Great service!. First time buyer. Called, salesman was efficient, polite. Part was ordered on a Thursday afternoon. Was at location to pick up Monday morning. Price was good, including shipping and taxes. Part was good used quality. Highly recommend.

Called to follow up on a quote with my quote number and everything. I was on hold waiting for an agent for roughly 40 minutes. During these 40 minutes every 3-4 minutes the recording would say we are ringing your sales agent now. Estimated wait time is approximately 1 minute. This went on over and over and over again. Finally I called this location back on another cell phone then I finally got through to someone who said his computer locked up.. They transferred me to supposedly the agent who originally handled my account. I left a message and have not heard back. I'm going somewhere else and spending the extra $100 for my part in order to not have to deal with this misery.

Better hope they don't open a location near you otherwise they will tank your property and property value. People who value nature, quiet, and country life beware if they open a facility near you, there will never be peace again.

Bought a rear differential for 933.00 from the Hillsboro ohio yard, go to pick it up and see that it's damaged. So I take pictures and send to the guy I ordered it from, so he calls me and and wanted to see if we could make it work … and maybe return some of my money. Or they would try and find another one, so after taking some parts off my old one and making it work, after getting it in and find it has a small Vibration at 20 to 25 mph then clears up. I decided to keep it instead of paying to have it taken out and waiting for another one and paying to have it put back in. So I text all this information to them … and to get no response from them is total bs, and I will never use them again.

Lol checked a driver side mirror for my 08 Suzuki, on Amazon a brand new heated powered mirror is $50 thought I'd check if a JUNKYARD would be a little cheaper, $150 for a used off color mirror here.

Ordered fender and front driver's door from this company. When ordering, it was agreed that the parts are without defects. When they arrived in Cincinnati there was a big dent and scratches.

There is no salesman at the Hillsboro/Cincinnati location. This is a nightmare. You have to order parts through a person in Michigan. My experience has been that the guy in Michigan enters in the wrong part and the folks at the pickup location in Hillsboro pull the part and when it’s the wrong part they have to call the guy that entered it incorrectly to have him put another work order in. The Michigan location has entered in the same part (which is the wrong part) 3 times already. I’ve had 4 trips there and still not getting the right part. This place used to be good when it was Reno’s. Definitely would NOT recommend Fenix auto parts.

Have bought a couple engines and few transmissions from them, they keep all info from the original donor cars, milage,year,wrecked or not...etc. Great service ,good warranty, good place to get used automobile parts and components.

***Beware!** Below is the exact email I sent to their cooperate office and never received a response. Apparently fenix parts of Cincinnati AWFUL costumer service starts from the top. I am contacting you in regards to an issue that has yet to be resolved and the sales rep named “Foster” as well as the management according to him have ghosted me on this issue and at this point and stopped responding to me at your Hillsboro Ohio location. I run a business that in the past I have spent tens of thousands of dollar at what once was Reno’s and NEVER had any issues. My recent encounter started very pleasant with purchasing an engine for a Sante fe 3.3l V6. We agreed on a price and everything was fine until we picked up the motor, after picking up the complete ready to install motor which we spent $4,700 on, we noticed some visible issues with the engine. We were originally told to bring the engine back and that we would receive a different one from someone at this location. After Arriving back to your store we were then met by Foster and worked out a deal to reduce the price and fix the issue ourselves because the timing cover was cracked. This wasn’t a big deal and the issue was fixed and resolved. After installing the motor we found more issues after driving the car and it building pressure the motor stated to leak oil we resolved the ourselves and took pictures, after reaching out to him regarding the issues he originally tried telling me there wasn’t anything he could do to help. But the engine was purchased with a warranty, but then after speaking with foster (which I have all text messages) he has yet to resolve the issue and keeps saying he sent it over to his manager and warranty team. It has now been 3 weeks and he now won’t respond since my last text in over a week. The engine comes with a parts warranty and the way I have been treated is unacceptable. This is no way to run a business and I’m reaching out because if someone was running my business poorly like this I would want to know. I would love to talk in further details about the issues because they aren’t trying to work with me and the integrity of your business I would assume surely isn’t built on this kind of customer service. If this issue isn’t resolved I have no choice but to stop using your business and will be leaving a review as well as making others aware to beware of this shady business. Thank you

Was great when Reno's, after being acquired by Fenix the place has gone downhill. Can't walk in to get parts, parts not ready for pickup when they say they are ready. Wasted 3 hrs driving there and back for a part that wasn't even delivered yet. Won't be using them any longer.

Since Fenix took over it has been nothing but lies and deceit. They have raised prices and deliver sub par quality. When it was Reno’s they were top notch. Literally within a month of the acquisition the bottom fell out of this place. If you want to be ripped off Fenix is the place you want to shop

Top shelf and class act salvage yard. I've have not seen a better organized or clean yard in my life. I have been to alot of them in the past 30 years. I dealt with josh on the phone. He didn't try to BS me on anything, was friendly and straightforward. The guys in the parts room was also outstanding. Showed me the bed and helped me load it.i drove 3and a half hours 1 way. It was worth it thanks alot.

(My communications to them after, with NO response) This is Brian Burke. I bought the parts for the Ford Flex on the 22nd of March. Then brought the grille back. it was told to me that after 5 days returns are invalid. Then it was realized that it was only the 26th (4 days later). Was then told as (I assume) the boss came in, was stated, you don't return body parts. The contract (receipt) says "ELECTRICAL" parts. Then was told no returns on special order parts. I spent $1,400 on parts and didn't need the grille. No where in the contract does it say any of the parts were special ordered. With all that, you should recall who I am. I am now asking for the price I paid for the grille, without being charged for the restocking fee, and $50 for my reimbursement of time and travel. If you can agree to that, I will discontinue any civil action taken. As a business man myself, I would hate to have to close one of my stores to make appearances for court, hours of driving, etc. In the event that happens, I would then need compensation. As business men, I believe we can reach the agreeable terms. Thank you for your time, feel free to call me before Monday at 4pm. God Blessl

Purchased a part by means of ebay. A Ford Ac compressor. Took it to the mechanic does not work. The least they could have done was test it before selling it. Arrived Thursday August 20. Will be returned August 23 via ups. I don't WANT a store credit. Please return my money immediately.

These guys are amazing. Great service great pricing. I drove (with my three small children I couldn’t get a sitter for) 3 hours to pick up a motor that was the best quality for the price around. Well to make the story short as we are trying to load the motor the gentleman says that he hates to see me transport the motor with the kids in the car in the event something we’re to happen. It’s $200 to have it shipped 2 hours away. They did it for free. He said he gets it, has kids of his own. You just don’t find businesses (or people) like this anymore. People that genuinely care. I definitely recommend them for all of your auto part needs.

I bought an engine off them for my truck. The price was unbeatable and for a small fee they delivered it to the shop doing the work. Returned the old motor for a core and they unloaded it and had a check cut in literally 10 minutes.

Purchased an engine for a Dodge pickup truck here recently. I checked with many places but I really trusted these guys on their quote on the mileage. Once I picked it up I trusted them even more. I have been dealing with salvage yards for a long time and I have never seen a cleaner, more organized and more professional operation!!! A++++

What this place doesn't know is what I went through with another seller on Ebay before I found Reno's engine for sale. When I asked them questions they were answered fast and a professional manner I purchased an engine on Reno's Ebay and received it in 2 days and came in near perfect condition and runs amazingly well. Ren was awesome for calling me back to verify my address to make sure it got delivered right away. You gained a loyal customer in me thank you for being awesome it was a comforting experience doing business with you.

Definitely worth the drive from Springfield! Parts were nearly new and the customer service was top notch also! Prices were definitely unbeatable for the parts that I particularly needed for a 60 miles radius! Highly recommended place to go!

They were great. Not at all what I'm used to, but I'm kind of old school too. But they were very nice, professional, very, very clean and modern building. All the vehicles in the yard looked like they were in a gravel base instead of what I was used too, weeds, mud, snakes, mice, rats, etc. None of that here. I will be back. Highly recommend them.

I needed a weird part for a car they don't make anymore. When I called they were friendly and didn't act like I was bothering them (like most places will). The respected the price I saw on eBay which was more than 60% off a new part. Shipping was way faster than I expected. The part arrived packaged so good that you probably could have ran over the box with no problems. At first I thought the part wasn't there because of all the insulation the used. Part was exactly what I ordered but in even better condition than I thought it would be for a used part. It still had the thermal wrap that you probably don't even get on a new part. 100% worked which is no surprise because they told me they check everything before it goes out. These guys/gals will be my goto place for parts and I will recommend them for others. I'm not a big reviewer but I specifically asked where I can leave positive feedback because they deserve it.
