Refused to help me install my headlight that I was puchesesing. No advice, and have no reason why. If there was at least two other employees that were visible in doing nothing at the time. I went to AutoZone specifically because I knew they would help me with installing. Disappointed to say the least. I'm definitely not eager to return.
Ben C. gave me excellent customer service from the initial call about my issue through to coming to the store to complete the process to get my car back to normal. He was polite, courteous and answered all my concerns. Thank you Ben for making my day and my car better again.
I was going to purchase a new battery for my car since my battery is 5 years old. Seth checked the battery first and said the battery was still good. I appreciate the great service. I was just going to replace it without actually checking the strength of the battery.
Sunday morning December the 8th the manager / worker extremely friendly extremely helpful himself I live in Cleveland Heights and I will take the the long distance Drive to this location please acknowledge both workers and please retain them for a very long time no need to say anything else
After calling 4 stores, vine street had my part. They actually pulled it and had it ready when I walked in...thank you...and good luck to the new guy n his trainer...they were very helpful.
Very helpful, came in and they testes my battery and replaced it for me! Both of the gentlemen who helped me were AWESOME! I believe their names were Archie and Jim. Because of them, I will definitely be back!
On 8/23/25 my mother visited this location. She needed a wiper blade for her back window. There was a young man (who doesn’t even have a drivers license) who waited on her who clearly was not qualified to change wiper blades. He tried but then came back to say he wasn’t able to change her wiper blade. She was told that the manager was at lunch but when he came back he would be able to change it for her. She waited for a half hour and then the manager returned and changed her wiper blade. She left and drove home. When she was taking her walker out of the trunk, she noticed that her nut cap was missing. She returned to Auto Zone the following Monday and spoke to the manager. The manager said that they don’t carry nut caps but that she could order this piece on Amazon or call the district manager, Jessica. She tried repeatedly to get in contact with Jessica, leaving very detailed messages about the nature of her concern. Jessica did not bother to return any her calls. My mother is elderly and not technologically savvy and does not have an Amazon account. She was told to bring her Amazon receipt and they would reimburse her. I ended up ordering the nut cap for her. There is no physical receipt, just verification on my cell phone. This has not been an easy journey for my mother as she medically fragile. I am beyond disappointed and angry with this situation. I could not in good conscience recommend anybody use Auto Zone for any reason. There are many competitors that provide the same type of products and services - use them, NOT Auto Zone. I believe having given Auto Zone 3 WEEKS to make this situation right was plenty of time. They clearly do not value their customers. The nut cap was only a $10 purchase but my lessons learned from this experience have been priceless. DO NOT TRUST AUTO ZONE FOR ANY REASON!
I went to autozone twice this week first time I went there was only one person at the counter with a line of people. The store manager came out from the back and said they would be right with us and then she went to the back again without helping the guy at the counter.
The second time I went in there was two people a head of me and only one worker at the counter and after 10 minutes the person behind ask if there was another person that could help and counter guy said no so the customer behind me left and the store manager came from the back grab a box and proceeded to go to the back again and didn’t offer to help the only guy at the counter. I felt absolutely horrible for that gentleman that was at the counter with no help. Do Better!!!
Great service! Austin S was awesome! Even with a full store and short staff he was able to help us replace our brake lights with a great attitude, he deserves a raise!
I'd like to give a great huge shout out to Austin and Diane at this location. For starters I am certainly not a car person, so anytime I need to make a purchase in regards to car repairs, I tend to get a bit nervous. Diane was super awesome in being patient with my needs, and even went the extra mile to communicate with another Auto Zone on my behalf. Austin was amazing with helping me coordinate a pick up of a part so that my mechanic was able to visit the store on my behalf since my work hours conflicted with the store hours. Anyone who ever has car issues knows that when those unexpected issues occur, it's imperative to have a support system that not only understands, but actually cares!!! Those two Autozone employees became an important part of my support system, and took care of me like I was family! Thank you soooo much and Keep being outstanding!
Luke did an amazing job helping me figure out a bulb replacement I needed. He went above and beyond, when it was cold and dark outside, and is very knowledgeable and personable. I can't thank him enough. I will be recommending this store.

I called at 8:30pm to ask if my car battery was in stock and if someone would be able to install it. I spoke with Devin and he was so polite and helpful-from searching for battery in system to ensuring it could be installed. And sure enough, he had it ready to process once I arrived and installed immediately! Thank you so much. Best service!!!
Stopped in to have my check engine light diagnosed for free. Brandon greeted me at the counter and grabbed his scan tool and out to the parking lot we went. Within a few minutes, Brandon plugged into the data base and turns out, according to the scan it was just a faulty gas cap. $15 later I was on my way.
Thanks to Brandon for the help and great attitude and customer service. I’ll be back!
This is the best Autozone I have ever visited. All the staff was friendly, even when they were busy. Customer service immaculate. *chefs kiss* I was being told my an auto shop I needed to pay $800 for a battery replacement . I visited to buy a battery but first they insisted they looked into the issue further to ensure this would resolve my concern, they gave me good quality advice rather than try to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge and desperation to have my car fixed. In the end they assisted with changing my key fob batteries for $14 which resolved the issue. Shout out to Tim and the wonderful lady with the beautiful black hair and rocking nails that I cannot remember her name (so sorry!) Yall are awesome. I will always be back and I will recommend this store to any of my female friends or family because they are guaranteed to help you and not sell you something you don't even need just to make a buck.
Stopped in to get a battery check for a winterized car; confirming that it needed a battery. Then they not only shared with me good pricing comparison to what I saw online and installed it.

Best customer service i've ever received at an auto parts store.
My vehicle has the battery terminals reversed, and it is factory stock. So none of the book suggestions will work. So the employee, Les, went back and forth into the store multiple times, finally took measurements and found a replacement that matches original spec.
Fantastic customer service, and Les was fun to chat with.
Then when he was done with that, he swapped out my driver's side headlamp, and it was 14 degrees fahrenheit today!
I visited this AutoZone initially on January 2 looking for wiper blades. Since they didn’t have what I needed, they ordered them for me. I went back there today and the wiper blades were not only there, but promptly installed for me. It was a pleasant experience all the way around and the store clerks great. I will be back here again.
Super friendly and nice, don't really wanna do much beyond looking up part numbers. Had to ask a few times for assistance and he acted like it was beneath him. That gray shirt seemed a little too comfortable.
I recently visited this AutoZone and received outstanding assistance from Jessica. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process and even installed the battery for me for free. Jessica's couteous, knowledgeable, and polite demeanor made my experience truly enjoyable. I have always received excellent service at this location.

Thank you to Travis. He was very nice sweet and very helpful and hands on even though his manager was not very helpful telling me we are NOT A TIRE SHOP. WHICH I KNEW THAT. I just needed help taking off the lug nuts. Anyhow, Travis helped me and walked me through how to use the materials in my vehicle to take the tire off and put the spare on. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE HELP. These stars are for you and the willingness to help me even though your manager did not want you to help.
This particular store is a pleasant place to shop for your car’s spare parts need. Their staff attend to customers promptly. Whether you have a question or want them to help with simple fix on your cars like installing windshield wipers, recharge your battery etc they are there to help. Good customer service is also a thing to reckon with. They pickup phone calls and help with your questions, orders etc. You can rely on them for your parts need and returns.
