I love this place !! They have a very nice staff that's eager to help. Recently had a PTO issue with my tow truck not too long ago and although they were very busy at the time and I didn't have an appointment they still squeezed me in. They fixed my issue for way cheaper than what I thought it was going to be and got me back on the road the same day within a hour of me calling them. I really appreciate you guys and will definitely spread the word of how well I was treated there. Thanks again guys.

ordered a truck from there and the customer service was outstanding, normally i would have to like 5 months to get a truck and got it within the time frame i needed. and the truck are super nice as well. i will continue to order all my trucks from here on out. keep up the good work

He sold me a 2020 Nissan Van that he said had repaired damage from a minor accident in the rear
I stupidly didn’t read the paperwork till I got home. And then bought the car fax. it’s a 2019 (the ad and the keys both said 2020, they said 2020, only the paperwork I should have read while there says 2019) and had had multiple accidents including being completely totaled in a side swipe. So major damage.
It’s just bad ethics to lie like that. The discount I got was fine but had I known it had been in multiple accidents- I wouldn’t have bought it. If you can’t tell a buyer the right year of a car you aren’t to be trusted, a bit ridiculous really. I’m just happy I could actually get insurance on it.
I purchased a 2020 ram 5500 rollback from Tony and I have to say it was the best experience and purchase I have ever had. Tony was very knowledgeable and professional and I will be coming back to him to get my next truck. Tony made everything so easy and the truck was everything he said it was! Thanks again Tony!
Bought a used 2022 ford f550 rollback tow truck. I have had no issues with the vehicle and they gave great customer service especially Tony Esposito. Would recommend 10/10. Great buying experience.
I purchase a truck last year and before I made it home it broke down on me. Engine went out a month later. This truck has been a nightmare for me, problem after problem. They price their trucks low to seem fair but the trucks are maintained so poorly and will cost you your business trying to repair. This truck has been down since October. I haven't been able to use this truck for two weeks consecutively without having put it back in the shop. Please PLEASE just go buy you a new one which may cost more but it's worth it! They have a loophole they have found here but it will come to a end soon. I'm reporting them to the FBI

The connecting rod bearings failed due to poor maintenance and lack of oil changes. That is what the dodge dealer told me. Before you lie about not having records. Dan is the salesman name.

One of the worst experiences thought It was a legit company someone told me to go check them out they sell brand new tow trucks and used tow trucks I bought one and not even three weeks Engine went out tried communicating with them no answer whatsoever they stopped answering and they said I’m on my own. After seeing that previous buyers post, definitely needed to make this. Worst company I dealt with. Ive bought over 27 trucks and this has the be the worst yet/ stole my money and stop answering…
One of the worst experiences I pay top dollar for a tow truck no negotiation whatsoever A 2020 tow truck, they said they inspected it completely and that it’s good to go. Drove 20miles after paying check engine light came on, not even 2 days transmission leaking, suspension from back is messed up. Took then 2 weeks to ship out my title. I haven’t even started the business and it’s been at the mechanic for 3 weeks. When I brought it to their attention, no response…. Not a care in the world. You pay 70,000 usd no negotiation and that’s what you get. Definitely will not be coming back and definitely will tell people to be aware.
Went in to have my Dynamic Lift worked on, a hose had rubbed and started to leak, called ahead and was able to get an appointment easily, went in and had new hydraulic lines made and the tech who worked on it went above and beyond, put all the lines in a lump as to prevent further wear and tear, greased it up and did it all in just a few hours. Honestly probably the best and quickest wrecker service I have yet to experience in the industry.
Picked up a tow truck from here 2020 Ford 550 with a Kilar Equipment for the most part is pretty good there are a few changes that can be made to better the equipment For one bigger wheel scoops for wheel lift A backing plate for the winch that will better hold down cable And smaller holes drilled into the box that holds the handles for operating the bed and wheel lift So bolt holding handles does not shift And maybe instead of welding plates to hold the Tire straps just laser cut the bed might be a little bit more pricey of guessing but more efficient less likely to bend but other than that it is still a good set up
I Have Bought Two Trucks From Midwest Wrecker In The Last Two Years. A 5500 Flatbed And A 4500 Crew Cab Self Loader. Both Were Used 2018 Rams With Cummins. Both Needed A Bit Of Work To Make Them Recovery Trucks From Being AAA Trucks But The End Result Is I Have Two Awesome Trucks That Are Reliable And Make Money. I Have Two Trucks For The Price Of One Optioned Out New One. Bob, Jon And Dan Do A Good Job Of Taking Care Of The Customer Even Though They Are Usually Swamped With More Than They Can Get Done. Looking Forward To My Third Truck As Soon As I Pay For The Second One I Just Got From Them Last Month. Thank's Guys !
