Chad arrived promptly and was very professional, polite and respectful. I have had numerous opportunities to use Nicely's through AAA over the years. There has only been one occasion in which I felt I was poorly treated by a young man. I chalked that up to the "one bad apple" theory. Although I hate to have car problems I feel comfortable knowing that the guys from Nicely's will show up and treat me with professionalism and respect.
They towed my car twice from my apartment complex while I had a parking pass. The heavyset male who does the towing is one of the most disrespectful individuals I have met while in Huntington. One of the workers, who I believe does Reyburn’s Towing now, pulled a gun on one of my friends after towing the car and got on big trouble, but it never got reported
Never got a receipt to get reimbursement from my insurance company. I asked them to mail it, they said I would have to come in office to pick up. Some of us work Monday through Friday and the same hours. They sure didn't not care to take my bank card information over the phone.
The absolute worst towing company around. Most of the drivers are either methed out drunk. I know specificly, Roy Holley drives his towing truck while drunk. You can catch him at the Moose Lodge in barboursville while he waits for calls. Chad Crabtree dropped my car nose first into snow and ice because he was so high he got his tow truck stuck in our yard. Roy had to come pull him out, Roy was drunk then.
So many horror stories. They refused to pay for damages and have blocked my number. This is a frequent action when dealing with them.
Our car was stuck in some snow. All they had to do was pull it a few feet to free it. The driver refused and left, saying he couldn't make it up the alley. We took it on ourselves to pull it free with a GMC and a cargo strap, so there was plenty of room. I hope AAA didn't pay you for that run.
I have heard a lot of negative and positive talk about Nicely's towing. But I want to share my personal experience with them. I was in need of having my car car towed in Huntington WV. My cars ball joint broke after hitting a pot hole in Huntington and I didn't have enough money to fix it or pay for a tow. The city was going to impound the car. I called Nicely's towing and he gave me a great deal. I was 20.00 short after he finished the job The driver done this in the dark and helped me raise the car back up after he was finished and forgave the other 20.00. I'm in great honor to be thankful to this guy/company for his services. Many people would people/companies would have not done this.

Dropped my sisters car 2 times while changing a tire and refuse to fix the damage they caused. Horrible people are done like this you would think with they would be more then willing to help with the situation that they were at fault in.
Do Not Use! These people are scammers. They tow your vehicle from a lot on 1454 4th Ave. Charge you $125 cash only. I called to have it towed from same location to the building beside them and they said $70. These are the type of businesses that should be shut down. Refuse to use.
We are driving down US Route 23 From Waverly to Chillicothe at 10:30 at night. One of nicely’s towing drivers has been tailgating us for the last 15 minutes, with his bright lights on and blinding us. For most of that, there has been nobody beside us and no reason he couldn’t pass. My driver slow to 40 miles an hour to give him ample opportunity to pass. He did not. He backed off for a few miles, and then was right back on our tail. is that how a towing company creates business?
My car was wrongfully towed by this awful company while staying at a hotel. I have my parking pass, and was still charged for their mistake. Terrible practices by disgusting human beings.
They was very polite & courteous he got there pretty quick seeing how I was in a little outta the way in Ceredo Kenova and they was real nice A-1 for sure!!!!
