Went above and beyond. whomever I spoke with went into the yard and verified the part was there sent me pictures to verify it was correct. We picked up the parts and they were very friendly in person as well!

Majority of the part I get from here are super over priced and I usually have to fix the parts I get from here save your self some money and headach Carthage auto parts is a better place to go. Then once I stopped buying from here they would call me bugging me to buy from them. don't recommend their are about 20 different junk yard with way better prices save your self some money and head ache

One of the guys that works here is really rude didn't want to give me a refund even thoe he send me the wrong part he said that i probably switched the part. Giving them 5 stars because someone else called me back and said they realized they did commit a mistake and refunded me with a full refund and i respect that.

Purchased a used engine from them, the staff was friendly and efficient. I don’t usually leave reviews, however this engine ended up not being good. Normally that would lead towards a poor review, except as soon as I notified them of the situation they immediately began discussing options and since they did not have another engine to replace it with and the cost of repair exceeded the cost of the engine they issued a full refund to me the day I had found out it wasn’t good. When purchasing any used auto parts it is a risk, I knew that going into it and luckily this company stood beside their warranty and did everything they could to rectify the situation. I WILL work with them in the future and recommend them to anyone who is in need of used auto parts at a reasonable price with a trustworthy company.

I just called in about a car starter, tried to ask the guy what was the core charge because I didn’t have the bad one off of the car. He says not to yell at him (my phone was on speaker) then hangs up on me. Been doing business here for 10 years and this was the worse interaction.

Bought a nice, clear, OEM headlight for my wife's low mile 2005 Cadillac STS. Found them and the item on car-part.com, sure beats hitting multiple salvage yards looking for one! Thanks Allgeier!!

Called to order a part for one of our cars. We are from Michigan. They were happy to ship it to us, and FAST. It was there the next day. Very happy with that kind of service. Would definitely work with them again.

If I can give them 0 I would. I never done business before with this company and I had all of my information needed to find my part. He didn't want to sell me a part because I asked if it's possible if we can get a picture before pre-paying for a wheel and that was asking too many questions. BAD BUSINESS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN I WAS NOTHING BUT POLITE AND PATIENT WITH THIS GUY.

Found a part on their site and they want about $600+ more than it's worth. If it was 100% perfect I'd feel maybe a little different. Saw they had tons of options for insurance quotes. Appears they are more in the game to provide parts insurance companies will pay for so they have sky high pricing. Not even interested in trying to do business with them, specially with the other reviews. Scam artists at their finest.

I don’t know how this place is still in business with this lack of customer service. I purchased a transmission for GMC Acadia 2010 on March 9th 2022 and after spending lots of money getting the transmission installed, the transmission does not have reverse. The customer service rep. told me to tow it to Cincinnati Transmission to have this checked. I asked what is the process flow for escalating an issue like that and the person started yelling at me and and repeating himself to take it to the shop when I just want to understand the process and timing of the events. I try to keep calm and asked if they sell transmission taken out of the vehicle or if they also rebuild transmissions ( because they required to have a core returned) just so I know if my transmission was rebuild and this guy lost it yelling and cussing at me before he hang up the phone. My question is how a used parts store like this is still in business? Did I get a transmission for free or did I pay my hard earn money to purchase it? After loosing lots of money like this, the least I deserve is some information so I can plan around it. I can see some negative comments similar to this with customers dealing with the same person and I do not understand how this person still works there or if he is a co- owner, how that place is still open. We need to escalade more events like this so customers does not have to deal with situations like this

Very helpful and friendly staff. I had issues finding a specific part for my car and they were able to help me out by ordering it in for me. I've dealt with them several times since and will continue to do so.

The people could not have been nicer. Especially Kevin. My wife took a road trip and broke down in Cincinnati. Engine blown no chance at replacement for months. This salvage yard gave us best value and helped my wife with collecting everything from the vehicle 10 days later. Thank you!

Get prices on parts and a very good selection

They sold me a faulty Part and wouldnt refund or exchange it. I was told i had 90 days warranty but they still wouldn't work it out with me. Highway Robbery. Thumbs down to this place. If i could give out No Stars they wouldn get any

Horribly rude. Called looking for rims off of any dodge 2500 series to work on a custom build. Didn't need a specific year. When I explained this, the person taking my call went off accusing me of rigging something because I wasn't putting them on a specific dodge truck then hung up. Crazy experience.

Nice people very helpfull.. bought a motor for my Chrysler 200... was perfect motor.. I have been dealing with them since 2008 best place I have found so far.. always been h elpfull on anything I have needed.. open M-F8:30 to 5:30. And sat 8:30 to 1:30

I called and asked for a door I found online. They said come on in and get it so I did. The guy who pulled the door took off in the yard took the mirror and the door panel off before he gave me the door, AFTER i paid for the whole door not one missing the mirror and door panel. Now my swap wasn't going to be as simple as it should've been. Make sure to ask lots of questions at this place and be very specific!

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. F$!k mark, and the management that let's him get away with being condescending to customers. This Business is garbage.

Bought an alloy wheel there, found corrosion and tried to return the wheel for refund - no go! Their return policy is "25% restocking fee on all accepted returns" but they only accept the return if the part is wrong or they made an error which is very deceptive! Avoid at all costs!!!

Call and placed a order for a part. Drove 60 miles to pick it up and it was not the right part, and tried to blame me for it until I explained what was on their web site, then they changed their mind and gave refund.

Super rude on the phone. The few times i have had to get parts from them they were rude when i was there. Learn some customer service.
