If you are looking to drop off scrap on a Saturday, keep looking. Drove all the way there with a truck full of aluminum to find they were closed and they just put tape over they days they don't want to be open but did not change them anywhere else.
Freaking rude at their Customers. There is no room for being rude while dealing with customers. Try to work on being Polite and try not to use vulgar words while helping Customers because being Polite will go a long way.
Just used them. Worst ever. After I did the math . . . The shorted us 1/3 of our money, the teenager/young man working was a total jerk. Never again. At least Crispins gives you your full amount and aren't rude.
If there was a way to give a negative 5 stars I would: worker and owner were extremely rude and disrespectful, cussing about my mother right in front of her because she put $15 worth of scrap in the “wrong place” …after being directed to place the scrap there in the first place by another worker! NEVER will my family or friends ever come here again. If asked I’ll recommend ANYONE but this place. It was the owner himself that was disrespectful and that says a lot about the company.
They say they’re going to be open on Saturday supposed to be open on Saturday after driving 10 to 20 minutes. Have some decent customer service And honor your times of service and your customers!
They shorted me $70 on a scrap car. They gave me a receipt and the price per weight didn't add up. I will say I drove 20 minutes back and they gave me the rest of my money.
took a 1984 toyota truck to scrap, with the backseat of it stacked full of brake rotors and drums. my entire 8 foot truck bed was stacked 2 ft over the bed rails with steel. they gave me $72 for the truck plus all the other metal i had.. wouldnt show me the scales either, only my "total weight". you should see the weight of what the whole entire truck and trailer weighed before and after. Not what random number they want to give you. This place is a ripoff with thieves running it. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone and will never be back there. I would love to get this place shut down if i could.
Know of them personally and I surely don't want drug addicts, liars and thieves doing my business when I want a honest response to my questions and honest pay for what scrap is really going for and so forth! They will do anything for a buck and it's pathetic
I give this place absolutely NO STARS! Google is MAKING me give a star, this place deserves NONE! They Lie about their times of operation and totally duck you over on prices. Plus they are vulgar and rude beyond belief! I am so disappointed with the way this company is ran, unprofessional!
You should never have to go to a business and worry about how you'll be treated. There are other recycling companies nearby that are friendly and fair. I recommend those places instead.
This place is a hit or miss, one day they give you a fair price for your aluminum, other days they give you nearly nothing, I wish I knew what days were better on prices
Blatant that they tried ripping me off, I brought in about 50 pounds of electric wire in aluminum housing, they tried to tell me it was steel and can't be used. They offered me $8.00 so I took it back and went elsewhere.
took in a truck to scrap and they gave me a price for vehicles then paid me less for regular scrap metal, rip offs, will never go there again and will not recommend them to anyone in the future
