My car got towed and they’re charging me 500$. Ridiculous, in other parts of Ohio, towing a car is around 100/200 dollars. Don’t ever tow your car here.

Korey picked my truck up from the gas station tonight after AAA and AllState shit show. I sat with the truck until he got there, as soon as he was on-site he let me go home.

A few months back these guys became my heroes, taking on a recall battle with my car manufacturer because of an issue that left me stranded and with an exorbitant tow bill from a different tow company. Beyond just honest, these guys care about meeting the needs of the community- small town mentality in a GOOD way!!! I would definitely send my daughters to them as well as friends, they are forthright and careful to explain what’s going on and why something needs to be addressed.
My wife and I's car broke down on the highway and we had it towed here since it was the closest shop to us at the time. When they called us to inform us that the transmission had blown, they went above and beyond to tell us that they looked into the issue and found that our car manufacturer actually extended the warranty due to a known issue in our vehicle and that we should qualify for it. That ended up being true and we were able to get the repair at no cost to us. They could have easily just informed us that the transmission had blown and done the job themselves to get the money without looking into any warranty whatsoever. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of a repair shop.
My buddies car was having issues so we took the car here. Everyone was as super helpful and nice. I usually never post reviews, but the customer service was amazing and I will definitely tell anyone I know to bring their car here for repairs. Thank you guys!

Great service, fair price. Aaron went above and beyond trying to resolve a problem I didn't even know I had, at no extra cost to me. My only complaint is they aren't closer to my home, and I'm not even sure that's their fault.
Blew 2 tires on interstate 71. Their service is good, but I wouldn't recommend their towing. They wouldn't tow our vehicles and they were willing to leave one of us stranded in the pouring rain and cold because they could only haul one of us.
Had to get a tow to the shop. Josh was very efficient, professional, and nice! Couldn’t have had a better first time towing experience! Would use them again and highly recommend to anyone in need of a tow.
We had to call Elliston Repair after our daughter had a fender bender to get a tow. From the gentleman answering the phone to the tow truck driver, they gave top notch service. They were quick, professional and kind. Thank you Elliston employees for your hard work!
They got me in quick, got the parts ordered quick, and got my car repaired quick. I had no negative interactions with anyone. Nothing but great communication.
Now, my problem is that I didn’t even make it home before my car threw another check engine light. I opened the hood and poked around a bit and they forgot to reconnect the air charge sensor and they forgot to reconnect the grounding wire. (Shown in picture).
Aside from that, everything else about this business was satisfactory to me. I’ll be contacting them on Monday if the check engine light doesn’t go away. But I think I’ll be fine.

I'm from Florida and we come a small town and southern hospitality. We came to shop to have some air put in a tire and the guys there were more than helpful. Taking time out of there frustrating day to hp with no charge. Yes I could have went to a store but I'd rather keep small business in busines. Sometimes the kindness will pay off. They are professional, responsive and willing to try again. This is the second time the picked up the tow from Progressive. The first time they couldn't find the truck because I had the address wrong to start and Progressive didn't relay the corrected address. I appreciate that they tried again and contacted me for clarification because progressive didn't share the necessary details this time either.
Dillon quickly arrived and swapped out two batteries for my F350. And he saw where my turbo intake was loose and tightened it down. It’s hard to find this type of professional service anywhere. Dillon is one of the best!
Had a flat tire and so happened to be right by. They were closed, but the owner saw me putting on my spare and offered for me to pull in the shop and fix it for me. Great guy and quick service that got me back on the road!
The AAA driver came to our rescue on I-71 where we were disabled with a flat tire. The service was quick and the driver was very polite. After the spare tire was on, we went to their garage where they repaired the tire quickly & efficiently!!!

I had the most amazing experience at Elliston Repair and I cant thank them enough for helping me. I was an hour and a half from home driving to Columbus for the Holiday weekend when there was a piece of metal from the bottom of my car scraping the ground. AAA told me to go to this location, so I did, and they were closed. However, I got extremely lucky bc I knocked on the door and someone came to help me and they did a good deed and on their day off they made my car drivable to make it to my destination. As a young woman that does not know a lot about cars and was far from home, they were so kind and genuinely amazing guys! So THANK YOU! This is an AMAZING place with AMAZING people!
There are few joys in life compared to finding a reliable mechanic. These guys are great and have always steered us straight. And we once brought them a tiny house full of wasps. 10/10 would recommend.
Driver was very rude. Charged $1.00 a min. To Waite on highway patrolman to get there that was on top of the tow charge That was after waiting 2 hours on tow truck to get there . I will always request not to use my his company again.
Contacted AAA @10:40p on 1/5/19, they contacted Terrys towing for my service call and informed me they would be out to service my truck by 11:30p. Contacted AAA again @11:44&12:34am(1/6/19) The AAA rep informed me that she had contacted Terrys towing and the driver reported to dispatch that the called had been serviced. (Which it hadn't)
AAA rep spoke with her supervision and explained the situation, she then contacted Elliston repair and tire, he quoted a half hour window but called within 3 minutes of me disconnected from AAA to inform he was 10 minutes away. He was prompt, courteous and extremely understanding. I was passing through an undesirable neighborhood with 2 small children when my tire blew. He had my spare changed out and up and back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Amazing service, I appreciated him making my situation a priority when other companies are just looking to make a quick buck for no services rendered.
I would recommend this company to anyone!
Friendly, honest and professional. The first vehicle I took there they said they wouldn't do what I asked them to because it would most likely cause more problems than I already had. Not many places would do that. Service trucks are the best I've seen. I love the drop off system. I'd usually be sceptical about leaving my vehicle overnight somewhere but have done it twice and have not had a problem.
State farm has sent me skeptical tow trucks before, ones that were falling apart and really not equipped for the vehicle we needed towed. So anytime I call for a tow I'm worried about who will show up. Elliston showed up with a new flatbed, the driver was super friendly and was willingly answering my obnoxious questions with a smile!! Loaded up our truck and made sure it was very secure on the flatbed before taking it to it's destination!! THANK YOU GUYS!!! It restored my faith a bit in Statefarms roadside assistance not to mention I will more than likely ask for you on our next tow/service!
These guys are by far the best! I was quoted $1400 by a local dealership for some repairs to the back suspension and control arm on my car. I took my car to Elliston and they were able to evaluate the problems I was having, determine my struts were also bad and then gave me a quote that was LESS THAN HALF of the dealership. The service was excellent, the price was right and now I have a local mechanic I know I can trust working on my car.
