Their prices beat everyone around, very friendly staff and they do not try to sell you items or repairs that you do not need. If you are on a budget and have several things to get repaired they will let you know what order you should get the repairs done. Very honest people and business . Took our vehicle to this place with a alternator we bought new the guy there put it on changed our oil called said was ready , when we got there to pick our vehicle up it would not start so they pushed it back in put on there rack about 10 minutes we got back into our vehicle got about a block from our home and it died so I called them back up and told the lady there she said there not responsible but decided to call a wrecker haul it back to them said they would pay for a pigtail and a crank sensor and put it on well Monday she called said was ready but they did not put the parts on like said there was gonna do I called around pigtail was only 27.00 and crank Sensor 17.00 she then said pigtail was 75.00 I'm like not so also when went to pay for just having alternator and oil change he said would be 270.00 if we wanted a receipt if we didn't want a receipt would be 250.00 I've never heard of having to pay for a receipt I'm thinking that was taxes but of course I want a receipt so now I had to make a app with someone else I will never ever go back to this business . Oh she also made a statement If they had known where we bought parts from AutoZone they wouldn't put it on what does it matter where we bought the part from its going in my vehicle not there's 😡😠👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
top notch repairs from someone that you can trust. that is a real rarity in the auto repair biz as most mechanics(?) succumb to the quick easy rip off way. Chad who runs and owns the place is smart enough to realize that you cant stick it to very many folks in a small town. word of mouth is his best advertising and you cannot find anyone to talk poorly of his work or business practices. all around top notch that lately has been getting a bit of a waiting list. i would not hesitate to have him dix anything i own drom diesel p/u, 740 BMW A Jeep cherokee chec trail blazer or the wifes rav 4. also my one ton chevy van. all tip top with chads help. cant say enough food about the man as he will get it going with minimal cash outlay. good people! He even has a lady that helps him with the office. ohines etc. she is ok to for a dumb ol girl...lol..Caitlin also a big help..polite and courteous to the customer.
