Called AAA to tow my car that would not start to the dealer for service and they sent Chuck's 24 Hour Towing. The technician arrived on the early side of the time frame AAA said they'd be there. He saw I had a Subaru, and asked what problem I was having, saying he was "a Subaru guy." Within 5 minutes he figured it was likely a battery issue, gave my car a jump, then hung back to make sure I was safely on my way before he rolled out. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. 10/10 do recommend!
Prompt and friendly service! Jimmy showed up and was able to address my car issue then and there. He also provided education on the issue so I can avoid it in the future. He was kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place!

Scheduled a towing the day before. No call no show at the towing time. Driver showed up 2hrs late. Not his fault due to just getting the call. Gave another chance and rescheduled the tow for the following day at a scheduled pick up time. No call and no show again. Will not use this company again. You have to communicate with clients. Businesses have lost respectful communication.
The lady on the phone was super friendly. She told me it would be an hour to an hour and a 1/2 before somebody would get to me. They got there in about 2 hours but But there was a really bad storm, so it was understandable. The driver came. He was even friendlier than the woman on the phone. He got my car hooked up and the way we went. The truck itself was super clean and smelled good, which was a plus And the driver was super friendly and it was like riding with one of my friends I knew for a long time and not awkward at all. Thank you, chuck's towing for everything and thank you West for making a stressful morning a lot less stressful. I hope I don't break down but if I do. I'll be giving you guys a call again.

Towed my Vehicle to their impound lot at 8pm instead of driving 8 miles further to the location I requested after i totalled car.
Outside that being annoying from a "24 hour" tow company, the customer service was great and very helpful to finish up.
Chucks was my saving grace in a cross country road trip where my tire popped on the highway. They got to me within 20 minutes, and not only towed me to a mechanic, but went inside with my admittedly helpless and frantic self. Not only that, but they also called other mechanics in the area to see if my specialty tire was in stock. Great service, friendly people, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their service - and not to mention the price was unbelieveable!!
My alternator decided to konk out on me when I’m 8 hours from home on a Sunday when no mechanics are working. Chucks made my crummy situation as pleasant as it possibly could have been. The driver had my van loaded up on the truck within 5 mins of me getting off the phone with my roadside assistance dispatcher. Got my van dropped at a mechanic shop to be worked on the next morning, so I’m stranded in an unfamiliar city. The driver hooked up his jump pack to my dead vehicle battery so I could make sure to get all the doors locked(trunk hatch will only lock with remote) so all my belongs would be safe, and he even offered to drive me to a hotel nearby so I didn’t have to walk in the stormy weather. I can’t thank Chucks Towing enough for going out of their way to make sure my bad experience was handled as pleasantly as possible. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!
This company has the worst customer service. I was quoted service within 25 minutes, and instead, service arrived at 50 minutes. There was no apology for this or discount offered. In fact, the receptionist was immature and impolite, hanging up on me. She refused to take payment for anything less, and threatened to call the sheriff. I’ve contacted the BBB.
Aaa told us our tow truck wouldn't arrive for several hours due to the inclement weather which was just a bit of rain. Then the call was given to chucks towing and Richard arrived much sooner than the original eta given and he was very helpful and friendly and got my vehicle to the dealership quickly and safely.
This company towed our car after we were involved in a accident. They were very courteous and professional and they took care of our car just like they said they would. If you ever need towing service's in the Etna, OH area please request them.
Arrived much earlier than initially quoted. Knew where to find me and exactly where I was going, driver was very familiar with the area. He did a really good job with loading and unloading my jeep on the rollback, I also liked that the truck was bigger than some you see on the road, when it comes to towing size matters!
This company is unreliable, rude and unprofessional. They no-showed without a call. My experience:; I called one evening and schedules a towing for the next day and they committed to be there by 8am. I explained why it was important to tow early in day and I was calling around to ensure the company I hired could. They committed by the next day they were a no show. I called and she rudely spoke to me and told me she didn't know when they would get here and listed all the business that came in this morning that was a higher priority than me. She said I was welcome to call around and then hung up on me. I was floored. I called around and found a company that treated me with basic kindness and respect that committed to coming out. I called Chucks ba k to cancel. The dispatcher said rudely that she had already cancelled me!! Do not use these people. You cannot rely on them, they do not value their customers, they are rude and unprofessional. You have been warned.
I used my Roadside Assistance via my Insurance Company. I was informed "Chuck's Towing" had accepted and had and ETA of 60-70 minutes. An hour and a half goes by with no word. So, I called Chuck's Towing, I was told the driver was on the way and would arrive in 20 minutes. 10 minutes later the Driver calls me and asks if I still needed the tow. I said yes and informed the service station it was going to closes at 6 PM. He said he was 40 minutes away. And it was now 5:00 and the total tow was 11 miles likely taking at least 15 minutes under the best of all imaginable circumstances.
So, they f'd me over.

Spoke to a gentleman that was confused on the location of the car. Granted, Agiro, may have provided the incorrect address but I was able to provide him with the correct one. Needless to say, he told me that he would be on the way to pick up the vehicle, 2 hours later, no text message, phone call or anything. Stayed up waiting for them to arrive but no one ever did. Called Agiro and the service provider, Chuck’s, canceled the service request because they couldn’t find the car. Ironically enough, the car is about 20 feet away from the main road. No call, text message or anything given. I could have helped out if they were truly lost. Heck, even if they didn’t want to pick up the car because they were far away or whatnot, I would have understood, but nope. Just left me hanging. Good thing I didn’t stay with the car. No decency or courtesy whatsoever. Will certainly not recommend.

I had gotten a uhaul stuck in the yard when moving. I paid the extra $5 insurance that said they remove you from mud or snow but they said it wasn't for that (uhaul sucks). I called a few places local to Etna and they were telling me a minimum of $200 just to pull me out and it would be at least 2 hours before they could arrive. I called Chucks and he pulled me out without issue (and within 15 minutes of the call) and not even close to what the other guys wanted to charge me. Thank you Chuck's!
