Unfortunately a few years ago I was in a car accident that totaled my vehicle. My car was taken here, and I can not say how truly amazing they were. I went to retrieve my work badge out of the vehicle and they handed me the keys so I could take whatever I wanted. I was staring at the car crying because of how bad it looked, and forgot 90% of the stuff I wanted to retrieve. My whole point is the staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I spoke to a burly man who guided me to the vehicle. Thank you for helping me in such a traumatic event.

Too scared to tell the truth. I called two days ago. Had bad wheel bearing that could not be repaired. Yall said you had a landoll ready to go, but in the end it was busy til Thursday. Update! Owners called me today! Did all they could to make amends for the situation. We shared some laughs and promised to do business in the future. Old school. Called a dissatisfied person and make it right. Need more businesses like this!

i scheduled stones delivered two different times when I rented a skidloader. Never showed up. Won't answer the phone your word is no good with me. ?

I hired this company to replace 2 belts on Sept 2022. I provided the belt part #s and informed the dispatcher that I have the vin # too. The technician drove out to the truck just to get a vin # and drove back to the shop for parts. I have no issues with the work they did, but they will try to milk you for your time. 1.5hrs over charged just for driving back and forth.

A-OK place to get work done. I was traveling through the area when my motorhome overheated. One of the staff come to where I was stranded and advised me on what to do. I got it to their shop, they started working on it in a timely fashion and had it back to me quickly. They discovered the damage was not as extensive as originally thought and were up front and honest about it . I was out of there for a few hundred dollars and not a few thousand. Great people to work with!

horrible experience. dont use their service totally rip off. i was charged $475 just to come at the scene and say hey i cant fix it here . please dont even try these guys it will be really really expensive even if they cant fix it still they gonna charge you for coming there min$450. be careful

Employees were a little short with me, as if they weren't very happy to see me. No one even bothered to tell me when the work was done while I was waiting to get back on the road. However, the work was done correctly and within a timely manner. Overall, I would come back again if needed.

I went to an appointment in New London came from the appointment and my car wouldn’t start. Called a local towing company and the guy couldn’t do it and referred A&M. I asked the lady on the phone how much it would be to tow my car to Mansfield and she said she didn’t know. I thought that was kind of odd they wouldn’t know their price point but I need to get home so she sent them out. The tow truck driver said it would be $125 to get a Mansfield and proceeded to try to jumpstart the car. I asked him what the jumpstart would cost and he charged me $125 to jumpstart my car. There is no local towing company in Mansfield Ohio where I’m from that charges that kind of money so they took advantage of someone from out of town since I had no other choice. They said they charge $125 an hour no matter what they do but the lady that answered the phone had no clue what they charged ! I would not recommend calling this business as they take advantage of out of town people! There shop wasn’t even two miles from where I was located! Never would call them again!!!

Completely overcharged for the tire change on roadside. Called to talk to management… they never called back. 660.16 for one tire take off old put new on. They took advantage!!!

I had a truck stuck in the show, all he needed was to be pulled out 2-3 ft, they showed up 20 mins after the call, and for 30 min work (just pulling out the truck), they gave me a quote of $450. It would be okay if it stayed on that amount, but the ending bill was $886. This is for hooking up the chains and puling the truck back 3ft, all this happened 6 miles away from their shop, and they claimed it will take 45 minutes for the tow operator to go back to the shop (even though he showed up 20 mins after we requested it). I guess they weren't that busy that day and decided to get extra money from us.

Our car broke down while vacationing in the next town over on a Saturday night. I called the number for the shop since they said they were open 24 hours, and Mark offered to meet me first thing in the morning, even though they work on trucks and not personal vehicles. He gave it a quick once-over, diagnosed the problem, and referred me to a personal friend who was able to get my car in the very next morning. Mark even gave us a lift back to our AirBnB before towing the car to the mechanic. Top notch service from a real standup guy. He made an extremely stressful situation seem like no big deal. I can’t recommend it thank him enough.

Blew an airbag on a brand new trailer. Took a little time to find parts but as soon as they did we were on the road quickly. Mark and the guys were great. They were even willing to remove the part from one of their own rigs if they hadn't found the right one when they did. Thanks guys for putting the customers needs 1st.

Very poor integrity levels while working with customers. Estimates build wrong, not including hidden charges, avoiding problems and just attempting to collect payment quick. Clearly no intentions to keep customers around. Employees respond that they just follow "instructions" and do what they are told to do. Use under at your own risk.

Inaccurate diagnostic, the owner is very low educated person. Over charged by keeling time dragging around the truck just to jack the bill. Save your self by staying away from those money maker.

good folks towed my truck in had a deer suicide on it and fixed my replacement truck's problem quickly

Explained everything to this company before coming out telling them its a turbo issue. They said okay and came out and said that they dont have a computer to check what it is but demanded they were to be paid 235 dollars for coming out. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. SCAM SCAM SCAM

No BS Wrecker. Had an accident and by the following morning I have an invoice to pay. After some coordination with the OSP, they were quick to wrap on the work needed on the clean-up. No hidden strings, no BS, just the way I enjoy working with wrecker facilities. Thanks A&M team.

PATHETIC! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY! I called Mark to see if he can come out and plug a coolant hose (SIMPLE). He said he would be there but instead sent some guy who didn't know S#IT! Guy told be he could not do anything till next morning because the line could not be plugged, after wasting 2 hours walking around the truck while my driver was trying to instruct him on exactly what needs to be done. Then, I had to wake up my personal mechanic in the middle of the night to explain to this guy step by step, how to do the job which should only take 20 minutes if you know what you are doing. I was then presented with a $540 bill. When I called Mark to explain what had happened, he cussed me out and told me that was his BEST mechanic. This guy should not be in business!

Great place but no wifi for customers!! The owner's name is Mark and he is very straightforward!! Price was also good, about $95 per hour and they know what they are doing. They changed my fifth wheel and fixed my trailer wall. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the there is no wifi and cellphone connection does not work in the waiting area!! I was there for 4 hours and I had nothing to do!! I will gladly change my review to 5 start when I am informed that now they have wifi for customers!

I was hit from behind by a driver for this truck company. I spoke with Mark the owner who was very rude and curt. He strung me along and is now ignoring me - not wanting to repair the damage to my car. I have the police report and pictures. I WOULD NEVER recommend or support someone who does business like this - no integrity at all. On top of it all, he never once asked me if I was okay. The icing on the cake...it was my birthday the day I was hit from behind by this guy Cory!!!

Called to get a quote on a winch out, was quoted $350 with an hour minimum. This quote was for a semi truck and a 53' dry van trailer. Towing arrived and got the driver out in less than an hour, closer to 30 minutes. It was two tugs and he was out, simple. When they called to get paid, my bill was SOMEHOW $749. Just to show you how ridiculous these people are, I have attached a photo of what they charged me $749 for. People working there are clearly not on the same page, receptionist quotes me one price and it is over double in the end. There are a couple other reliable towing companies in the area, save yourself the hassle and use one of the others instead.

Mark and his crew have completed multiple major repairs to my truck on time, and within the price agreed upon. The work was top notch. Mark is a very straight shooter, and will never lie to you, always 100% honest. Their hourly rate is very competitive. Their parts price is also on par with local average pricing, and he backs up what be sells. I am one very satisfied customer, and WILL be back.

Great people to deal with, had a misfortunate event in which I required there towing & shop services. Very reasonably priced, got me up & going very quickly (mechanic even stayed late just to get me going ASAP) all around great place. Hopefully I won't need the services provided by them again when I'm in this area, but if I do, no hesitation, A&M towing will be my first choice!

We had a wheel bearing problem, so we were towed in. They wasted 5 days on a 3 hr Job. They have no skills at finding parts, so we took that initiative and over nighted them. We over-nighted all they asked for and when the parts get there they wait until the end of next day before they touch it, then they say oh we're missing this and that.. we get them some more parts and every day it was a different story. Finally on the last day at end of day they found the time to touch the truck. Their diagnostics skills are horrible, Labor charge is too high for what you get, no skills at finding parts, complete amateurs, and above all, they are racist! When we argued about their $800 bill! they said you either pay or we keep the truck! how about that? they may sound sweet on the phone until they got ya, then they show their real face STAY AWAY
