I didn't have to wait very long. The tech was very nice and worked quickly to get us back on the road! He even showed me how to use the jack that I had.
My experience was great. The guy was very nice and very understanding of the situation and took very good care of the whole thing and was super pleasant and kind to deal with and was very patient with me after me not being there for him to pick up the car right away.
Booked through AAA. Quick Arrival considering where I was located. I did ride to my location with the driver he was nice in the truck was clean. Overall a really great experience from my first time ever needing a tow. My mechanic also had good things to say about the company.

Promptly responded to my call for help. Technician was knowledgeable and helpful. After Auto zone said they could not replace battery for us do to car’s make and model. Jae’s technician called auto zone for me and explained the issue with my battery and its location. We were soon back on the road!

The driver was very polite and thoughtful, leaving my vehicle warmed up and ready to drive so that I didn’t have to spend time in the bitter cold. Thank-you! Jae’s saved me when my tire blew on 70 W in this week’s snow storm. They towed us to a hotel and came back to put my donut on the next day as roads cleared up a bit. Price was reasonable considering I was in an emergency situation.

The man who delivered our car today was so incredibly nice. He was able to tow it without the keys since we live quite a ways away from where it broke down. Made everything super easy for me. I hope he has a great retirement in 3 weeks!

Was given a ETA of 1 hour and 30 mins, they were here within 30 mins.. was stuck in a foot of water and ice and without hesitation they pulled me right out.. best tow company I’ve experienced yet!
Thank you so much. The driver arrived and was very helpful. I thought my vehicle needed towed to the mechanic. I had my battery tested by Autozone and they said it was good. However my vehicle wouldn’t start. Your driver was very friendly and was able to start my vehicle and show me my battery was actually bad. I then was able to take my vehicle to Autozone where they replaced my battery because it was still under warranty. Thank you!!!
ALWAYS great service from Jae's (I've been using them for years through AAA), they are amazing! Today was no exception: I got a phone call to update me on an ETA, and the tow truck driver was awesome! He was professional, compassionate, friendly, and even asked me (just in case) was there anything I wanted to get out of the car before he towed it. Jae's will NOT let you down, highly recommend them.

I didnt totally agree with the service. They quoted for 2.5 hours and the final hours were 3.75. I made the mistake of copying the address on goggle which sent the driver two houses down making him lose time but I still don't think it would be that much. Owner tried to talk me out but I wasnt agreeing and he was rude after that calling me "dumb". I still believe they were not fair with the charges, increasing the hours because they can do whatever they want when they are mad.
I wasnt totally correct but, still, they could have been friendly.
Even with all of their resources tied up at another accident, Jae’s Towing still managed to come through for me. They showed up quickly, handled the job professionally, and proved how dedicated they are to their customers. Their ability to respond promptly even when they were stretched thin really says a lot about their service. Highly recommend Jae’s Towing!
Driver arrived right at scheduled time. My car needed to be towed. He explained the best positioning to get the car on the truck bed. He handled everything professionally and quickly. An accident had the road closed on the way to the repair shop. He called me to let me know, that it would take a little longer than anticipated. I really appreciate the follow up. I would definitely use Jae's again. Hopefully there will be no need.

The best family owned tow company in town and the only people I trust with my cars especially my classic cars! From calling and scheduling the pick up and then James(tow driver) strapping it down and delivering it safely to the destination it was a simple process! Also James was very professional and polite and knowledgeable about classics!
Even though Jae’s Towing came from Hebron to Lancaster, they were quick to arrive and even sent me a text to let me know when the would be there. My front of my car was stick in a ditch full of water and he knew immediately he was going to have to go to back of my car to load it on his truck.
But what really impressed me was the driver. He was so kind and caring. He genuinely seemed happy that I was not seriously injured based on the damage to my car. He came up to me when he first got there and then after he got my car loaded. And gave me his card so that I would know how to contact them.
