Even though I pay for the covered spot I was parked in, my car was towed. They claimed that they couldn't see my pass. While it had broken and fallen down, it was sitting the cup holder clearly visible through the drivers window when I picked up my car. No apologies, no sorry for the misunderstanding, just pay us the money to get your car. They claimed they couldn't reach my landlord to verify that I was legally parked which I find hard to believe. Seems like they are just out to make a buck and not applying any logic to what they do. My car was in its designated spot, a description along with license plates were given at the time I got the spot, but because a cheap piece of plastic broke and fell down, I am out $160- not to mention my time.

I was stuck without power on 275 and Rob came right away to pick me up. He was so awesome, even called Autozone for me to see if my battery was under warranty, took me there, argued they should replace it on my behalf, then took me to repair shop for an alternator. He was SO amazing. Thank you so much, Rob!

My car was parked in my driveway with the emergency brake on. I came outside a couple of hours later to find my car had slid down my driveway and hit the retaining wall. I called Millennium Towing because it came up first on google. I’m so thankful I called Millennium. Anthony came out, arrived in under an hour and was so kind. He told me he was gonna get me taken care of and he did. He pulled my car out of the driveway without even a scratch to my car. I am so thankful for Anthony and Millennium Towing. AAA wouldn’t come out to help me even though I pay for AAA membership because they suspended house calls for weather issues. But ANTHONY came and did a great job, was kind, quick and competent! Professionalism and experience at it's best. We had a Bobcat track machine stuck in an inaccessible ravine and not only was Troy able to remove our machine he did it safely without any damage to the machine or property. We would always recommend Millennium Towing for those tough situations where knowledgeable, curious tow operators are needed.

I would like to give them a zero star because they did not done there job properly as you can see the picture they towed my truck and took off the shaft but they did not put it back so be careful guys. My whole ubolt become rusty due to their irresponsibility. So when I ask them they told me that that not their job. That’s crazy. Now I have to pay for the Ubolt which become rusty. And millennium charge me $545.74 just for 15 mints drive.

I’ve been having car problems for a few days now, I haven’t had any money recently, my car is having rod knock issues, and it finally gave out on me, on the side of the highway at that. It’s been there for almost 3 days now, I was able to get the money together from another blessing to get a AAA membership for a month to get a tow to my nearest mechanic. While I was waiting for the AAA tow truck to show up, which said it had an estimated time arrival of 1hr and 30mins. Standard I get it, but in the midst of my struggles a tow truck pulls over and me and my girlfriend get out of the car to greet the driver. As he explained that he wasn’t our tow but he just wanted to make sure we were alright, and to make sure we had already called one! This man was so humble and nice! I didn’t get to catch his name! Next time I’ll be using your services! Thank you so much! You guys are amazing.

These guys do a great job moving containers 20/40 FT for us around Ohio. Good communication, good drivers, never heard a complaint from our customers. Highly recommend, very fair rates as well.

Excellent service!!! I had medical issues and they got to me so quickly and the driver was so nice and courteous. We talked and he was explaining things on the 2hr ride. I would use them 100 times over again. Grat experience!!

At a time when we were stranded on the side of a busy road in Woodlawn, and, so difficult to get in contact with reputable towers on a holiday weekend, Tim took our call from Millennium Towing Co. Quick response. Was told they'd show up within the next hour and he showed up within 10 to 15 minutes. Driver was a nice guy. Polite and helpful. Obviously well experienced, as he backed right up to exactly where he needed to be to scoop the car up on the very first try. Was in and out within another 10 to 15 minutes tops. Good experience from them during a not so great car-related experience for me, which certainly helps with the overall frustration of my car situation. Would definitely use again

This place is excellent! My car had a completely flat tire and they were on the scene less than 90 minutes after my call. Tony from the Shepard Drive location moved my car and did an amazing job! He took great care with my car and was very communicative about the process. He even gave me tips on talking to the tire repair shop once we got there! I definitely recommend Millenium 👍

Horrible experience! They pick and choose when they want to be open so they can charge you more! Very rude office worker that sits and talks about customers personally! Things were stolen out of my vehicle and the heavy size office worker lady refused to give me the owner information. He was supposed to give me a call and never did! This place needs to shut down! There are many towing companies that stay open to accommodate the customer. These nasty people are greedy and money hungry! I do not advice you do business with them

They only accept cash which is not fair. Even if you are here in person with your ID, you still have to pay cash.

In an emergency, they picked up my car and delivered to the shop within two hours of calling, and of course, right on time with their promised-time. Great response time considering the impromptu nature of the issue and the range of their coverage. They were polite and took great care of my ride. No damage even though I don’t even have the tow loop my cars supposed to have for safe towing. Everything was texted and updated regularly to keep me informed. Much appreciated, would use again, I just hope I don’t have to.

They did pick my vehicle up and earlier than quoted, however I told the person in the office to let the driver know where the keys were once he picked up the vehicle. The driver called me once he arrived at my vehicle but I happen to be in a meeting. I called back within 10 min, but no response. He returned my call and told me that no one told him about the key. The alarm was going off the whole time and the repair shop couldn't get into the vehicle until I could get someone to take the key to the shop. Inconvenience due to no communication.

They arrived promptly. The man they sent was very polite. He got my car started and followed to ensure I made it safely to the auto store. He also told me that my alternator was fine. I'm so glad he did cause the auto store was rapid to mention I would probably need one. I highly recommend this company!

Millennium met my requirements for five star service: they said they could do the job and they did it. They arrived on time. They overcame obstacles that they may not have been able to foresee over the phone. They did not damage anything. Their price was within my budget. They were friendly and professional.

Very friendly on the phone! Spoke to Todd who sent Willie ( also professional and friendly)out to pick me up in the pouring rain. Had to make an extra stop to get a new tire for a flat and the whole experience only took an hour! They made me feel very comfortable during a bad day! 🤙 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We called 5 towing companies and Millennium was THE ONLY ONE that promised to deliver within 30 minutes... all others HAS AT LEAST A 2 HOUR DELAY... There driver was VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, INFORMATIVE, and a TOP SHELF guy!!!

Through my insurance company, they reached out to three towing companies and none of them showed up (all while I waited for four hours). I told my insurance company to stop calling places and I'd take care of it. I called Millennium Towing and within an hour my car was on it's way to the dealer to get fixed. Highly recommend!

It is often stated by reviewers that if they could give zero stars, they would. NOW, I understand. Driving into my neighborhood I was met by a flatbed (short, 33' or less) hauling a failed Amazon Prime van. Meanwhile, I'm driving into the sun with an overheating van and trailer, hauling appliances to my own home. There are literally 9 residences up here and 3 turn-offs to the main route. I yell out, very kindly, to the driver that I cannot see and I have a trailer in tow. He very rudely yells (in verbiage I shall neglect to include in this review) that he's not going to move. So, I backed down about 1/16th mile, blinded both forward and in my mirrors, curbing twice to let him pass. He would simply nose me and blow his air horn. Sincerely stated, I own a 33' straight axle and a 42' LowBoy, and while I realize that's not the norm...I also realize this guy cannot drive his wee truck or just chooses to be vigilant. I'm not sure which. In the past I have recommended Millennium because I like the owners. But alas, this driver lacks skills and bypassed 2 turnoffs he could have taken simply to bully me. My neighbor on the next block came out to tell the guy to turn and try to help me out. Nope, the driver just air horned him as well. I don't know if the driver is family or perhaps a New World take-what-you-can-get hire, but I can tell you: I will NEVER recommend Millennium again. Laugh, write it off, dismiss it, being that they have decent reviews. It is what it is and hopefully a one-off.
