Me and the hubby went here after a not so pleasant encounter at the Mentor store. Joe and his crew are very personable, helpful and patient. We were struggling to find a part that fit my car and Joe was kind enough to go through multiple parts until we found the one with the closest measurement that we needed. We also found out that the Mentor store is actually pretty well stocked for its size ?.
Always great customer service, great parts, and great prices. Always call them first when looking for parts locally. They have parts for BMWs and run of the mill GMs like Chevy Cruze in stock
I had ordered a 2012 hyndia genesis 4.6 engine in feburary and still have not recieved it i had spoken with employee kay who has used every excuse imaginable from covid to telephone and internet shut down to not enough employees to load the engine now its been a month that promises by her to call back with a tracking number ive been calling and just goes to machine and never get a call back from any left messages i will be reporting to BBB and consumer affairs i will never ever do business with them again ... this neglegence has costed me thousands for storage this project is a major loss and still can,t contact kay
The staff is ok,( it's usually a hit or miss). The lady up front though at the cash register is very helpful and friendly. The prices arent bad. But the issue is that there are a lot of things they dont have, a majority of the time they have to order parts, and they dont sell nor rent tools. Places like autozone blow these guys out of the water when it comes to service and availability etc. I hope one day they can be more competitive though!
lake county was a nice place to buy from great service great parts . lake county got bought by car parts warehouse . they give you a price then call 1/2 hr later and change price to almost 100 more . then want cod for the part when they deliver it so i sent it back . i will not deal with car parts warehouse . dishonest and unprofessional
