nice people good prices however they change their prices from when I called in on the phone too when I got there in the store which was pretty low of them. Price on the phone should be the price you pay when you pull the part off. They increase the price because they found out It was the last one they had.
This store is a perfect example of how small businesses should operate. Their prices are fair. They generally have what you need in stock and if they don’t, they will soon have it. I purchased rotors and brakes at AutoZone and then called Bowman looking to have my old rotors turned, I was very pleased to find out they had everything I needed for 40% of the cost that I paid at AutoZone. What a great experience. Highly recommended.
Excellent place to buy various tools and parts. They also do machining for engine components, I dropped my block and heads off for my mustang on a Monday and they already had it done by Wednesday!

Machining quality was excellent and done a wonderful job cleaning it up as well as “packaging” it. My engine cylinder had rust on it and they assured me they could get her fixed up and I am satisfied.
Absolutely love Bowmans, they are down to earth nice informative staff. The prices on all their products are unbeatable. They don't have a points program but with their prices you don't need one... I live in Zanesville and if Bowmans has it I will drive 50 mile round trip for their savings and services...
I once bought the wrong brake pads and pretty much thought and I was screwed and I was pretty broke at the time. no questions asked these guys just switched out the pads I bought for the ones I needed and they were really helpful making sure that these pads we're the correct ones for my vehicle.

I had a tire blow out this morning which happened behind a police officer that had someone else pulled over. That police officer offered to teach me to change my tire (thank Officer Wager!!) he taught me everything but since the tire was stuck on and couldnt be removed by a crowbar he called someone to have it towed (Thank you A1 towing). I was towed to the best car repair company I have ever dealt with! They let me walk in 10 minutes before they opened and I told them my situation with my car and explained that it was a very important day for me at work.... The gentleman I spoke with offered a vehicle for me to take to work and said to bring it back when I get off work... He said once he figures out whats going on and what he can do for me, he will call. I received a call 40 minutes later with a solution... I'm not a rich person and this solution worked for me. h He made sure I was able to make it to work and gave me a price that I was expecting to be higher. I drove the vehicle back after I got off work and picked up my car with 2 new tires ready to go. No wait, not pricey, and very caring people... What more could you ask for??
We have spent about 2 months looking for the right car. Today we stopped in and met Lenny (I think it his name) he was so nice and helpful. He made the experience so much better. Great place to find hard to find parts and parts for snow plows, hydraulic hoses and really just about anything mechanical. Been going here since I was a child with my dad, but it was at a different location. Very reasonable on most items and the employees are amazing.
