My nephew was in an accident. The police allowed us to do a private tow. They offered to call this company as they work together. Stay away. Shady business practices. Tow truck driver gave one price. Dispatch doubled the price because police were on scene. The car was not being impounded. This was a private tow! Terrible business! Another tow truck came in 5 minutes for half the price and the police had no issues what so ever. Super shady.

I disagree entirely. I was told by the driver on scene one price. Then he said dispatch is saying that he needs to charge another price(almost double) because the police are on scene. When I spoke to the dispatch they were rude and told me “the police called us, we are on scene, we are taking the car and this is what the cost is” I informed them I will just call another company to which I was told “the police won’t allow that we are there and we are taking it”. I again said the police have no problem with me calling another company as this isn’t being impounded but going to a driveway. The dispatcher then became argumentative with me and told me I was wrong that’s not how it works and it is what it is.
Well guess what….the officer had 0 issues with me calling another company who honored their price. Which was half your rate. So while your response is nice, it is incorrect. Those practices are what can be defined as “shady”. Although I’m confident this review will change nothing. Best of luck.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received from Vitalone's Towing.
When I initially requested a tow, I was not informed that there were different pricing options (Option 1 and Option 2) related to the condition of the vehicle and the process of loading it onto a flatbed. This information was only presented after the driver arrived, at which point I was told that additional charges would apply. I felt pressured into accepting a higher fee because the truck was already on-site.
Clear and transparent communication about pricing—especially regarding potential damage considerations and loading procedures—should be provided upfront before dispatching a driver. Customers deserve to understand all possible costs before service begins, not after arrival.
The lack of advance explanation felt misleading and unprofessional. I respectfully request that your company review its communication practices to ensure future customers are fully informed of all options and associated charges at the time of booking. People please think twice before requesting your vehicle being towed from this company
I was having a horrible day and the guy on the phone was so patient with me! They were here and picked up my car within a half hour of calling them. I really appreciated it. Highly recommend!

Writing this here since he blocked me on Facebook, Nick sold me a car earlier this year and said the title was clean. The day of I even checked the notations and no mention of salvage anywhere, cool. Today was going to sell the vehicle and its reported salvage. He verbally stated it was clean. Given It’s also my fault for not running a report he edited the title to have no mention of salvage title. Shady way of working business which can only mean he carries this sort of business into his other branches. Beware if you see him on Facebook.

I occasionally haul cars for people. And I sometimes have to pick them up from impound.. Ive Delt with many people and impound lots, and even a few in Cleveland with not too bad of interaction... Well these guys take the cake for having the biggest, pushiest, "I dont care" attitudes.. Rocky (guy at the front counter) demanded money and kept saying " we close at 4 better hurry!" and "it dont matter to me!" and tried pushing me around.. Then proceeded to say that the owner of the car is a "jerk". We know who really are the jerks in this situation. To top it off.. Almost $400 for a car they brought from mentor pd (6 min away) and sat for a day. You all are insane. By the way, you all make me embarrassed for italians. I also have this whole interaction recorded, and I might put it on the internet for everyone to see how these people treat customers.

I was heading home from work and as I got off the freeway my front driver side wheel came completely off. Their dispatcher Linda took great care of me and their driver Toby showed up quickly and took great care of my truck. Thank you guys!
My starter went out while at Walmart and got someone to come in less than 30 minutes. The driver Buck was a great help and went the extra mile to jump my car just to make sure it was the starter. I will be using their see in the future.
My son recently was involved in a accident. And the car was towed.my son went to recover his vehicle at 30 dollars a day and was told it was not drive able. Now before the tow truck arrived my son drove it to a parking lot to get out of the intersection. When we called to ask how the clean up of accident should be handled they said all debris get shoveled in the car. Well we had no broken glass or loose parts of our car on the street. But we had the other cars glass and mirrors and fender parts in our back seat. And was told this is standard practice and the insurance company cleans up the interior mess. I ask you from a common sense point of view does this sound right.
I hit a deer and did a lot of damage to the car. Vitalone's towing came on Easter Sunday with very little wait. Dan K had things under control and got the car to the collision shop then dropped me off at home. Considering it was Easter, it was completely reasonable.
He was very personable and made a lousy day a lot better.
I strongly recommend Vitalone's for towing.
I recently had the pleasure of using Vitalones's livery service for a ride to and from the airport for departing and returning flights. I had an excellent experience altogether! My driver to Hopkins, Rich, was outstanding. Despite it being early in the morning and me not quite ready to face the day, Rich made the experience enjoyable with engaging conversation and had a great attitude!
On my return flight to Cleveland, Mark picked me up at Hopkins. It was easy to locate him in the arrivals pick up line with his Irish Paddy's day themed hat. Mark and I had a great conversation too! The livery Cadillacs are very well kept and the ride was like a cloud. I highly recommend Vitalone's for livery and towing needs. Thank you!

Called called this company after being stuck in mentor on the lake for 6 hours. Waiting for roadside asdistance from my insurance company and never showed up. They had me out in 20 minutes. I waited 30 minutes for them to arrive at my vehicle.This company is awesome
