I hate to sound like a male Karen and I rarely write bad reviews, but I feel like the service at Chesterland AutoZone is way below what I would expect. I came in for a diagnostic check, as I suddenly had several dashboard lights turn on. I also needed replacement wiper blades. When asking which wiper blades to purchase, I specified the exact year, make, and model of my vehicle two separate times. I was informed both times that my vehicle would need one 20 length wiper and one 15. I thought the gentleman would offer to install the wipers after the diagnostic check, but this was never offered. Also, despite having several lights on the dashboard, the diagnostic check showed no errors and there was no insight was offered as to what any of the problems could possibly be. Then, after going home and trying to install the wipers myself, I realize that I was given the wrong blade size! Both times I have been to this location, the associate seemed more interested in engaging in personal conversations than helping the customer. It’s one thing if someone makes a genuine mistake while trying their best, but I feel like the assistance I received was pretty lackadaisical.

They were incredibly helpful when my headlight went out the night before Thanksgiving. I had to drive the next evening and my night vision is horrible, plus heavy snow was forecasted. Luke, the manager, replaced two bulbs, in the brutal cold and wind. His service is very much appreciated.

I went to the Chesterland AutoZone about an issue with my windshield wipers, and it turned out to be a manufacturers error. The whole crew put their heads together and came up with a solution for me, but Brandy worked especially hard. She was determined to make sure I had exactly what I needed before I walked out the door. Great service!

I just visited the AutoZone in Chesterland today and received great service. I asked for their free diagnostic assessment for the check engine light. Donny was very helpful and took time to answer my questions. The whole process was maybe 10 minutes but it saved me from a lot of unnecessary worry. I will definitely give my business to AutoZone in the future.

Every time I stop at this store, they are quick to help me with whatever I need and always help me find the best deals that are right for my price budget. Gina The store manager is the best. I always hope she’s there when I show up.. Also, Darwin is quick to help me every time I come in him and Gina are the best.

Normally the workers have great aditudes and are very helpful. However, today when I walked in looking to help replace my brothers headlight, Cadence D. seemed to have a rude aditude she couldn't get rid of. After telling her the make, model, year she gave us an h11 light bulb. I asked if she could help us install it since I'm not great with cars but Cadence D. said probably not and suggested we watch a YouTube video. After watching a video and popping the hood we realized it was the wrong bulb. Went back to return it and she again had a bad additude and acted like it was our fault even though we gave her the right info. Luckily her teammate stepped in, gave us a refund, and got us the right one while explaining everything. Turns out someone might have switched the wiring in the past but that's no reason for her to give us terrible customer service.

I came in with a no-start issue on my Buick. The store staff was attentive, and offered to test my ignition module to confirm the issue. The manager on duty, Matt, made the transaction smooth, and I was back on the road 30 minutes later!

Spent $560.00 with AutoZone for rear brakes, rotors, calipers, ceramic pads. Been waiting over one month to get core charges returned to me. spoke to store manager, district manager, and it still not resolved! Have been buying products for years. So buyer beware of lack of services with your purchases. OWNER NEVER RESPONDED!!! AVOID PURCHASING HERE, THEY DO NOT SUPPORT CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE PROBLEMS DUE TO THEIR ERRORS.

If you're a female, I'd suggest going some where else or you'll have inappropriate comments said to you and then be told how they'll handle it but refuse to have the man who said the inappriate things to apologize personally. Give your money to a place where they respect women!

Anytime I call there and I talk to the young African-American man on the phone he asked me what I’m looking for and then after I tell him he’ll put me on hold or he gives me an attitude because I didn’t give him the proper greeting this is happened numerous times I own a business that uses lots of vehicles I buy lots of parts and I don’t get them from you anymore because this guy is attitude on the phone. It’s the AutoZone in Chesterland Ohio. And right now it is 3:50 PM on Wednesday and he’s there now.

I came in an hour before close on January 2nd 2022. I needed a battery for my car. Ryan K helped me out and was absolutely amazing!! Very friendly and very knowledgeable!! I've never had a complaint coming in here, everyone is friendly. Ryan stands out to me because I adked him a question about my "what I thought was a missing catalytic converter ". He looked under my car and said it looks like a loose connection!! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!

This team is so amazing, Stephanie and Trevor stood for about an hour in the cold toggling to get my stubborn head light in. It was blistering cold yet Stephanie was determined and eager to help me, all while her hands were freezing while trying to get my bulb in. I could tell she really wanted to make sure that I was safe out on the road. Trevor made sure to help and assist with anything I needed and they both worked together to make sure my light was working properly. They happily answered all of my questions with a smile despite the blistering cold weather and they were enthusiastic about there work. I thank God/Jesus Christ I got Stephanie and Trevor to help me today... May God bless them! They both need raises!

Went up to get some new headlights and had mentioned I was going to replace them, but needed help figuring out exactly which I had. The guy I was working with pulled one out to figure this out which was no easy thing as the caps over the headlight bulb had seized up. He then proceeded to replace both the one that we had pulled and the other, without even me asking. Im sure I could have gotten it done but would have taken me longer as I don’t work on cars much. Appreciate the service!

The store manager Stephanie gave me the absolute best customer care I have ever gotten at an auto parts store. She went out of her way to make sure I got the part I needed and for sure made my store loyalty to autozone. Oftentimes I will get advanced auto and autozone confused but after receiving the the amazing service from Stephanie today I won't confuse the 2 in the future.she has set the bar pretty high for their competitors. Thanks chesterland autozone!

The Vine Street Willowick Ohio store exceeded my expectations again yesterday. A young employee, Bruce, came out to the car in sweltering heat to assess my situation and cut the vacuum hose to length and installed it in a very tight space. Store is clean, well organized and employees are attentive and friendly.

I can't remember the guys name who helped me with my purchase but he saved me money and made me want to come back here everytime he gave me excellent service he's on point with the products knows how they work and did me right I'd come back as long as he's there thanks brotha....... That headlight cleaner worked excellent my man I'd recommend that to every one I may need to know if I can use it again after awhile but he was right I used in right after I got it and it's like they are almost see through again very impressive and the headlights work great much better with clear lenses thanks again

My girlfriend and I were in an accident in the parking lot here. The staff were unbelievably helpful to us . They called the police brought us chairs to sit on and water. They went above and beyond great service. Can’t thank them enough.

Some of the staff knows what’s going on. I called to ask if they had crush washers for my 2019 car and the guy who answered the phone sounded like he was chewing the whole time and spoke with marbles in his mouth. Then told me my car is to new and that part doesn’t exist. Called a different autozone and found it no problem.

It was a Sunday, my battery kept dying and I needed to use my vehicle Monday morning. I decided to start with a new battery since I knew it was at least 4 years old and NO repair shops were open nearby. Got a jump start and pulled in AutoZone, left the car running to run in and get a battery. The guy working was EXTREMELY helpful! He brought a gadget out, tested my battery, alternator and a couple other things quickly with it. Found that it was likely "just" the battery and probably not anything more. I cut the engine, went inside and bought the battery, then they installed it for no extra fee, quickly and right then! Car started right up and has been running fine since. Thanks!

The people in this store need a lesson on customer service. Some of the staff will acknowledge your presence in the store. and then proceed to hide in the back, till what I can only imagine as someone loosing a coin toss has to go back to the counter and take care of the customers in the store.

Thursday morning at 8:25 a.m. on August 30th I stood in an empty store while the only cashier was on the phone with management for about 8 minutes while I patiently waited just to have a code checked so that I could purchase the right parts I'm pretty Disturbed then an employee could keep a customer waiting for 8 minutes over a phone call with his own management! training would require that you hang up the phone and take the customer! very disappointed

Their quality of product is garbage. Beware, their price matching is also not price matching. I contacted them on the phone and asked if they price matched ROCKAUTO, they responded yes, but we will charge you the shipping that ROCKAUTO will charge you. I went in with ROCKAUTO'S invoice printed out, with shipping included, 1-2 day delivery. They tried to charge me the express shipping rate that would have tacked an extra fifty dollars onto the price. This is not price matching, this is a greedy way of trying to make an extra dollar for no extra work. I highly recommend ROCKAUTO! They delivered my product the next day and I saved sixty-seven dollars.

I mean it's pretty good here. Yeah I'm an employee but they don't pay me enough to lie. Pretty friendly and usually help customers in a timely manner
