I just came over to get tires, they said they couldn't get me in made it to speedway and my tire blew off the rim. Was just going to leave the car here but they decided to go ahead and do them for me. And I greatly thank them for doing this for me. Granted these were put on yesterday, Well I have to make one compliant they didnt torque the lug nuts or something my mom was on her way to work this morning and her front left wheel was about to fall off because the lug nuts weren't tight at all on three of her tires on her way to work.
Really happy with my experience at AMJ in Steubenville. They were straightforward, honest, and didn’t try to push anything I didn’t need. Pricing was fair, communication was solid, and they were very accommodating when my schedule changed and I needed my car done sooner.

Reached out to Donnie to get new tires for my daughters car as she clipped a curb pretty good and put a gash in the sidewall.

They will tell you a price then change it to a higher price when they arrive or do any work!!! They are so unprofessional and like to rip people for there money do not recommend!!! Id call CK towing if you need a tow not these guys!!! Worst company ever
Donnie had a full set of tires in the size I needed. His staff was friendly and kind. Decently priced used tires, which included mounting and balancing, and with sufficient tread enough to last a good while.
Friday night , after 6. I got a flat on a car I've only had a short time, only to discover, I did not have any spare. Donnie's was available. Towed my car and replaced the tire in less than 40 minutes. Reasonable price, fast, efficient service and the people I dealt with were very nice. I appreciated the service I received.
NEVER GO HERE!!! Worst experience I've ever had with a repair shop. I was overcharged. They did a mystery unauthorized repair after I already paid. They failed to provide a bill showing what I actually paid for. They did a poor job, causing all kinds of other problems. And they stole from my center console and obviously moved things around looking for other stuff to steal. The absolute worst.
Was in a pinch and needed tires. They said I had to pay in advance, I did. Ended up not being able to make the appointment due to work. Called to cancel, was told my card would be refunded. 2 1/2 months, multiple unreturned calls, waisted visits (he's not in today), and a couple calls to my cc company, I got my money back. Thank you Huntington CC for helping me get my money back from them. DO NOT purchase anything from here!
I thought I was getting a great deal, but I was sold 21 year old tires. When I called the seller, I was pleasantly surprised that he offered a full refund. But after 8 different attempts at communication, my refund was never received. Over a month passed with no response. Very disappointed.
Don't let this shop put in a transmission. It was 10 weeks alot of phone calls alot of lies later before it was finished. Was told several times it was being worked on and would go see, and it was covered in snow and had never been moved. Worst ordeal to go through.
Money hungry. Changed price 3 times after the total. Someone in there is dishonest. That's not the way to run a business. Over charged me 50.00. then tried to over charge me another 30. I think it's the owners son.
Today in the valley we all pretty much have a snowday. My tires purchased from Walmart in weirton about a month ago kept going bald and wearing out, like literally every month is a new set of front tires. I was referred to Donnies by a family member, so I come to Donnie's today, give the tire size that is on my car and has been for months since Walmart has been my go to tire place.. well for months these tires have been the wrong size and it was Scott that works over there at Donnie's that helped me with the correct tire size. Mr. Donnie put 2 mostly new snow tires on my vehicle at a great price of only $100 and out the door.
At the desk today was Ms. Nancy, who had my paperwork all drawn up and ready to go, talk about phone skills, this young woman was being bombarded with calls and until the 2nd phone rep came in she handled the phone call blizzard with utmost care for the customers and made sure the wait times for everyone was as accurate as possible.
I've never been until now and I must say that this place is a throwback to affordable products, reasonable labor and over all damn near perfection when it comes to customer service.

My driver side wheel bearing needed replaced ASAP. I got in the next day. While I waited, I was treated extremely well. I want to thank Chris for being so honest about what he saw that also needs fixed. No pressure to have it done, just letting me know what should be done in future. (Jeep is 15yr old) Thank you again. I own a business around the corner from Donnies. I have brought a few vehicles here and referred many people. The other day I had a patron pull in with a flat tire. I called Donnie and he took care of them ASAP. The tire was fixed before the patron finished his evening and it was ready to go, he never left his seat. First class service! Thank you again.
This business was A-1 as well. The service was spectacular. I experienced a flat at work. The tire probably already had a slow leak because of a slightly bent rim. This mechanic took the time to get the little kink out, replaced my tire with one of great quality and had me back on the road quickly. I would definitely use their services again!!! Two thumbs up!!!!
Donnie and his crew are fantastic! Best prices on tires mounted and balanced. Not to mention they did an oil and filter change, while it was in the air. Top it off with great customer service from Chris(hope I got the right name lol), and Donnie both!

I want to Donnie's Towing today and I bought 4 cooper discoverers 315 7017s for my dad's truck, and my dad loves them. Great customer service and they took great care of me. Their friendly staff made me feel really comfortable which almost never happens due to my social anxiety. I would for sure recommend them. 10 out of 10.
I got nice set of used tires at my Volkswagen
17s very nice tires at a very great price $80 bucks for two tires that was put on and balanced. They also did an alignment they did a very good job very nice people there
