We had one of our semi truck hitting two passanger vehicles/sedans. They towed the 2 cars and the semi about 200 yards to their yard. After about 1.5 hour calculating how much should they charge, they decided to chargeus over $3,700.
Make sure you think twice before using them!
Call about having a truck towed there that broke down. The lady said no problem have it towed.when it gets there a guy calls and says he has no room for it you can not leave it here. Horrible customer service
The dispatcher was kind and efficient, calling me back to let me know when the truck would arrive and the name of my driver. The driver was so fast getting my car up and taking us to the mechanic, and he was funny, too, which helps when you are stressed about your car and the cost of repair. Would definitely call again.
Not sure why people are giving them negative reviews. Tow truck driver Brian was polite and professional. All three individuals I interacted with on the phone exhibited the same professionalism. Additionally, diagnosis, repair, and a call back were completed in the same week. I will definitely return here for vehicle repairs and I will recommend to other people. Thank you.
Moving my daughter from Michigan to Ohio, my trailer came off my hitch and wedged under my truck. John showed up and was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure I was safe before heading back on the road. Knowledgeable and outstanding customer service is very hard to come by these days, I recommend this business to EVERYONE in the area.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE OWNER SHE IS A VERY RUDE LADY . I CALLED TO GE TO MY ITEMS OUT OF CAR AND SHE HELD THW HOSTAGE FOR 3 WEEKS. PLEAAE AVOUD THIS PLACE AT ALL COWT WILL LEAVE BAD REVIEWS EVERYDAY. THE OWNER IS HORRIBLE
I called them to tow a classic pickup that is pretty low to the ground he had some boards to help get it on the bed and didn't scrape anything they did a very good job for us
Good lot, kept my car nice and safe and nothing was missing when I got it back so the employees seem trustworthy to me. Even helped me jump the old rust bucket
They were very helpful and thorough in getting my car towed to the correct location and taking care of me! So thankful for their kindness. Would highly recommend to anyone.
From out of town. Stuck at 4pm on a friday. Every other towing place said they wouldn't leave to pavement. Kyle came out, assessed the situation, pulled me out in 10 minutes. Good job W&W!
They towed a car for me, I paid by check and was satisfied. Next couple of days I received a check from W&W for $4.27 because the driver had made a small math error on his bill, and the office found it and was kind enough to reply quickly with a refund check. That's quality service in my book.
Customer Beware~
I was given the number to this place by AAA for unlocking service. I called the place, someone answered and told me they'd be there in 25 minutes. I waited for 35 minutes and placed a call again to them asking about when they'd be out. The woman that answered the phone stated that no one had told me that, they had taken no calls, and that I had dialed the wrong number. I told her I used redial, so there is no way it could be the wrong number. She hung up on me. I called back and she just lifted the receiver and put it down again, hanging up on me. I wasted my time calling this place. AAA, please stop using this place. It is a discredit to you.
I had W&W come out to pick up my 6 day old car that got rear ended on the recommendation of the Beavercreek Police. They put my car on a flatbed very crooked and I just knew they caused some extra damage. I managed to snap a quick picture of the car on the flatbed before they drove away. When I got to look at my car, one of my wheels were scratched on the side that was close to the lip of the flatbed. W&W says even with the picture, they will not replace it because they say that they didn't scratch the wheel. They even tried to say they didn't see any damage on the picture of the wheel that I sent them. Don't use these guys, especially if you drive an AWD vehicle with wheels that cost $1000 a piece!
