Long story short my boss wanted to order a transmission from a website he found looked kinda sketchy to me so opted to use my secondary bank account. Ordered the transmission and few days later I received a phone call from the place we ordered requesting a picture of my photo ID and card for there records told them to basically pound sand. Brett who works at Vivander went out of his way to call me and confirm I was getting scammed from the company we originally ordered from. Through him I was able to get the part I needed in a timely manner for a better price. If I can't find what I need locally (Pennsylvania) I will definitely give these guys a call.
Great parts store I needed a positive battery terminal I been looking for 5days I had no luck finding one and everything online would of taken 2-3 weeks , this part store had the part in multiple trim levels the customer services was great he even showed me how to put it in I never make reviews but I had to for this store
Great help and service! I called them up and let them know what parts (discontinued) I needed for my e39 2001 BMW M5 and they said they have them and shipped them to me fast. Parts fit perfectly with all the necessary bolts to mount them. A+!!!
They didn't have the mirror I needed but this guy was nice enough to look on his computer and find out who did had my mirror! Thank you for taking the time, the referral had my mirror!!
I called and the owner said he had the part I needed, then he pulled it for me before I got there. The part I needed was 50 here, about 40 dollars cheaper than the cheapest I could find it on ebay or anywhere else.
