I have heard a lot of negative and positive talk about Nicely's towing. But I want to share my personal experience with them. I was in need of having my car car towed in Huntington WV. My cars ball joint broke after hitting a pot hole in Huntington and I didn't have enough money to fix it or pay for a tow. The city was going to impound the car. I called Nicely's towing and he gave me a great deal. I was 20.00 short after he finished the job The driver done this in the dark and helped me raise the car back up after he was finished and forgave the other 20.00. I'm in great honor to be thankful to this guy/company for his services. Many people would people/companies would have not done this. So thank you Nicely's towing for your generous and blessing help.
Our car was stuck in some snow. All they had to do was pull it a few feet to free it. The driver refused and left, saying he couldn't make it up the alley. We took it on ourselves to pull it free with a GMC and a cargo strap, so there was plenty of room. I hope AAA didn't pay you for that run.
The absolute worst towing company around. Most of the drivers are either methed out drunk. I know specificly, Roy Holley drives his towing truck while drunk. You can catch him at the Moose Lodge in barboursville while he waits for calls. Chad Crabtree dropped my car nose first into snow and ice because he was so high he got his tow truck stuck in our yard. Roy had to come pull him out, Roy was drunk then. So many horror stories. They refused to pay for damages and have blocked my number. This is a frequent action when dealing with them.
