My car needed to be towed out of a snowy ditch. A policeman stopped and talk to me for a few minutes and then went up a little ways to check on a car in the same position that I was in. That car was getting ready to be towed out and the policeman asked the tow truck driver, if he could back up to where I was and get me out while he was still in the area….and he did. I thanked him and he was just smiling and he told me that he was so happy to do this for me. The funny thing was as the police officer was up with the other car ahead of me,,I was looking in my phone for the phone number of the company I’ve used before and like so much. It was Moormans!
The driver from AAA had the same truck and equipment as the Moorman's driver but refused to pull my suv out of the ditch. Your driver had me out and on the road in less than 10 minutes! Top notch service.
Excellent service and help. I'm so extremely grateful for the help. As an essential personnel I tried to get to work and got stuck in deep snow. I called for towing help and was told the wait would likely be 60-90 minutes, but the tow truck arrived after about 20 minutes, maybe less. I've never been stuck in the snow before and it truly could've been a dire situation. Thank you so much for the help. Beyond grateful!!

I had an issue earlier today where I had problems getting certain things together, I waited for about 2 and a half hours and the men were kind enough to be patient with me the entire time and made sure I left with my car! Three of my tires were also very flats and they filled them back up with air for me. These are very kindhearted people with great service!

A perfect storm by combining a heavily loaded TRANSIT van with its single left-rear drive and a saturated grassy area. The quick and professional response by Moorman's was perfect. Reasonably priced, in fact lower than any of the others we contacted.
Joe showed up within about 30 min & then had to maneuver my wife's van out of our garage (since it couldn't go to neutral). It was an incredibly tight turn (while hooked up to tow truck), but he managed to get it out and not only missed hitting the house, but also was somehow able stay in the driveway, which takes a 90 degree hook after exiting the garage. Arriving so soon and getting the van out so fast allowed me to get to work in time, so I wouldn't miss a very important meeting.
Then, unexpectedly I had an issue with my truck within a few weeks, so I called again & again it was Joe that showed up. He actually remembered the address, so swooped in for the dispatch. This time I rode in the tow truck with him to drop off my truck for service. Very professional and responsive. While I hope I'll never need another tow, if I do, I won't use anyone other than Moorman's.

Called around 12:15 for a pickup in town and they made delivery of our car to miamisburg which is not especially close and they had it there about 2:30 or so. The person who took the order was professional and helpful. We Highly recommend them, a solid and great experience from a local home town business.
So far so good! Scheduled easily with quick phone call and they let me call back to pay because I couldn’t find my card. Very nice people. Definitely a breath of fresh air when you’re dealing with a broken down car.
Big shout out to Moorman’s, they were on site in less than 20 minutes! Tyler was so polite, saying multiple times we will get this done! It took me 20 minutes to get the spare tire unhooked and it took Tyler less time to change the tire! Boy when you have the right tools, it’s amazing at what you can do! Call the professionals!
My car broke down right inside Xenia on 68 coming from Springfield. The tow truck showed up within 20 minutes and Joe did great getting it up with the axle broken!! Definitely will recommend and use them again!! Thanks!!
Moorman's came and towed my 2020 Subaru, when I was hit by an unlicensed, uninsured driver. Mike was very professional and handled my car with care. The Body Shop did an AMAZING JOB, putting the wrecked car back to "brand new" condition. I HIGHLY recommend this company.
