. Super disappointed with Honda plant😡.
Everyone is professional & willing to help. I didn't have complete, clear information & several people tried to help especially Jeremy. In a very short time I was loaded & on my way to deliver my load.
Security is garbage and very disrespectful. This old lady refused to give me her name. I will catch them on the street. They need to learn how to talk to people.
It seemed great to me but I only had to drop and hook a trailer, but the girl that waited on me a the guard/control gate was very beautiful and very friendly
A very interesting place. I got to see where my car was built. So much done by robotics. Amazing. Thanks for the guided tour. FYI no picture taking permitted in the factory.
Hauled a trailer with glass racks in it Honda care so much about there reputation they used one single strap on over 10,000lbs of racks. And the load shifted shooting the racks out the trailer with so much force it ripped the trailer door clean off, that was the third load they didn't strap properly and wound up I theiddle of the road, causeing three different truck driver to get ticketed. And the drivers are not allowed in the trailer to properly strap the load. But we sure as hell can get the ticket and the marks on our license.. because of there negligence, I got my first ticket in over 13 years..
