If I could give no stars I would!!! Just received the worst service ever! Do not use them they are rude and has the worst customer service. Chucks towing was called by AAA and I was told it would be $180 which was fine then when he got here. First this out his mouth is why are you paying cash I said because I’m over my limit on calls again fine I said they quoted me $180 he said no that won’t be the amount I said what will it be ? He mumbles then says his rates would be cheaper then told me it would be $210 I said let me call AAA & ask why the price is different he told me no I will canal you and you get another call I said wait I just waited 45 mins for you to come you can’t wait 2 min for me to see what’s going on he said no I’m canceling your call walks away and gets in his truck. Who does that?? So unprofessional as he leaves me in the cold smh made my day much worse than what it was originally. I will never ever let them come help me again.
Fast response, quick flatbed tow to a shop and reasonable price, couldn't be happier there when I needed them in a difficult situation. Needed their services 3 years ago and again today to get a vehicle moved to the shop...courteous and no hassle went about business and so did they. Paid the bill after services rendered with a phone call. Couldn't be more pleased. They are my go to. Thanks again
My wife’s car broke down because the alternator went out. The tow truck from Chuck’s was an hour out. I ran the wife and kids home, stopped by auto zone for parts, went back out to the car to wait. I ended up replacing the alternator in the parking lot. I then drove to a friend’s house, came back to the car, jumped it and drove it home. By the time we got home the tow truck was “45min” away. That was after saying they’d be there soon over an hour before. This took me 3 hours because it was dark and raining. Last I checked they’re still 30 min out. If my insurance company ever sends them again I’ll cancel my insurance with them the next day. I just got home maybe 15 minutes ago so this is very recent. I’m sure when they show up they’re great. I wouldn’t count on them though.
I just had Jimmy come by and tow my truck. This had to be the nicest guy I ever talked to we had a great conversation. He took his time explaining some things that he's seen and we just had a good conversation about life in general. You rarely meet a guy who always does it right the first time!! Will definitely be using chuck's towing and requesting jimmy, every time, fantastic guy can't say enough!!

Called AAA to tow my car that would not start to the dealer for service and they sent Chuck's 24 Hour Towing. The technician arrived on the early side of the time frame AAA said they'd be there. He saw I had a Subaru, and asked what problem I was having, saying he was "a Subaru guy." Within 5 minutes he figured it was likely a battery issue, gave my car a jump, then hung back to make sure I was safely on my way before he rolled out. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. 10/10 do recommend!
Prompt and friendly service! Jimmy showed up and was able to address my car issue then and there. He also provided education on the issue so I can avoid it in the future. He was kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place!

Scheduled a towing the day before. No call no show at the towing time. Driver showed up 2hrs late. Not his fault due to just getting the call. Gave another chance and rescheduled the tow for the following day at a scheduled pick up time. No call and no show again. Will not use this company again. You have to communicate with clients. Businesses have lost respectful communication.
The lady on the phone was super friendly. She told me it would be an hour to an hour and a 1/2 before somebody would get to me. They got there in about 2 hours but But there was a really bad storm, so it was understandable. The driver came. He was even friendlier than the woman on the phone. He got my car hooked up and the way we went. The truck itself was super clean and smelled good, which was a plus And the driver was super friendly and it was like riding with one of my friends I knew for a long time and not awkward at all. Thank you, chuck's towing for everything and thank you West for making a stressful morning a lot less stressful. I hope I don't break down but if I do. I'll be giving you guys a call again.

Chucks was my saving grace in a cross country road trip where my tire popped on the highway. They got to me within 20 minutes, and not only towed me to a mechanic, but went inside with my admittedly helpless and frantic self. Not only that, but they also called other mechanics in the area to see if my specialty tire was in stock. Great service, friendly people, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their service - and not to mention the price was unbelieveable!!
My alternator decided to konk out on me when I’m 8 hours from home on a Sunday when no mechanics are working. Chucks made my crummy situation as pleasant as it possibly could have been. The driver had my van loaded up on the truck within 5 mins of me getting off the phone with my roadside assistance dispatcher. Got my van dropped at a mechanic shop to be worked on the next morning, so I’m stranded in an unfamiliar city. The driver hooked up his jump pack to my dead vehicle battery so I could make sure to get all the doors locked(trunk hatch will only lock with remote) so all my belongs would be safe, and he even offered to drive me to a hotel nearby so I didn’t have to walk in the stormy weather. I can’t thank Chucks Towing enough for going out of their way to make sure my bad experience was handled as pleasantly as possible. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!
Aaa told us our tow truck wouldn't arrive for several hours due to the inclement weather which was just a bit of rain. Then the call was given to chucks towing and Richard arrived much sooner than the original eta given and he was very helpful and friendly and got my vehicle to the dealership quickly and safely.
This company towed our car after we were involved in a accident. They were very courteous and professional and they took care of our car just like they said they would. If you ever need towing service's in the Etna, OH area please request them.
Arrived much earlier than initially quoted. Knew where to find me and exactly where I was going, driver was very familiar with the area. He did a really good job with loading and unloading my jeep on the rollback, I also liked that the truck was bigger than some you see on the road, when it comes to towing size matters!
This company is unreliable, rude and unprofessional. They no-showed without a call. My experience:; I called one evening and schedules a towing for the next day and they committed to be there by 8am. I explained why it was important to tow early in day and I was calling around to ensure the company I hired could. They committed by the next day they were a no show. I called and she rudely spoke to me and told me she didn't know when they would get here and listed all the business that came in this morning that was a higher priority than me. She said I was welcome to call around and then hung up on me. I was floored. I called around and found a company that treated me with basic kindness and respect that committed to coming out. I called Chucks ba k to cancel. The dispatcher said rudely that she had already cancelled me!! Do not use these people. You cannot rely on them, they do not value their customers, they are rude and unprofessional. You have been warned.
I used my Roadside Assistance via my Insurance Company. I was informed "Chuck's Towing" had accepted and had and ETA of 60-70 minutes. An hour and a half goes by with no word. So, I called Chuck's Towing, I was told the driver was on the way and would arrive in 20 minutes. 10 minutes later the Driver calls me and asks if I still needed the tow. I said yes and informed the service station it was going to closes at 6 PM. He said he was 40 minutes away. And it was now 5:00 and the total tow was 11 miles likely taking at least 15 minutes under the best of all imaginable circumstances.
Best towing experience! Very courteous and professional. Prompt service with a smile Made everything easy as I was so frustrated from having a flat and being stuck. Best experience I've had as a customer anywhere for quite a while now seems like people forgot what customer service is but clearly Chuck's Towing has not
Spoke to a gentleman that was confused on the location of the car. Granted, Agiro, may have provided the incorrect address but I was able to provide him with the correct one. Needless to say, he told me that he would be on the way to pick up the vehicle, 2 hours later, no text message, phone call or anything. Stayed up waiting for them to arrive but no one ever did. Called Agiro and the service provider, Chuck’s, canceled the service request because they couldn’t find the car. Ironically enough, the car is about 20 feet away from the main road. No call, text message or anything given. I could have helped out if they were truly lost. Heck, even if they didn’t want to pick up the car because they were far away or whatnot, I would have understood, but nope. Just left me hanging. Good thing I didn’t stay with the car. No decency or courtesy whatsoever. Will certainly not recommend.
