After 6 PM on Thanksgiving evening, on I70 just west of Old Washington, OH we had a flat tire and had to pull off. A family member called Bill’s Towing & Auto Body to see if they had my tire size. They did. By 8:30 PM we were on our way home with 2 new tires. No hassle, no extra holiday charge, no long waiting, just great service that kept me moving back home. Thanks to all the guys at Bill’s especially Jerry Dale!! You guys were awesome!!
Vehicle went in the ditch Bill's Towing had a little over 2 days charged us over $500 that is so sad and ridiculous happened one mile outside of Byesville there are only 10 minutes away had a little over 2 days 500 dollars
I am forever thankful for this company! After waiting for roadside assistance for over three hours. We made one phone call to this company and they helped us within half an hour. They workers were very friendly and made the best of the situation.
Saved my butt! 8pm on a Tuesday, had a part dragging under my car that I couldn't reach, turned off the highway and prayed that some garage would be open. Bill's saw me right away, fixed it quick for such a reasonable price. I even hung out for a while to hear about the business, meet the garage dog/mascot, and see the incredible fleet of custom tow trucks. Turned a stressful night into a great memory.

I was driving through Ohio to get to Pittsburgh. I had engine trouble on the highway at 5:30pm and was lucky enough to find a repair shop (the only one I still know of) that had 24 hour service advertised on Google Maps. I called Bill's and they told me to bring the car by. Within 15 minutes of arrival they'd diagnosed the issue and ordered a part for delivery. The coil and plugs I needed arrived a little after 10pm, so it was a long time to spend waiting, but the team at Bill's assured me that they'd get me on the road that night.
The group there was kind, welcoming, offered me a burger, and chatted with me during the wait. Once parts were delivered, my car was back up and running quickly. I left Bill's at 11:15pm and, true to their word, was able to get to Pittsburgh that night.
Bill's is a one-of-a-kind place with special people who want to get the job done right. They go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend this shop. Although I live out of state, if I'm in the area in the future, I'll be stopping to shake their hands and show my appreciation again. Thank you again for your help.
We were traveling very far for a wedding and the transmission of our car broke. They towed it and let us stay in their shop for almost 6 hours while we figured out how to get out of the situation. They were very polite and let us keep the car there multiple days. We are very appreciative and grateful for their service and kindness to us!
Used their semi towing services and the people working here couldn't be nicer. Response time was good and I thought the rate was fair. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Remember it's Bill's towing with the yellow trucks!
I needed a vehicle towed from St Clairsville Ohio to WV. I called Bill's but was told they couldn't do the job do to crossing state lines but he didn't leave it at that. He asked me to hold on and then took the time to fined a tow company that could do the job for me right then which I Greatly Appreciated!! Thank You Very Much Bill's Towing!!
These guys are amazing. My daughter was broke down on the side of I70 with a flat. Called them at 3:45 PM and they drove out and towed her car to a local, reputable, tire repair shop. She was back on the road before 5PM. Much appreciated!
Towed my truck on Oct 31,2021.
Nov.1,2021 called to get total owed and was also told I needed a release from cambridge municipal court . Called CMC and was told they didn't impound my truck to release it . It is now Jan.23, 2022 I have no release paperwork to get my truck from anyone. I should of been able to get my truck Nov 1st, 2021 after I paid tow and mileage and 1 day storage. My experience with this tow company has been life altering, unbelievable and ongoing. I would appreciate any help from anyone or from anyone that had this happen to them.
Took my SUV there to be worked on but they evidently were to busy to work on it. So they sent it to Cosmos in Cambridge, who charged me 2,375 dollars and it wasn't even fixed. Had to take it to Dunnings and spend another 2,800 dollars. Will not go back there!
This place breaks the mold on Auto Repair. You really can find someone here about 24/7. I suggest hanging around and getting to know some of the “shop characters”. They will always do whatever than can to help someone get out of a bind. Prices are very reasonable and work quality is always spot on. Think about it this way, if you’re driving and hit a deer, need some tires and brakes they will do the body work and all! If you stop by tell them spring shoe sent you.
Awesome service and really good people. I was driving thru on a Thursday (I’m from alabama) and my truck broke down, called many mechanics near me and none of them would of been able to work on my truck till Monday. The guy that was towing my truck recommended these guys. He gave them a call and they said they could have it ready by Saturday. So we dropped off my truck and they had it ready the very next day! I highly recommend them!
This is the best experience that I have ever had with towing and vehicle repair. Had my water pump bearing go out and threw off the serpentine belt 500 miles from home on a Sunday late afternoon in a holiday weekend. When I left Bill's with my truck fixed it was raining with snow on the way but I felt so confident and happy with their work that it wasn't gloomy at all. The price is affordable and work is impeccable. I 100% recommend this shop. If there is a choice between here or the next place, then Bill's Towing is the no-brainer choice. I had a great experience with Bill's Towing. Fast and professional service. My car looks amazing, looks like I never even hit a deer! I'm beyond pleased! Very family oriented place. The employees are kind and friendly for the most part. Very educated and smart employees, I can always count on them to fix my vehicles quick and efficiently.
Had a flat on a Corvette Z51 at 4pm on a Friday, 300 miles from home and 1/3 of the way into a road trip. No spare on the car, not a good situation. No other shop was even willing to try to get a tire before Monday morning, several didn’t even want to patch it. Bill’s said they’d attempt to patch and try their best to get me a tire if not. Tire turned out to not be repairable (sidewall damage). These guys found this super rare tire size at a warehouse, drove an hour to get it for me, and had me back on the road by 6:30pm, all at a reasonable price. There’s few places left that’ll go out of their way to help someone in need, and this is one of them. Thank you all for your help!
They towed my 2007 F150 around 700 on a Saturday night and had it back on the road by 930 pm. It was a "bad" camshaft position sensor on my 5.4 V8.

This place is amazing! Got a flat tire and all other auto shops were closed except this place. We thought we would have to replace all our tires, but when we got there they were able to patch the tire. Staff was kind an courteous. If I lived closer I'd go here all the time!!
