I was in the market for a BMW M760i. I found one at Landen Motors through their Carfax listing. I contacted the dealership and Mike took me on a video tour of the car and answered questions about its features. I was sold. I gave Landen a deposit and told Mike that I'd fly up at the end of the week with a cashier's check for the balance, after I'd had a test drive. I live in Atlanta, and Landen is in Ohio. Mike responded by saying that the dealership would put me up in a hotel Friday night. Those arrangements worked out perfectly. When I showed up at Landen Saturday morning, the car was immaculate. They had cleaned it, gassed it up and given it an oil change the day before, and kept it in the garage overnight. Rana processed the paperwork quickly and efficiently, down to the point of switching my Sirius XM radio subscription over to the new car. I left their lot before noon and drove the car to Georgia. My new title to the car showed up via FedEx two weeks later. It was an excellent car-buying experience from beginning to end.
Rana was so very helpful throughout our experience. We live 10 hours away and she sent very detailed videos of the car for us to review before we made the trip. The whole process of purchasing the car was very smooth.

Purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude from here about a month ago now and absolutely love it! The experience working with Rana was amazing. I came from New York to go get the vehicle and she arranged a ride to the dealership from the airport and the guy who they sent to pick me up was very nice and even offered me lunch. All of the paperwork was nice and simple and there were no fees added on my purchase! Rana knew I was driving about 6 1/2 hours back home and packed me snacks and waters for my drive home! I can’t give this place enough praise! Rena was so much fun which really helped make the whole car buying process a lot less stressful. But more importantly, she really CARES about her customers and so does the owner, Mike! Rena took care of me through the whole process from start to finish. When I purchased my car from them I realized a few days later (on the first really warm day of the year) when I had to turn on my AC that it wasn’t blowing very cold which was a huge concern for me because working AC was a MUST have on my checklist there was no exception to this one. Immediately I was worried since I had already purchased the car but the moment I reached out to Rena that day she immediately reassured me that they would get it taken care of for me whatever it may need. Long story short, turned out it needed a whole new compressor and Rena (and the owner Mike) made sure everything was taken care of they ordered the part for me and got me scheduled in with their mechanic right away! They didn’t hesitate and they didn’t try to screw me over or question me at all. It’s very obvious that this dealership is not here to screw you over and they don’t just care about the money they TRULY care about their customers they have incredible values here!! I live in the neighborhood so I decided to stop by Landen motors. I looked at so many dealers not sure why I didn’t come here sooner. I purchased a car yesterday from Landen motors but this morning I woke up with regret. I called Rana this morning and I guess she could tell that I was not happy with my purchase so she said, “Bob, you can bring the car back if you want to because I want you to be happy.” This is a family owned business and everyone treated me very well. And I must say that they have a wonderful selection of nice cars and reasonably priced, very competitive with all the other cars I was looking at in this price range. Rana is wonderful and went out of her way to help me with all my repeated questions lol.. I highly recommend them!
I have bought a decent amount of cars in my life and can say without hesitation this was the smoothest and most enjoyable experience I have had. I bought a 2015 BMW M3 from them and I could not be any happier. Andy and Rana are awesome! If you are in the market for a car and come across this dealership, give them a shot.
They sold me a car with 2 broken headlights despite presenting them as functioning in photos and videos. The right side daytime running light didnt work and I had to replace the whole assembly for $1000. The owner only wanted to discount the car $200 dispite admitting that they overlooked the malfunctioning light. The owner also tried to gaslight me into buying a cheap Ebay knock off headlight that would not have functioned properly. Upon delivery, I noticed that the car needs a brake job(edit, $1500 brake job. Both rear calipers, all four rotors, pads all around, & fluid flush), a new left side headlight due to the actual bulb being dim, melted, & held in with tape(another $1000), the horn isnt functioning properly, & that the car has been smoked in. None of which was disclosed to me dispite me asking the cars condition and being told that their shop has inspected, with no mechanical issues found, & that the car drives well.
This is the best experience we’ve ever had purchasing from a dealer…
We had been steadily browsing vehicles for over a month trying to find the right fit, when we came across a RC F at Landon Motors. We called to verify availability and ask about “deposits” to hold the vehicle for a couple days until we could make the 6hr (one way) trip.
Mike went over the details & history, then insisted we FaceTime to make sure we liked the car before committing.
Two days later we pulled in and fell in love with the car & we also noticed what a great selection of high end cars they have on their lot.
We met Mike, (who came in on his day off to meet us) he gave us a rundown of the car again before leaving us to look over it ourselves (which is nice) and told us to come inside for the tags whenever we’re ready to test drive it.
After going over the car meticulously, we went inside to talk to Mike about a couple concerns.
1: There was a chip on the windshield we hadn’t noticed before.
2: The belt was squealing.
Immediately he was on the phone to get the belt replaced! He told us to go ahead and drive it, while they waited for the part.
After test driving the car (which made us love it even more) they replaced the belt, fixing the issue. They also accessed the chip in the glass, finding it had actually already been repaired. Mike still made extra assurances to help us feel comfortable about it.
We then sat down to finalize the deal.
Even though we had made prior arrangements with our bank to avoid any security issues due to making large transactions out of state, we still had problems. To make matters worse, the bank was already closed and wouldn’t be open again until Monday!
Just when it seemed like we would have to make a second, 12hr round trip, Mike offered suggestions that fixed the whole situation. He went above and beyond what ANY owner/salesman/dealer would ever do; We cannot thank him enough—he helped us out in so many ways!!
After working out all the details we got to spend more time with Rana, and what a hospitable, wonderfully nice, charming person she is; so much fun to be around.
Do not be afraid to travel if you’re interested in any vehicles they may have…they’re definitely worth the drive!
Long story short my 2013 X3 died on me, and I was in a pinch. I came across Landen Motors and in 5 min. Of conversation I knew I was going to check out their inventory. Best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Their prices are thousands less than anywhere else I looked and I had been researching for months. From the moment I stepped on the lot, it was completely hassle free. No pressure at all and when I asked to test drive a car they had me ready to go in seconds. I could not believe the quality of cars they had either, everything was top notch. I fell in love with their Lexus RC 300 F Sport and wanted to walk out the owner of that car. Mike was phenomenal in making sure that happened for me. He had all the paperwork done and everything ready to go in no time at all. Also, he made sure I was setup with the warranty I wanted as well. I cannot say enough about this dealership. I know where I’ll be going for my next car.
P.S. I followed up weeks after buying the car to ask a couple questions and the lady that answered was very kind and accommodating. I wish I would’ve asked her name, so I can give her the credit she deserves. I feel like a lot of places would get frustrated if you called them a couple times after the sale to ask simple questions. But not them, they were happy to help me out in anyway they could. Just goes to show that they really take care of you and not just before the purchase. I wanna say thank you to the entire team at Landen Motors.
My husband and I bought a truck from here last weekend and let me just say how awesome of an experience it was! We brought our 4 & 6 year old with us which was very risky considering the time requirement for getting a new vehicle but they accommodated my family to the max! Their establishment is very professional and staff is very easy going and friendly. My boys not only received snacks (apples, cookies, and a few pieces of candy) but Mike and Rana also went out of their way to make sure we weren’t leaving hungry. The hospitality was top notch! My husband fell in love with the truck when he test drove it and Mike was not pushy about it, he also sold us on a hell of a warranty deal with it! Hands down this was the best experience with buying a vehicle I have ever had! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
ABSOLUTELY amazing people! I love the friendliest and amazing environment. I’ve seen my fair share of car lots. They do treat you as family and that they’ve known you your whole life. They say Hi when you come threw the door. When you all sit down and get to know each other a little better they ask you if you want any drinks or candy. Rana is the finance lady and boy did she really work with the numbers to get my husband his dream truck. They didn’t push or demand they was patient and kind with us. They really do try to work with you on the down payment of the vehicle you are getting. Over all just amazing people. I can honestly go on and on but go try them out for your own experience with them.

This car dealership took timeout of their day to open the shop so my boyfriend could buy his dream car. They were closed and opened for him, not only that they taught him how to drive clutch! They provided drinks from Europe and really took us in. I would recommend them to anyone! In addition, we drove 3.5 hours to get a Nissan 370Z and I would do it again.

No Surprises: Mike doesn't add in any garbage on his invoices. No paint protection or VIN etching mark ups. The doc fee is standard and reasonable.
Financing: Landen Motors offers reasonable rates through a credit union. The rate was so good, I didn't feel the need to shop around. My last new car purchase 5 years ago was at 1.99%. The lender he worked with gave me 2.69% on the used car.
Vehicle Selection: We specifically came in to look at the Outback, but also were keeping an open mind to some other models. Mike had several comparable vehicles with high trim levels that we could look at.

I just love this place! We will be back and will refer friends and family. I bought the car of my dreams after looking for 5 months. I just could not believe what great shape it was in, every detail was perfect! So glad I waited. The buying process was incredibly easy, we felt like we got great value for our price.
