AAA sent Jae’s Towing out to tow our car that wouldn’t start. However, when the driver (Corey) arrived, he asked if we tried to jump start the car; which we had not. Corey offered to jump it first and that worked! He said he could still tow it if we wanted. But, since it started, my husband drove it to the mechanic. We can’t thank Corey enough! He was very professional and so helpful! Thank you Corey!
Easy, prompt, and straightforward service. Called AAA after my car broke down and within 30 minutes, Jae’s Towing was there. I requested for them to take my car 35+ minutes away to my preferred body shop and they made it happen. So glad they were who was assigned to care for my car. It was up and on their truck in 5 minutes! Great service.
Robert is very qualified & knowledgeable. He figured out why it wouldn't go into gear (thanks to the squirrels/chipmunks). He did a quick fix pushed the button into drive and drove it up on the roll back. Thank you once again Robert! Highly recommend this company.

After a couple tries a young man came out he got my car jumped that was not happening into prior visits from Jay's Towing he let me know what it was and I was so thankful he went on his way a great great employee and the others were too maybe they didn't have the right equipment I don't really know why they could not jump the battery

We had a truck strike a concrete ballast with a trailer. Jae's responded quickly and went above and beyond to help us get the situation resolved (making the trailer safe to move, transloading the product into another trailer, towing the trailer to a repair shop). Great customer service and plenty of pictures and information for us to provide to insurance. Their prices were also very reasonable.
I cannot say enough great things about their customer service. The associate that took my call was kind and compassionate and Mike that provided the service to me vehicle was amazing. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

The best family owned tow company in town and the only people I trust with my cars especially my classic cars! From calling and scheduling the pick up and then James(tow driver) strapping it down and delivering it safely to the destination it was a simple process! Excellent service. The driver Colt went above and beyond the call of duty. We had to move a 40 foot storage container from my neighbors property over to mine. The terrain was challenging and it was 90 degrees out.
It took several hours to wrestle that container out of its position. I don't know what he gets paid but he earned it and deserves a pay raise. Thank you Jaes towing. Nicely done.

Highly recommend for any and all towing needs! They were quick to arrive at the accident site and once there, they were very knowledgeable and kept me in the loop as to what i needed to do next. When I went to get my belongings out of the vehicle, they answered all my questions and gave me tools to remove my plates, which I didn't think to bring myself. Every interaction, in person or via phone, I was met with respect, knowledge and honesty. Very much appreciated anytime, but especially when in a time of fear, anxiety and nerves from being in an accident.
Even though Jae’s Towing came from Hebron to Lancaster, they were quick to arrive and even sent me a text to let me know when the would be there. My front of my car was stick in a ditch full of water and he knew immediately he was going to have to go to back of my car to load it on his truck.
But what really impressed me was the driver. He was so kind and caring. He genuinely seemed happy that I was not seriously injured based on the damage to my car. He came up to me when he first got there and then after he got my car loaded. And gave me his card so that I would know how to contact them.
