Dispatch was very friendly .. pd called them for me early in the morning.. my keys where locked in the vehicle while running ... 15 min later driver showed up and unlocked my vehicle .. and was very polite and respectful .. would use these guys again in the future
Friendly and fast service. Reasonable rates. Patrick (Patrick Star) was my driver. Very accommodating. They are a local company. I was over 2 hours away. They came out immediately to bring me and my semi home. They tow anything. Everyone is very friendly in the company too.
Called Today To Have My Ole Ladys Car Hone , Within 15 Minutes They Nade It Loaded The Car & Brought To Designated Area Without An Issue !! Would Recommend Them To Somebody Looking Alittle Pricey Compared To Other Companies But The Professionalism Makes Up For It !! Great Job Fellas !
I have never used this service, nor will I ever after one of their trucks pulled out in front of me on rt.8. I was going about 60 in the slow lane (no one in fast lane). I was headed south and apparently he was, too. I found out the hard way as he crossed over all the way to the slow lane, from north bound side, towing a semi truck. I tow trailers alot and am very respectful to large trucks as I know how ignorant people speed up and cut you off. This man could have caused an accident, is this called job security????? This really isn't funny, he should no have this occupation. Please keep this in mind when thinking of hiring this company!
I was in an accident and my car was towed here. Josh was great! He went out of his way to help me in this difficult situation and was kind, courteous, and super helpful. He wasn't required to help me and took time out of HIS personal time to assist me getting access to my vehicle and what I needed to get out of it asap which help prevent extra losses that would have incurred otherwise. He remained with us as we cleaned out the vehicle, suggesting areas we forgot to look and helped take off the plates because I didn't bring tools. He advised me ahead of time of what was needed in order to obtain access to the vehicle, and he followed the rules of making sure I was the owner of the vehicle once I arrived. Which I am glad to see they don't allow just anyone access. I would highly recommend using this company for your needs. Thank you again Josh, we are extremely grateful for how you treated us and being so accommodating!
As a trucker I deal with different towing companies an have had some good an some bad experiences with them but this company is definitely one I highly recommend doing business with. Joshua came out with his rotator an decked a truck for me in 10mins when A&M towing couldn't do it because their driver didn't have any brains in they head to know what to do with out a rotator. Joshua walked through the process of doing it with out the rotator he was very educated. An in the towjoe industry that carriers weight an experience is always a plus I will do business with this outfit agian as a bull hauler we look for companies to do work with if it's needed. I highly recommend them all around great service fast an punctuation
Highly upset with this place! Use Emerines towings inc. instead of this place! My girlfriends dad was in a medical emergency while driving. He wrecked his vehicle and this company happened to take the call. When I called to see when his availability is to pick up the vehicle. He told me immediately it was totaled and the hours for Saturday are 10 to 12 noon. This was the same day. He proceeded to ask me whey do you want to pick it up? The insurance will pay for it....the insurance may compensate you after you pay the bill first...so we decided to get the vehicle while her dad is laying in the hospital. When we arrive the employee says he's not allowed to release the vehicle unless the original owner come picks it up or his daughter get a notary signed paper releasing it to her or a document from the police agency who responded at the scene. This seemed way unnecessary... so we called the state trooper who responded at the scene and gave them the right information and the officer told my gf to give the phone to the employee, a few words were said and 1 minutes later we were allowed to get the vehicle. Point is THESE TOWING COMPANIES WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANYONE THEY CAN! THIS SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW FOR THESE COMPANIES TO ACT THIS WAY! Try to Manipulate any situation to there advantage! The vehicle we drove off the lot and was fine. No problems with it at all! I hope this company goes bankrupt cause of this review and you the ppl refuse to accept there business ?
Absolutely thee best towing service in Warren, Ohio…I own two heavy duty truck and they have serviced them for me and taken care of my vehicles as if they were there own. And I’d like to add that they specialize in painting heavy duty and commercial trucks…it really is a family environment each and every time I’m there. If you haven’t used their services I suggest that you give these guys a try you will not be disappointed. Lastly, they have been around since I was a kid and they have more experience in what they do than most in that area.
This establishment doesn't operate on Sundays so if you have a misfortune be ready to reach into your wallet! I understand it's the lords day but he never stops working and I get your in the business to make money but telling someone you won't help them on Sunday because your not open is very wrong you are a towing company open 24hrs /7 days a week when your googled!
Good work, on a Sunday late afternoon. RV, and was no one else would come so we could get the wheel out of a ditch at home, it was blocking the small township road.
They were quick polite and helped me out of a jam when I had car problems along the turnpike. If you experience any issues in this area it should be your first call.
I got in an accident and I went to pick my car up from Underwoods and everyone was so nice and helpful. They towed it to my house for a reasonable price in the rain. Ty Underwoods for being so helpful and kind
I am a truck driver. I had to have my truck toed to their lot. And without hesitation the owner himself offered to give me a ride to a hotel that was twenty minutes from their lot. And said to call if I needed a ride back. Everyone their was very friendly. Thanks for your kindness!
