Worker couldnt run the cash register & it took forever to get things figured out.

Told me the wrong part (2 of the same part but different design for the same vehicle) after I described it in detail. Got to the store and refused to discount it for telling me wrong and having to go to Hillsboro or WCH to get the part so I went to Hillsboro O'Reilly's to get the correct part and got a discount. Better get your act together because in a few months you're going to hate life when they open the new store in Greenfield...

Out of all of the people working, only 2 ever know what they're talking about. Constantly giving the wrong parts and literally never have what i need, just the wrong parts. Rather spend gas and go to o'reillys.

They didn't have the thing to test my car to see what was wrong with it, the woman I dealt with was very rude.

Too expensive but then maybe that is the cost of having a parts store in a small town.

Always helpful to find what I need... if they don't have it... they will order it or get from another store

The employees at this location are great about helping you with any questions you may have and/or coming out to do a test with some machine on your vehicle. The only issue I have with this branch is that they never seem to have in stock what we need. They always have to order the part and we end up leaving empty handed and having to make another stop that is out of the way and far less convenient.

At least when I go I get a good laugh out of it never the right part
