Would give a no star review if possible. My kids significant other just hit a deer and Wilcox was called by law enforcement to tow the vehicle. I completely understand Wilcox needs to make revenue, I have no problem with that. I have a problem with the fact the gentleman I spoke with (who said he was just a driver and I respect that) said it was $400 an hour because it was an accident call and if he argued with me on the phone for 15 minutes, the company was charging for it. All I was trying to do was pay a reasonable rate, not the over inflated rate insurance companies get charged. Apparently common sense has no application with this company. I am not expecting a free tow or $20 an hour rate. $400 an hour for a chevy cruze on the side of the road (not heavy recovery from a field) is mind baffling. I am an auto industry worker for over 20 years and I get how it works. This however, is taking advantage of people in a bad situation that was out of their control. I am sure storage/lot time is going to be just as absurd. I was not arguing, I was trying to sort out a reasonable fee and the driver was not willing to have a conversation or offer to get ownership on the phone. Unreal.

My pick up truck and camper would both stuck a good ways off the road in a field from the extreme mud we had a few weeks back. Was hoping to come back after the freeze and get the camper undone and it just wouldn’t budge. Called them up and they come out within an hour, looked at the situation, gave me a quote, had me hooked up and out of there in about 20min. Both my truck and camper are now back on the road. Grandma's car got towed. Charged 160 for a 15 minuets tow, 25 for a fee just for it being brought in and 35 a day. Not per 24 hours but per calender day.

I'm EXTREMELY grateful this business helped me out when my car needed towed!! The tow driver was quick to get to where I was broke down, 2:00am very cold, friendly and knew what he was doing, it took him no time to get my car loaded and take me home and unloaded!!

We had a rental RV break down in OH and needed to find a place to tow it. The rental platform found this company but lined up for them to take the rv to a closed down shop. The driver helped us find a reputable place to safely get the RV and even called ahead to make sure the dealership could help us out. If you are in the area and need a tow, call these guys first!
They arrived in a timely manner but the location they left my truck really upset me when asked if they could move it was told I'd be charged an extra 150 dollars to do so.....
I have used Wilcox garage many times once in a snow storm, another to haul my classoc car out of storage, another to haul a barn find out of a dilapidated building. Have hauled stuff for me,and have always showed up when they told me they would be their and have always been nothing but professional . Zach,Tyler and the crew are the very best at what they do.
