After towing my jeep back from the mechanic who said I would probably need a new engine, the driver helped me push it into a parking space. At one point he got in and tried to start it and it ran for a few seconds. Because of that I looked on the Internet and found the real reason my jeep wasn't running. Thank you for helping me to get it running again. I drove it to work and back yesterday for the first time in 2 weeks.
I do not leave google reviews but had to for them. The NICEIST, FASTEST service I have ever had woth a tow. Price VERY reasonable was just the cherry on top. 100% recommended!!!
Got my keys locked in my vehicle today, they showed up in 10 minutes, had the car unlocked in 5 minutes and he was so nice and friendly! Not to mention way cheaper than everyone else I called! Happy costumer
Called due to starter failure on my truck at a local restaurant, they answered right away. Gave me the price over the phone with no wishy-washy pricing, and also they were there in 15 minutes! They were also way more affordable than what my insurance wanted to try to charge me. (Granted, I didn't have roadside assistance for this vehicle, so that's my bad.) Their driver was super friendly and helpful; I'm very grateful for M&P Towing and will recommend them to all of my family and friends.
I needed my truck towed to a shop for electrical issues. Never needing this done before, they sent out Tracy to get the job done. He was kind, professional, personable, and informative. M & P towing told me about a half hour to come haul my vehicle from union to maple not only was the price affordable it was fast old man was hooking up to my car within 15 minutes after talking to the office secretary telling me a half hour. Extremely happy and he accepted my credit card with no fee
Unfortunately I needed a tow tonight. After calling 4 other tow companies, I was blessed to find M&P! They were extremely kind, caring and helpful. They made sure I was safe and got to me as soon as possible. They will always be my first call should I ever need assistance again!
My car was stuck in mud in Granville, and he was there within 30 minutes of my call. He was very friendly and even knew my car had a tow hook in area with the spare. He also gave me a tip to turn the charge into my insurance and get my car washed before the mud on the tires froze.
Having to have a vehicle towed is never a fun experience, but I couldn’t believe how quickly they got to me after I called. Friendly, professional service once they arrived, too. It’s the first time I’ve had to have a car towed since moving to the area, but they’ll have a repeat customer if it’s ever needed again.

First time they were used to pick up my disabled vehicle and t to shop it was great. Second time used not so much. Whether miscommunication or just wrong information given to them. After I contacted them after hours. I still wound up going to Newark the next to pick up my vehicle.
Has been my only choice for towing in the Newark area. Always friendly and understanding, which is awesome when you are obviously not having the best day. Used these guys since I worked for Christian Lawn Care in 2011. Been a loyal customer since and it's worth having the relationship with someone like m&p when you have another one of those days.
The price was right. They were available immediately. They had the equipment I needed. And the operator Tracy was a totally awesome dude. Highly recommended.
This company is family owned come to find out when I called back to thank them again for their help. They arrived within minutes of our call on a Saturday after 5:00 pm. We were coming from Newark. Prompt, courteous, respectful. We were in a dangerous spot to the left of the road cars flying by. M&P Towing were quick, knowledgeable, and had us back on the road in no time. Our house some some steep ditches and unfortunately we’ve had a delivery truck and friend’s car go into the ditch when backing out. We’ve used this company several times and each time they are kind, polite and on time. Most definitely most professional tow company we’ve ever used.

I had the unfortunate occurrence of my car not starting , I called M & P Towing, the driver was courteous, and he took care loading my car. They showed up when they said they would. The do a great job. Highly recommend them if you unfortunately need a tow.

I called M&P Towing this evening when my car stopped working unexpectedly. My experience was great from the moment I called them! The gentleman that answered the phone was friendly and was able to quickly provide a time and cost estimate for me. I was told that it would most likely be about 1/2 an hour before they could get a truck to me but that I would get a call when one was on the way. 10 minutes later they called me, with a tow truck arriving about 7 minutes after that. The gentleman man drove the tow truck was also friendly and polite. He told me I could wait in the truck if I would like as it was starting to rain. It was about a 25 minute ride in the tow truck but I did not notice the time as I talked with the drive the entire way. Once at our house the driver unloaded the car, chatting with my husband as he did so. To top off the fast and friendly experience their services are reasonably priced. Overall this was a great experience, I highly recommend this company for all of your towing needs!
