Had my car break down on me. Was going to cost more to fix it than it was worth. So I decided to sell it. I found this business on here, left a message and the guy (Mark) promptly called me back and made me a offer. Setup a time to get the car the next day. Called me before he came. Process took less than 20 minutes. Very friendly, and professional. Also gave me a good price for the car. Good business to deal with if you are looking to sell a junk car.
Spoke near the end of the work day and we discussed a time for meeting the next day. I was also given a quote at that time. Joe asked me to call in the morning to let him know if the specified time would work. I called three times and left two messages and never received a return call. I had to scramble to find another company, and, thankfully, they were available. Karma was, I was given almost double what Joe quoted. Guess it was meant to be, but this company is unreliable. A simple returned call telling me they were unavailable would have been the professional thing to do. Edited after reply: I was told you had to bring 6 cars to a junk yard in the morning and then 1:00 would work for you. Since I followed your request of a call and I stated I had to drive 90 minutes to get there, a call to confirm or change your plans would have been appreciated. And, I never received a 'sent message' either text or voicemail, hence the poor review.
We had two junk cars that did not run and took up space. They responded very quickly and hauled both cars away the same day. Very friendly and professional service. We will definitely use their services again if needed.
