We had the most amazing experience with Wren's Service Station!! We needed a tow that was 47miles from the pick up site and AAA could not find anyone to take the call. Wren's did not hesitate to take the call! Our driver was Jonathan, he was extremely accommodating, even with it being a late night drive! He stayed in contact with me the entire time, he called when he was on his way to us, when he got to our town and he also called me as soon as he got to the destination to let us know that he made it and our vehicle had been dropped off safely. It is stressful enough to need a tow so having someone like Jonathan makes the situation much easier for sure!!!! Thank you Jonathan and Wren's we appreciate everything!!!!

Called AAA and they sent a driver from Wren's Service Center. Joel arrived promptly when he said he would. He quickly assessed the situation and quickly got the car out of the snow and yard and back on the street. Nice guy and knew what he was doing.

Great prompt service. They communicated very well and were very helpful as we navigated insurance and what to do and where our car that was totaled should go. Helpful on the day of the accident in stressful moments and community oriented!

Despite a very frustrating AAA experience with them sending 2 prior tow trucks over 2 days that wouldn’t/couldn’t help. Dylan (Wren’s) took the time to help me. He is Patient, kind, and truly my hero! He was able to get my car when nobody else could and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you, Dylan!!!

Called AAA for a tow on an 09 F150 giving all the info they asked for and they sent someone from this company. Driver tells me his bed is too long to accommodate for the parking lot the vehicle was in.The parking lot is fairly large and though the truck has a somewhat flat tire it could’ve been moved to better position for the tow truck or even to another nearby location. He didn’t ask nor offer. I don’t know if he didn’t know what to do or if he had plans with the passenger but to hear the job can’t be done after waiting 2hrs is pretty disheartening. Says someone else has been assigned to the job who can better accommodate. Hope it’s not going to be another 2hrs.

These guys seriously helped me out in a tough spot tonight. AAA gave them the wrong location and they still made sure to get ahold of me and find out where I was, and get my vehicle safely towed to where it needed to go! Highly recommend! I believe it was Brian that helped me. Awesome customer service.

My father and my sister had a blow out and ran their car in the ditch on the 70/75 interchange called AAA they were there way ahead of schedule and were so kind and helped get the car out of the ditch and hauled off of the interstate and home safely highly recommend for any of your towing needs thank you again for you great service and hospitality

Excellent service. I hit a deer at 11:30 at night. Wrens responded quickly from the AAA app. Jonathan was excellent. Very knowledgeable of his job and very friendly. Made a bad experience with hitting a deer pleasant to deal with. Thank you!!!

Called AAA for tow service they told me it would be 1 hour 45 min. and next thing I knew Wrens towing was calling telling me they would be here in 7 min. He had my vehicle loaded up on a rollback in no time and we were at the destination before the time AA A gave me for pick up. Doug was my driver and he did a wonder job and we had a nice visit during travels. He was very polite, prompt, and would highly recommend! Thank you Doug (Wrens)for helping me out today!! Stay safe!

This company provides excellent customer service. Brian was prompt on arrival, efficient with the hook up and recovery process. He was so friendly and professional. Went above and beyond for us, as we were out of state when we had our accident.Brian, and the owner himself, were so helpful in providing resources and all things needed as we navigated through this process. Their genuine compassion brought us so much peace in this uncertain and challenging moment. They were even gracious enough to provide towing to our home, about 280 miles away. Brian was truly a hero in our time of need, almost felt like family when the adventure was complete. Thank you really doesn’t say enough!! I would recommend them 100 times over and if you get Brian you will be double blessed!!

Jonathan was super helpful in explaining that the lower control arm of my passenger side wheel was disconnected. Was very clear in making sure I knew what was happening during every step in the towing process. Even gave me a call to make sure my car was at the right repair shop and included a note of my information and a listing of the car’s problems. If you need a towing, you’re in great hands here!

Jonathan was amazing! Can’t thank him enough for getting me out of a bind with my vehicle. The communication, his punctuality, his way of explaining everything throughout the process made it easy and comfortable. I have AAA service. I unfortunately got locked out of my vehicle. I called & Wren’s Service Station in De Graff came out & got me right in. Just so happened that the boss was there where I was & they got it unlocked within minutes. I forget the guys name that came, but he was very friendly & nice. Would recommend them if you need assistance.

This evening my family and I dealt with the misfortune of the transmission going out in my car in downtown Dayton later in the evening. Kenny from Wren's Service Center was dispatched with the duties of towing my vehicle and I couldnt be more glad that he was the one who was sent out. Kenny went above and beyond the call of service to ease our minds and make this troubling time much easier. His professionalism and courtesy are unmatched to any auto services that I've ever experienced in the auto service industry. If I could give him 6 stars I definitely would have. If you need Wren's already amazing services then ask for Kenny and they will instantly get better. Highly recommend from my family

Johnathan with Wren's was great to work with! I needed a tow and it was the fastest response time I've ever had with a tow service. He was there in twenty minutes and delivered my car timely to the drop off location. He offered a ride or even a credit for me to get a ride, but I had one already. He even called me after he dropped my car off to let me know everything was taken care of. Great job Johnathan!

Cody was wonderful. I had my second blowout of the day and he arrived in 15 minutes to assist me with a tow back to the apartment. He was great. Very friendly and did a great job. Would highly recommend Wrens and Cody if you need a tow.

Kenny picked up my truck today via tow through AAA. Super nice guy, we talked for a bit and he called me when he got the truck dropped off at the shop I was having it sent too. Super satisfied!

Brian is as so sweet and so helpful when AAA was giving me the run around! He went out of his way to make sure the car was safe and he got into contact with me, and I am so appreciative of him!! Will definitely call him instead of AAA next time.

Wren’s Towing came out today through my AAA service provider. The driver Kenny was amazing at helping me figure out how to handle the problem with my vehicle. He took time to try several different things and eventually came to a resolution long enough for us to get it to the shop. I would highly recommend Wren’s services and especially Kenny. He was fantastic!!

Wrens and the team of professionals showed up in a timely manner and were able to tow my 3/4 ton diesel home for me in my time of need. I was located on a back country road in the dark. They showed up were able to load and tow my truck home safely. Can’t thank them enough!!! Cameron was awesome!! Very professional and was able to address the situation and make things easy!! I had an excellent experience with this towing company, and I can't thank Kenny enough for his help! After getting stuck in a ditch due to the snow, we were initially assigned a different driver, but Kenny went above and beyond. Even though he wasn’t our original driver, he took the initiative to call AAA and request to switch to our rescue, and I'm so glad he did. Kenny was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He first helped get the car behind us out, and then efficiently pulled us out of the ditch with no issues. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing. He made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Kenny really went out of his way to ensure we weren’t stuck any longer than necessary, and I’m grateful for his dedication. Highly recommend this towing service, especially if you’re lucky enough to get Kenny!
