Hello everyone. This morning, September 15, I was standing and wanted to go. I did not find my car in the yard. I see this tow truck took it. My car for no reason I had everything.I do not recommend this place very bad and very attitude of the employee they are very aggressive and they take your car for no reason to take money from you Be very careful, despite the fact that I had all the documents. I have a permit parking so he's towing my car I posted the photos, look and be careful with this man, he is very inadequate and aggressive.😡😡😡 I wanted to pick up the car and they demanded cash to hide it from the tax office. I paid cash 160$ He didn't give me a receipt. Even though I paid for the covered space I parked in, my car was towed. They claimed they didn't see my pass. Even though it was broken and fell over, it was in the cup holder, which was clearly visible through the driver's window when I picked up my car. Don't apologize or make excuses for the misunderstanding, just pay us the money to get your car. They claimed they couldn't contact my landlord to make sure I was legally parked, which I find hard to believe- It seems like they just want to make money and don't apply any logic to their actions. My car was in the designated spot, the description along with the license plates were given at the time I got the spot, but because the cheap piece of plastic broke and fell, I lost $160, not to mention time.

Millennium Towing did an amazing job getting our Corvette off of a hill in the backyard! I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Driver (who wasn't wearing a name tag and refused to tell me his name) was extremely unprofessional, unpleasant and downright rude. He was completely unprepared, and wouldn't even tell me the phone number of the tow yard (claimed he didn't know the phone number of his own employer). When I walked past the truck cab it reeked of marijuana, and the driver showed obvious signs of impairment (such as slurred speech and blood shot eyes). I didn't have a choice in using Millennium as I was in an accident on 275 and Sharonville Police called them for a tow. I have followed up with Sharonville Police with my concerns about the drivers obvious impairment and suggested that they drop whatever agreement they have with Millennium. I will also be contacting the PUCO and filing a complaint against their tow license.
