Very helpful, knowledgeable staff, gets parts quite quickly when needed.
I used to be an AutoZone guy, but I've since learned that the true car guys work at O'Reilly. This location in particular is very helpful at finding parts, and ordering or getting them in-store quickly. Really helped me in a pinch a couple times as I was working an engine swap and needed a few things quickly so the project didn't get slowed down.
Joe provided exceptional service. He was very patient and took the time to educate me about my options. Quality service like that is why O’Reilly is always my first choice!
I am incredibly pleased with the help I received today! Joe helped to replace my headlight and the battery in my key fob. The Manager (Corey I believe) helped with the key as well and they both were professional, kind and courteous!
My battery was bad in my car, David helped me by testing it first to be sure it was dead/bad. He went and sold me the battery at a fair price and I even got the battery installed at the store even when the temperature was below freezing. Amazing service and glad to have my car up and running again. Thanks David!

My mother and I were at a doctor's appointment and when we went to leave, her car wouldn't start. So she walked across the street to O'Reillys and thank you God for Gabe! He helped us so much! The customer service was phenomenal. The employees were extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and respectful. One employee, Cory, helped me replace my car battery and even added the coolant I had purchased to my car. The experience was quick and top notch. I highly recommend O'Reilly's!
They are the smart way to go when you need an auto part. They will even lend you tools. I was able to replace the turn signal light bulb on my car quickly and only for 10 bucks.

I cannot say enough about O'Reilly Auto Parts. I pulled in with a dead battery and the employee said we should just check first to be sure not an alternator problem. It was a dead battery and I was shown my choices. Another employee pointed out the positives and minuses of the choices which helped me make a good decision. Then he came out and INSTALLED THE BATTERY for me! Now, it was a bit of a challenge, but he was determined to get the battery replaced. O'Reilly will provide you with quality parts and the knowledge to make good decisions on what you are getting. Cars are complicated and they know their stuff - you can trust O'Reilly Auto Parts to provide you with the best service.

After visiting 2 other auto parts store, I stopped by O'Reilly's to see if they had any suggestions. I needed a rotor, lug nuts, and studs. They had the ones that were the right part number for my van, however, when I showed him one of the old ones that I was replacing, he noticed that the knurl diameter was different. He pulled out his calipers and took some measurements. He then suggested a comparable product to what I had and let me know of their return policy if they didn't work out. The first two places simply restated that they had sold me the right part number (which they did) but did not offer solutions when I stated that there was no way I was ever going to get them to fit.
I have been to O'Reilly's in Beavercreek a handful of times. Every time they are helpful, and they take the time needed to solve any questions or issues I have. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Went in there to get my battery changed, I pretty much know nothing about cars. They were able to help figure out what kind I needed and change it out for me for free! Staff super friendly and helpful
Great store and the staff is very helpful. Shout out to Cody, Tony and Brandon. My electrical systems were failing while driving and made it just in time to their O'reillys store. Turns out, my alternator was broken and I needed a new one. They had one in stock, and helped me figure out which tow truck to call and connected me with a guy to fix my car... the next hour. This was a Friday afternoon! I was expecting my van to sit at a garage shop all weekend but my van was fixed within hours. Right after this, I went back to Oreillys to return my old alternator and could not put my van in park!! Cody saw me through the window and came back to help me and trouble shoot what was going on. He went above and beyond the typical customer service of "just checking the battery and headlights". After almost an hour of troubleshooting he found the issue (squirrels hid black walnuts under the hood and the "P" gear could not budge lol). I was able to go home. Cody really cared and has great work ethics. I was very grateful for his help as I had my young children with me. Thank you so much!
I had not been there in some time. I needed to change the oil in my mower. It is amazing what a quart on oil costs these days! I spent $2 for synthetic. It is worth it. The guy at the checkout counter was very friendly.
I’ve always had nothing but great experiences at O’Reilly’s. My most recent trip was complicated, and the manager, Corey, was EXTREMELY helpful. He went above and beyond. He was patient and efficient. Customer service 10/5 stars!
Frank (the Rocker one) was amazing helped me change my air filter and discussed an issue I was having with engine coolant. He recommended a guy local who also had amazing reviews and I will be going to see next week. Thanks frank for helping me today

I have been servicing cars both professionally and personally for over 30 years and have never had a better parts store experience than here. Frank and the other Frank and the entire team are just very conscientious and thorough. Every time I walk in the door they send a verbal greeting and ask how they can help. It is always well stocked, it is very very clean and even smells clean. Everything is in order and they are ready to work. No one is leaning and staring at their phone like most places these days— these guys are professionals. I go here often for all kinds of things and most recently I needed a single nut for an exhaust clamp on my motorcycle. When I asked if they sold individual nuts, they instead presented me with their “mystery box” with random hardware left over and with help, I located a perfect fitting nut. Also found some lock washers. I asked what I owed and they said “nothing, we only sell needed parts to people who need them and this is free”.
Completely impressed with this store’s operation. Will be coming here asking as long as Frank and his team are running it!
My daughter's car needed a license plate tail light and windshield wipers. The mechanic was going to charge an excessive amount just to install them. I purchased them from O'Reilly and Corey went above and beyond and installed them for me! Great service! The lightbulbs were not an easy install. He had to remove a few things to get to them. He had a wonderful attitude and very personable! Thank you so much for your help and the wonderful employees!
These guys are awesome. They tried helping me get my radio back up when they were able to get a chance. Turned out I just needed to hold the power button down for about three mins. And I bought a neat gear shifter keychain

SuperPerfect and helpful place. The employees and too much coordinating, and actually make worth of there company. I had my tail lights blown out, didn’t know how to fix. They gave me best tail lights and as well helped me out to put it for the car. I was glad and would love to go to this place for any auto parts
