Horrible service and rude staff trying to take advantage of my elderly grandmother wanting 300 + the title of the car after towing it from 16 only 10 minutes. Then we went there at 2 to get belongings and said we have to pay the 300 plus the title to get belongings and they said no one was there even though they are supposed to be open till 6 and said I have to come tmr to get it. Meaning without a choice she has to pay what asked as well as an overnight fee because it’s my fault no one was there. Now trying to call them like they said I have to before going no ones answering tried multiple time with different phones. This is ridiculous unprofessional and disgusting behavior making you also pay with cash which is very unprofessional when most people don’t just have cash to pay for that which they would know. Disgusting behavior.
The owner is truly honest and genuine. He went above and beyond to help me, just as I know he has done for many others before. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’m dealing with someone who not only knows what he’s talking about but genuinely cares
Update. actually they attempted to not return my car after I called them out on trying to force me into insurance fraud. Jae's Towing returned my vehicle to me professionally and honestly - and without fraud, call them instead.
There ya go. I removed the single word of speculation that appeared presented as a fact, that was indeed speculation, and the speculation that was stated as such. They did try to force me to commit insurance fraud to get my vehicle. I have the call recorded. That's not okay. You can sue whoever you want for whatever you want. But this is a Google provided public space for honest reviews. Which is what I've left.

There had been a firey crash at our farm. RK Towing had removed the burnt up car and left debris behind in the large ditch where it had completely burnt. We called them and asked if they would come back and get the burnt battery and radiator out of the ditch before the contents washed down into the creek. They came out and thoroughly cleaned up the burnt area. Jordan explained that was not their responsibility since it was on private property, but because we were not happy with how the site had been left, he wanted to make sure we were happy with his company's service. Three gentlemen responded and they were extremely nice and professional. They went over and beyond what we had requested to be cleaned up. I highly recommend RK Towing !!

I highlight recommend this towing service! RK Towing came to our rescue after calling several ‘highly referred’ towing services which couldn’t help us. All the other towing services gave us estimates of 45 minutes to an hour and we were stuck in a horribly busy intersection at the bottom of a freeway off ramp with people cursing at us.
Jordan arrived in under 10 minutes and got us out of there quickly.
Our car was stuck in a ditch with a flat tire due to bad weather. Mr. Shey took his time getting it out and informed us of 2 flat tires when he arrived. He was very professional and polite and we are So Thankful for his service and time to haul it to our home. I will recommend this company to Everyone!

Accidentally backed into a ditch trying to pull into my friends place. car was stuck and wouldn't move at all, other places advertised 24 hrs but didn't pick up. Rk helped and they had great service and fast response for a good price! I would definitely recommend them.
Treated me like an old friend. Their price is a slight bit higher than others but they won't waste your time or make you wait for hours like other places. They were able to haul my one ton extended van with no issues.

My tire was flat and my car needed to be towed to have my tire replaced. I had originally called another company but they weren't able to be there for an hour and I needed to get to work. My car broke down and I needed a tow. I called RK Towing and he was on his way before we hung up the phone .. I had my vehicle picked up and towed safely to my home within 30 min. That is fast service ! I will be calling them from now on if needed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RKTOWING !
During horrible snow and freezing rain the other night Thomas Riley from this company came out and did everything in his power to remove my car from a ditch. He tried many different things and after realizing it was only getting worse and more dangerous outside he gave us a ride home. The following morning he took the time to go out of his way and return to the site. Wonderful wonderful service!
