Rip off garage. They charged nearly double what it should cost for replacing the front control arms on my daughter’s 2018 Subaru Forester. Oil change was very pricey as well. Will be finding another mechanic in the area.

They provide quick service and great repair work but they are a little pricey

They were able to fit me into schedule quickly and resolve the issue. Very understanding and worked together to solve problem.

So happy to finally took my car here! After 4+ visits to the dealership for a year-long issue, I switched to Wyoming Automotive and will continue going to them moving forward. Not only did they identify the cause of my car issues, they repaired everything correctly, quickly and with great customer service and communication. The team is great about following up and texting/emailing quotes ahead of time so you have a chance to review everything. 10/10 service!

Google wont let me give these people zero stars. Learn from my mistake and dont take your car here. These people are kinda weird and specifically set things up so that they can take your money. I brought my car in for a CEL which I knew was because of a bad MAP/MAF sensor. They told me it was the wiring harness that was a problem. I okayed them to fix that and my car woke up with the EXACT SAME PROBLEM the next morning. When I took it back to them, they tried to charge me $200 to fix the actual problem when they charged me $400 the previous day and told me the car was fixed. They also told me that they declined test driving the car to ACTUALLY SEE IF THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED. They pointed out that my front control arms were bad and that my rear tires were going bad and that they wouldn't test drive it until those were fixed and the total price of those repairs was over $2000. So they basically fiddled with my car and then weren't even sure if they fixed the problem, but told me the problem was fixed.

Very happy with our service at Wyoming Automotive! Our 2010 car had several issues, and they gave us a detailed online report of all the problems along with cost estimates and their recommendations based on priority and urgency. Communication was great, and we didn't feel pressured to do anything that wasn't truly urgent. Our car is running well now, and we will definitely be back to fix other issues in the future.

My son took his truck to Wyoming automotive. They charged him 177$ for a diagnostic and his truck could barely start when he picked it up. The truck is in far worse shape than when he dropped it off!!! BEWARE Folks!

Dropped my car for an oil change. Oil change was done in a timely manner and they gave my car a very good inspection and let me know some areas that need attention. Helpful and knowledgeable. Would bring my car again.

Great quality and quick service with fantastic transparency in their quotations. Easily approve or decline in an online app or via text messages, but they still have the friendly service via phone and in person. As a woman, I did not at all feel like I was being treated condescendingly like I often feel with other mechanics. Highly recommend.

I was driving to work, and my brake pedal locked up on me. I had my car taken to Wyoming and they were able to diagnose it and get it fixed. Since I live in Dayton and work in Cincinnati, they were able to have it done that day! I really appreciate them for helping me out! Definitely recommend!

I've been able to schedule an appointment on a moment's notice and have work done here in a quick and efficient manner. Their check up of your car is well documented with pictures to demonstrate their assessment and therefore inform your potential approval of the work to be done, quickly and efficiently. Definitely worth dealing with if you want honest and straightforward mechanics. Ryan, who runs the shop is absolutely great and understanding the customers unique pov and takes it in consideration and dealing with you. I found Wyoming Automotive after a bad experience with one of the chain automotive companies. I cannot recommend them enough. They fully deserve the 5 star rating. I have had work with them done 2 times now and both time the service and repairs have been excellent. If you are looking for a good automotive repair shop, you can't go wrong with Wyoming Automotive. There's a reason why they have been in business for 50 years

I have been taking the White Blob for her regular maintenance for over a year, and since Ryan has come on board, my experience has always been great! Or as great as it can be when shelling out a lot of money to keep her alive. One of the reasons I will continue to use Wyoming Automotive is that in addition to excellent customer service and the fact that it is literally a mile down the road from where I work, I get photos and videos of all inspections done. That is a game-changer!! Makes me more confident that the work they recommend is needed and not just a money grab.

I would like to personally thank Ryan and Riley for going above and beyond to get me in today and fix my JEEP. I phoned Ryan at approximately 0930 and asked if he had any chance of an availability? He said it’s slim, but asked what my vehicle issue was? I explained it was my rear bearing and front Tie Rods, my JEEP is shimming very rough when I apply breaks and the sound from the rear is extremely loud. I asked Ryan if he would take my number and if any chance of a cancellation, I can immediately run over to the shop, and he agreed. Not even an hour later he phoned and said come on down. When I arrived, he assessed and confirmed it was in fact the issue I had described. When he quoted the price I was stunned at how reasonable and affordable it was. He was honest, and said the only problem may be the back but he said he’d order the part we can go from there. Thankfully, Riley was able to do the work and she completed it while I waited which I was more than happy to do. I can say without reservation, Ryan and Riley earned my loyalty as a customer and my JEEP will ONLY get serviced at Wyoming Automotive here on out. Quality matters, but the customer service from Ryan and Riley was OUTSTANDING. There are not enough stars to acknowledge my gratitude or appreciation. I recently had my 60k mile tune up done at Wyoming Automotive. They got me in and out quickly. I had this done right before I left for a trip to Florida. While driving to Florida I had brake issues. I took my car to a Jacksonville ford dealership to fix the car. I had issues with my brake vacuum seal. It was a pricey fix. I came home and took all my paper work into Wyoming Automotive and told them what happened just asking if maybe this happened here. They took time to look over their records and I was blown away when they covered the cost of my Florida repair bill. I have used Wyoming Automotive for my cars for almost 13 years. They stand behind their work. Thank you to Matt and their service managers and techs for being the people that stand up for what is right and true.

I had been getting their flyers and coupons in the mail for a while. This shop is basically spittin' distance from my house. I had been a long time customer of a local Chrysler dealership and when you can NEVER schedule an appointment to bring your car in for service, how are you supposed to be able to plan your day? A huge THANK YOU to the guys running this shop. They fixed it right the first time. I had some extra TLC maintenance done, per their recommendation, and my little Journey runs like a champ. I am very happy with the service I received. I am extremely impressed by the customer service software that they use for their work orders and invoicing. It's nice seeing an itemized list of what you're paying for via a text message link. In the coming months, I'll be back with our Wrangler for some TLC.
