They talked down to me during every interaction and never quote the price up front. Then when you come to pick up, the price is always higher and they give a weak explanation at best. Save your time and money.
Back in May of 2023. I was traveling from Michigan to Texas. I hit a deer in Ohio. The cop gave me some suggestions on getting a tow and repairs. I chose KK it was closer to where I was. It seemed like a long time as I had my 2 dogs with me but I think they got to me in a 4-5 hour time frame which is understandable considering it was early in the morning and before they opened when it happened. They helped me get a rental car and worked with my insurance and stayed in contact for the month they had my vehicle working on it. It’s been 2 years and you can’t tell it ever happened. I’ve had no mechanical issues or exterior issues since they did their work on it.
If I lived there or closer they would be my go to for collision and body work.

Had the good fortune of working with Allan when I needed help diagnosing and repairing an oil leak caused by another company. He is a great mechanic and a better guy, and made sure I got back out on the road safely. Highly recommend his services and KK Collision.
First off if I could give zero stars I would! It's the second time I've been here and second time I've been let down. Took my car in yesterday to get the tires balanced was originally quoted at $80.00 when my wife went to pick it up it was 163.49, they said they broke a stud upon removal of right rear wheel which i understand could happen. But I wanted to take the wheel off to check their work and make sure it was actually done, each lug nut was extremely hard to remove and one actually spun a stud and I figured out all studs were stripped but the new stud that was installed was the most stripped of all if I could add pics I would, each lug nut was also ground down for some reason they know about but did not inform me of, so I called and was directed to Kyle, he tried to say every stud was stripped on just that wheel when he took the wheel off but only replaced one for some reason?? Doesn't make sense to me why he would have put the tire back on if he thought all the rest were stripped especially without informing me first?? That's a major safety concern that could have been very dangerous, he also claimed each nut was torqued to spec but in my experience if the nuts came off that hard for me they had to of went on even harder for them it was definitely noticed but he thought he could get away with it, then he said he would only replace the one he already attempted to replace but I said you couldn't even replace it right the first time so I don't trust you to do it again. There was an extreme lack of accountability and quality of work done to my vehicle and this is a beginner level job. The point of this review is I went here for a tire balance came out to be more than double than originally quoted without a phone call to let me know of any issues he ran into, so when he messed up my car I had to fix it myself on my dime and a few hours of my time. I hope this helps and if you do decide to go with this company always double check his work it may save your life!
A+ service. I was n my semi truck when a coolant line blew causing it to over heat. I pulled over and went a little too far over and got sucked into the ditch. I still don’t know how it didn’t roll over. Kk came and did an exceptionally job getting my rig that was loaded out of the ditch without any damage. The whole crew was respectful and caring. They went above and behind my expectations. I will be telling all my fellow drivers about this place. They r saved in my phone now if I ever need help again in the area. Thanks kk crew for all you did for me. If u happen to see the sheriff that stopped to help tell him thanks as well I didn’t get a chance to tell him.
I needed help after I hit something on the road with my semi trailer while changing lanes. I went to the next exit to see if any damage happened. The front axle on my trailer came off while I was making my turn and I was blocking part of the exit!
KK Collision was called, l was surprised how quickly they came out to the scene and figured out what to do! This was not a simple tow, the trailer’s front axle was cocked and pinned under the trailer, plus It was loaded with 45,000 lbs of steel bars. The crew got to work right away and resolved the situation! They were very professional and treated me with respect. Kyle the owner of KK Collision was there as well. He answered all my questions at the recovery scene and what to expect next, regarding transferring the load to another trailer, which they took care of for me at their yard.
I want to sincerely thank KK Collision for minimizing the stress of this incident for me!!
In a bind on a Saturday morning, the KK Collision staff moved quickly to get my Jeep to their location and helped coordinate a car with Enterprises that I rented. I am very impressed with their services.

Insane tow and storage fees. Had no choice to use KK because that’s who police officers called. $275 tow and $125 per day storage before they could give us an estimate on repairs. There are better options if you have a choice.
Kk collision, anyone that don't give them 5 stars is crazy. Kyle will work with anyone on price, he'll help you out however he can and they do great work!!! Keep up the good work!!
Do not let them tow your vehicle. Cost $1273 to tow my vehicle 5 miles to their sight and 25 miles to Brondes in Maumee for a total of 30 miles. Had no clean up on sight. Only fluids was radiator. The picked up after midnight and delivered to Brondes the same day and charged me storage.
I've taken probably 8-10 vehicles to KK Collision over the years for everything from tires to brakes to oil changes, and I've always been happy with the service. The prices are decent, the work is solid and on-time, and they never try to up-sell me on something I don't need. I've always been treated fairly, so it's easy to recommend.
Kk is a local small town business run buy a local small town guy. The owner Kyle does a great job of trying to make his customers feel welcome and at ease when at his shop. They are thorough and make sure you are completely satisfied with the work that is done. They try hard to work with ones schedule and financial restrictions. A bonus is the sweet pups he has that will visit you with a tail wagging! If u go there communicate your needs and Kyle will bend over backward to make it happen!!
Deer vs SUV... KK collision does amazing body work, I'm very impressed with results. Paint mach is perfect and body work is A+. There is no evidence of damage, it looks like brand new. This is the 3rd time I've used KK collision for body damage and every time has been awesome. I highly recommend this shop for your repairs!!!

Worst experience with this company, Kyle has absolutely no conscience or professionalism. He withheld life sustaining (anti-seizure) medications from my daughter. He also withheld all of her personal items, including items with her name on it. She was a PASSENGER in a 1 vehicle accident. There was no police hold on the vehicle, no citations issued. Absolutely no legal reason he couldn't have at least released her wallet and medications. He had no legal right to hold her items for 'ransom', considering the towing/storage bill was owed by OWNER of the vehicle. After several days, we were finally able to retrieve her items, for what it was worth at that point. Almost EVERYTHING had been taken out of her zipped suitcase, no attempt was made to protect or shield her personal items. Several items that had been rifled through, were frozen to the floor board of the vehicle. If anything, KK Collision ruined more items than the accident. If they'd withhold life sustaining medication from a young lady, just because he wanted his tow and storage bill paid FIRST, I wouldn't trust him or his company with anything of value. I could somewhat understand personal items temporarily, until the owner claimed his personal possessions. To deny necessary life sustaining medication, driver's license, debit and credit cards, medical cards, etc. speaks volumes on his character. Despicable. I hope one day he has to deal with someone EXACTLY like him. It's no wonder tow companies get such a bad reputation, he's one of many I'm sure.
Just wanted to say a big Thank you to Kyle and the Collision shop. My brother died in a collision in Ohio recently and his truck was towed to this shop. My brother and I traveled from Michigan to the shop to retrieve whatever we could from his truck. They were very nice to us and even waived the tow fee and storage fee. They were very compassionate with us and helped us get the plates off. It made a very difficult trip much less so. Thank you so much for your help and empathy.
This is the best place to get service.. My wife's car broke down at our daughters in Grand Rapids and they were very friendly and efficient.

This was our second time dealing with this company, each time it has been nothing short of a disaster. they intercepted one of our vehicles I called to get information and spoke with "the owner" who had no information and claimed he would get back to us and never did. Meanwhile continued to charge us "indoor" storage fees and when questioned as to why the vehicle had to be stored in doors no one could give us a valid answer. This establishment is extremely unprofessional, the customer service is ridiculous, they take advantage of the situation and charge outrageous prices and can never explain the prices they charge! We hope to NEVER have to do business with them ever again!!!
