Was broke down on the side of 126, was some confusion on trying to explain where I was located, that was my fault and I apologized to him for my poor directions. He then blows by me, I call him to check in and see what's up after about 10 minutes had passed and he just said he isn't able to pick my vehicle up for a tow. Very unhelpful and un professional
Called to get a tow, said 30 minutes out, I called back hour later to get ETA. He said he took another call and couldn’t come to me and hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional.
Told my husband he would be there in about 30 minutes or sooner. Waited for an hour and my husband called him back and he told my husband he said he couldn't take the tow and then hung up on him. Very rude and unprofessional!! Not a way to run a business!!!
Jerry is a really great person. There was so many options for towing in Cincinnati and I was concerned about finding a good one that didn’t try to take advantage of situation since it was later in day on the weekend. He quoted me a very reasonable price and was quick to get to me. We got my SUV delivered and completed even with the bad weather and circumstances. But I just wanted to make sure I shared my experience and how thankful I went with him. Thank you Jerry for helping my husband and I with the Kia sorento to the dealership today! Extremely rude and unprofessional. Texted him my address as well as called him and told him my address. He couldn’t get his GPS to work and got so frustrated he just cussed me out over the phone. Hilariously pathetic service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Jerry is extremely rude and refuses to tow a car that is parked illegally at my apartment building, even though there are signs. He said to me word for word, “young lady, what part of I’m not coming don’t you understand”

We called Jerry at 7:15am. He got up and out to us within the hour. Jerry works fast and gets you to wherever you need to go at a fair and honest price. If I need to use Jerry again, I will not hesitate.
Rude, and very unprofessional; he even told me he was at a Bengals party and that after the game he will decide if he wants to work today or IF he wants to do it for me tomorrow. I told him where the car is and where it’s supposed to go and he said that I had no idea what I was asking for, that I needed the miles(that’s why I told him both addresses) and to wait for him to decide if he wants to work. Idk if he is being racist because of my accent or if he is always like this but would never recommend!
This is the tow company you need to call, don’t bother with the others! Very Professional, very friendly and easy to work with! Tow truck came in a very timely manner and the price was better than everyone else! Other places tried to rip me off and so I called Jerry’s and was very pleased with his prices and professional tow crew. I highly recommend this company.
I am 73 and I’ve never been treated like this...ever....when trying to get my car towed!!! Rude!!! Then I got blamed for his miscommunication and now he refuses to tow me.
After asking a series of Questionable questions he told me to "call back when I was ready". Called back an hour later only to be told that he remembered i called him earlier but that I was joking around and that he could get my car anymore. Very disrspectful and caused me a total waste of time.
Very prompt service when my brother in law locked himself out of my car. I called Jerry and he met him in mount lookout and got them back in the car in under 5 minutes. Definitely reccomend
