I took my Jeep to have the battery looked at on 12/16. The guy working came out and hooked up the meter. He said you have enough cold cranking amps, your battery is fine. I said no it isnt, I had to be jumped twice today. I turn off the car and it won't crank back over. He said im not surprised because its a Jeep. I said what I have had my Jeep Wrangler for 4 years and no issues. He says imagine being on my side and what I see with Jeep people. So my husband jumped my Jeep and I drove home upset. I ended going to a competitor and got a battery. Imagine that it cranked right over. This morning it started, no issues. We have been going to this store for years. I am really appalled at the customer service and treatment I received.
Was more than appreciative of the help I received at this Auto Parts. My windshield wiper and arm were recently damaged and they were very helpful in finding the right wiper blade to fit the arm I had ordered separately. They don’t install windshield wiper arms, usually just the wiper blades and they did it all for me! I was very thankful as this was a minor repair, but was very stressful for the time it was broken.
I'm not even sure where to start. My gratitude and appreciation to this store and it's staff (Caleb and another gentlemen) are more than I know how to express. We were stranded 2 hours from home. My wife and 2 young kids in a vehicle that limped on it's last dying breath into their parking lot. They helped us in every way possible. This was going into the evening hours and options were limited. Caleb had the part we needed and called a mechanic customer of his who immediately came over to the store to help us. We were there a total of 3 hours and were treated like family. I'm not joking or exaggerating. They did everything they could to make us comfortable and accommodated. They offered us water, unlimited use of their restroom, let the kids run around the store, and even offered us cupcakes. They constantly checked on us, asked if we needed anything, did whatever they could to make us comfortable and help get us home. You just don't experience that kind of service anymore. We were so lucky that we ended up at this particular store and will be forever grateful.
Took 2 batteries at 9A.M and called hours later still not charged. Called at 4 and was put on hold just so they could check if ready and was on hold for 15 minutes..I hung up and called back untl they picked up and finally someone was very helpful..They first guy I spoke to at first was named Alex..next time I will use Auto Zone..
They helped me in a pinch, inside door handle was broken. They had the exact handle I needed for under $10, and they installed it for free. Really appreciate these guys.
Very nice store. Bill was extremely knowledgeable and offered some tips to make the job easier. He even helped me from overpaying for something I didn't need.
The store was clean enough and there was no wait but the guy was clueless helping us. Didn't know what the engine reader meant and didn't know what anything was called. Not impressed.
Decent prices and hours but poor customer service. I'll be taking my business back to Napa. They don't watch from inside while I struggle trying to install a wiper blade in 20 degree weather.
