I didn’t catch his name, this guy just so happened to be behind me when I broke down & told me to pull over so that he could help, he kindly changed my tire & didn’t ask for anything in return ( HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!)

Sold me a bad engine I lost over 20hrs of labor over the whole ordeal never ever apologized for my hassle and they were very unworkable.... will definitely look elsewhere for parts in the future!!!!!!
My cars transmission went out today and my dad recommended them. They were awesome, they took like no time to come get me and even apologized for it taking long (it didn’t) I don’t know the name of the guy who picked me up but he was the best. He actually was the one who picked up my vehicle after it was dropped off a different company’s tow truck. He was nice enough to give me a ride to work as well, I got to sit with his dog also which was exactly what I needed after the scare of my car breaking down. I cannot recommend them enough, thank you guys for your help!!
All I can say these men saved my life last night I was stuck in the middle of nowhere and Amazon just left me out there for 3 hours in the cold! They were so nice to me and took their time to get me out safely and guided me out to make sure I didn't get stuck again !! Thank you so much I appreciate everything you all did even Sergent Shonk! Don't argue with these men they are doing there job, and a fine job at it. Asked to have it taken to our home 3 blocks away.after the accident. They b r ought it right to the parking spot it belonged too. Did a fine job hooking up the car and unloading it just as well. Money well spent. A bit pricey but in this economy what else can ya do. Appreciate the help.
They sold me a transmission and advertised it as having 12,000 miles. Even wrote "ACTUAL MILEAGE" in the ad and on my receipt. After running a Carfax on the VIN provided on the receipt, it shows the car had 123,000 miles on it when it was wrecked. They refuse to do anything about it. Dishonest advertising and poor service after the sale as well.
This company answered their phone promptly. ( I had called 3 other companies)They had a truck out in less than 20 minutes. Amazing and awesome service overall. Price point was excellent and the owner and his son were very kind and professional.
Second time my boyfriend was forced to use them because of a crash involving one of his kids. The first time they did everything they could to squeeze as much money as possible out of him and they aren't any better the second time around. Crooks, con artists, horrible people and that's putting it nicely.
A couple of weeks ago I got into an accident, at around 2:30am. I was good, the truck not so much. I had slid off the road and into a pole. There was no way to move the truck without a tow. Luckily Sinsley Towing was near by. They even made it there right about the same time as the trooper. Great number to have saved in your phone!!! They were extremely helpful and took the truck where I requested. I've never had any vehicle towed for a better price. (1 other accident and a few break downs, vehicles hate me) So save the number, you never know when you might need it.
Great service. So thankful they were there when I was dumb and pulled too far into a snow covered parking lot. The driver was so friendly and helpful and didn't even laugh at my stupidity.
Haven't had much experience with towing companies, but of the few I've dealt with, this one was fast upon arrival. My driver was very professional and cool to talk to about my car and an old car he used to have. Thanks for the quick service and reasonable price!
Well, during my experience with them they were much nicer than when my fiancè dealt with them to get his car back. They were very rude to him. Plus, they are VERY pricey!! Too pricey!!
A great big thanks to Rob with Sinsley Towing, I was stuck pretty deep and he put forth the extra effort to get me out, after another towing company in Salem took one look and said no thanks.
Great reaction time, the truck was there ten minutes after I called and the driver was willing to keep trying until we got my truck out.
