  Best kept secret in town. Open to the public and much cheaper than other stores around. The employees are friendly, and the store is always clean. If you're tired of being treated like a number you should definitely do by and see Lorelei amazing place to shop!

  Jessica answered the phone, this day (3:10 pm on Friday, August 17, 2018). I introduced myself and my location. She evidently jumped to the conclusion that I was a scammer and immediately hung up the phone. I am not. I wanted to inquire about the history of the company as I recently acquired a piece of automotive history with their name on it. If someone from Smyth will respond to this review, I may be talked into removing it. I know how important customer service is. A negative review is not good. All I was asking is for is: some history of this item. No response, no removal.
