Person at parts counter was not interested in my business, acted uninterested and bothered by our search for parts. He recommended a napa or something like that. Went across the street to fleet and pride, everything on order should be here tomorrow. Had the same issue with the Dayton location. I think we have a new parts supply chain to check before going back into a truck pro.

I personally don't care for the Cincinnati location. They never seem to have what you're looking for. I prefer the Dayton location.

Customer service here is horrible. Employees would not get off of there phones and treated me as if I was a major inconvenience for them. Will never be going back.

We buy truck parts here on a regular basis. The service is good and the staff is knowledgeable.

I bought a 2.5 inch light from TruckPro, they charged double the price as the same light at a Pilot truck stop.

Bunch of goof balls, not very helpful. Limited stock at high prices.
