I suppose they do work that's ok. They worked on my car. They charged me plenty, and a good bit more, considering what they did. The car still has the same problem, but they won't return calls, and put me off when I go in person. They simply aren't interested in doing anything more. So, I won't be going back with anything else.

I have used them for years and have always gotten great service. I recommend them to everyone in the area.

Quick and painless repair, only did what I asked them to do instead of trying to upsell a million other things. My next auto repairs will definitely be done here!

I would NOT recommend this place at all! They will rip you off and give you the highest price for the cheapest parts and labor! Not to mention the mechanic was smoking cigarettes in my vehicle! Very un professional! I also fixed my vehicles problem myself,$130 later in 20 mins of my OWN time,it was done and fixed.As to where the Owner suggested I junk my car. If there is any Toyota lovers out there,they know that at 220k miles,the vehicle is just starting to live its life.Keep up on the basic maintenance and any toyota will run over 350k no problem. It just sucks when you run into mechanics like this that will take your money and do the BARE minimum so that you will have to spend more money when it breaks down.Sad,but true..I suggest that you learn how to fix your own vehicle before you bring it to Arcadia garage.

They gave us an estimated and a time and they honored the agreement. Won't ask for anything else. They did what they said, all good.

This place does excellent work at great prices they get us right in. You can also drop off day early and all is safe. Give em a try...
