Highly recommended Porkys if you are locked out or need a tow. Porky showed up within 5 mins and had my son’s car unlocked. So thankful for the fast service. Saved him from being late to school. Thanks Porky!!
Porky’s is great! I had trouble finding a company to come out and help unlock my car. Other companies outsourced their calls but Porky’s is local. Other companies were delayed but Porky’s showed up as promised. If you need reliable service choose Porky’s!
There was terrible snowy weather on Route 16, I slipped and ran into a ditch. Tow truck driver came pretty quick and with some effort got me out, and then followed me to an ATM so I could give him cash. He didn't complain about the bad weather or anything else, just got the job done.
I needed my car towed from Kroger 's parking lot on a Sunday. Rob was an absolute Godsend. He was very helpful. I'll never forget his thoughtfulness on that bitter cold day. I'll choose Porky's towing anytime I need towing services .
I wish I could give them 0 out of 5 stars. Every review about how unsafe their drivers are is SO TRUE. The owner hit someone I know and he was very unapologetic, should’ve been wearing glasses (as he “didn’t see them”), and did not even try to prevent the accident. They’ve been without a car for a MONTH because Porky’s has been uncooperative in the whole insurance process.
I would not trust a company with towing my vehicle when they have this many stories about damaging other people’s vehicles with their unsafe driving practices.
I called them because my car was in my garage with 2 flat tires and a dead battery. The guy told me that he couldn't tow my car unless my battery got charged I was blown away at the fact that he didn't offer to charge it himself. He was rude in the way he spoke and I will NEVER call this place again. I called M&P towing and they came so quick and jumped my car so it could be towed. Sorry Porky, you need to do better and speak to people in a more friendly manner, because your customer service SUCKS buddy!!!
Driver of a Porky’s Towing truck wasn’t paying attention on the road and actually hit my car. The damage was so extensive that my car was totaled and no one from Porky’s was willing to get the matter settled quickly. Over a month after the accident I was still without a vehicle. Would not recommend dealing with Porky’s.
Called with an emergency and they arrived within an hr. I live quite a distance from this business but I'd heard good things . They were quick and professional. This will be my go to for towing from now on. Great job!
One of their tow trucks literally ran us off the road. They were going 30-40mph in a 25 & came around a turn in the middle of the road. They didn’t stop, slow down, check on us, nothing. Kept going.
We had to slam on our breaks and turn the wheel.
We called the company & his owner stated “ I’ll talk to him. “
What kind of response is that? No apology. No staying his unacceptable that is. No accountability at all!
I would not use this company at all. If you can’t hold your people accountable & be safe, why am I going to trust you to keep me safe or my vehicle?
I was driving down the road with a speed limit's 25 and 1 of their trucks go past me going 3540 and then going around it. Turn pushes me off the side of the road because he's not driving correctly.. I call in to make a complaint and the owner always says I'll just do something. I'll say something to him that's it not gonna do anything more and just say something? If. I? Would. Have? Stayed there. I? Would. Have been hit would have been an accident but yet. That's no issue because his driver didn't hit me.
Porky's towing is directly behind my dad's house and growing up I'd work on my bicycle in their garage. I've never had a bad experience with them, always fast professional services at a reasonable price. Highly recommend
Quick, easy and affordable. The gentleman who helped us(I dont recall his name) was very kind. My cars transmission went out and he helped us push it into my driveway once he towed it from the spot it went out in. Would recommend!

1st red flag was the driver needed me to tell him step by step how to get to where the truck was because he didnt have gps. Its 2022, GPS is literally built into your phone theres no excuse for it. You should have Google Maps in your phone to help people better.
2nd red flag is after he decided to get upset with me that he doesnt have gps and doesnt know how to get there THEN he decided to tell me he is busy and doesnt have time to call someone else. IF YOU ARENT AVAILABLE WHY DID YOU ANSWER AND TRY TO GET MY INFORMATION TO TOW IT?!?!?!

The last one to people in that place everybody else was nice in that mouth a girl today girlfriend I need to vacate the building by 1 o’clock she the other girl did not relay the message they had they do have a communication breakdown there right so she seem to have an attitude after I gave those guys easy every $200 in flowers and candy and I because I love the place I feel honored to be there OK I have a history from when I was 12 being in Marietta Ohio the first time I bring my girlfriend here and we eat at the Levee House now she’s my wife I bring my children here to go to the museum we all went to the museum we all rode that paddleboat that’s why I’m back here and I love your channel I get up I ride my bike I do

I would recommend Porky's, I needed to have my car towed from Newark to Columbus, they were VERY reasonably priced. They showed up when they said they would and driver was professional.
The gentleman that helped me tow my car today was super nice and had such a friendly personality. I recommend using this company to anyone in need of any services they offer.
