Reds went above and beyond my expectations, really tried to make an unbearable situation mechanically better with great service and understanding. Reasonably priced

They sent a rookie to do a man’s job. Charged me $862 to come out 44 miles roadside, and tell me I need a new throttle. I was able to limp the truck home and found it was a loose connection in the throttle wire assembly. ???

Very expensive! Like ouch expensive. As a military veteran and a trucker, I hate businesses like this. Trump needs to come after these morally corrupt businesses and their predatory practices.

Blew an airbag on the trailer on a Saturday evening....Red's was the only place that had the ability to fix the issue...just a couple of phone calls later and the tech was on the yard waiting for me to arrive. David had a level of dedication rarely seen these days with quickly replacing the airbag and getting me back on the road. A+++++++ SERVICE, DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!!!

Had John come out on a service call and was able to fix my air compressor, and get me going. Super nice guy, knew what he was doing.

My nana ended up gettin a flat on her way back to SC from MI and this was the 3rd place I had called that was open on a Sunday night. I was runnin out of options and panickin since she was almost 6 hours away. I talked to Tammi who was truly an angel as she worked with me to figure out an alternative payment method since I dont have a proper bank account bless her. She even gave me a refund when I called back and explained that a good samaritan had stopped to help. Would 100% recommend their services if you need help in the area!!!

Thanks to the help of the staff here 2 days ago I wasn’t left stranded able to complete my trip. I showed up shortly before they closed with an ambulance that wouldn’t turn off. Thanks to them I made it safely to Colorado with no major issues.

Had an oil change there. They were very friendly and took me in quickly. Very expensive for the service.

I broke down on Easter Sunday on 35. Red's got out there fast and helped me get of the road and safe. Excellent service. Very friendly. I highly recommend red's truck service.

Great service and fast. I was in a rest area broken down not to far away in the pouring rain and they were there in minutes. The young ladd had me up and going in no time . He was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place.

I've drove by that place 1000 times in my trucking life and always wondered if I'd ever need them some day, well a couple weeks ago I stopped and seen I had a wheel seal completely gone, I was empty but it needed fixed, they slipped me in when they could had the right seal, which was not a common one and fixed me right up for a very fair price. Thanks again to the team at Reds

Trailer came off on route 35. Zach and the team at Reds were there in 20 minutes. Had the trailer back on my truck and headed to their shop within 10 minutes of showing up. Gave me a safety escort to their shop. Within 10 minutes of being at their shop they were already working on my trailer. Had me back on the road within 2 hours of my first call to them!!!! What an amazing team!!!!!!

Took my class A RV over for a brake change. They were very courteous and professional. They did their best to work around my schedule. They also changed the oil in the motor and generator for me. Price was very fair. Highly recommend these guys.

These guys are fantastic. Had an air problem and was able to make it to them. They figured my problem out right away and had me back on the road quicker than any other shop would’ve. I highly recommend everyone use them.

They got our truck October 26 2024, had to replace engine they said they could do the job 2 months later still not fixed. Charged us towing fees to take to Chevrolet dealer because they couldn’t do the job they were paid to do. We paid over 17000 dollars to them. Things were missing from truck a snap on pen light with charger was in drivers side door pocket now it’s gone and replaced with a bag of parts. They did pay Chevrolet dealer about 2000 dollars for what they damaged. Never got any paperwork for guarantee on engine or final bill never called us we always had to call them for updates. Said they’ll call back and never did. Not happy at all. Don’t say you can do a service that you obviously can’t do. Had to go there tv because truck blew engine on side of rd near there and that’s where their tow truck took it, pretty high to go around 20 miles 350.00. Took 3 hours to find us. They is a lot more I think you get the picture don’t go there. Feb 14 2025 picked up truck from dealership brought it home 500 miles a way to take to our local dealership they know how to get the job done!

RED’S truck center is A1 amazing . I had A axel problem and my guy Rex came tru in light speed Like ricky Bobby .. with the Mobile truck .. assets the problem and got straight to work .. Rex got my trailer up and running so fast I was still able to make my delivery .. Rex is the man and RED’S truck center is highly recommended.. money well spent

It's the weekend before Christmas and we broke down on the highway. Rex came out really quickly and from the time we called to him diagnosing and fixing the problem took an hour. Crazy fast! Honestly so grateful we are 4 hours from home and 6 hours from our destination. And we are now back on our way. Thank you soooo much!!

I would like to say Red’s did one heck of a job for me 12-14-24. I checked in at 8:30 am and was all done by 1pm. Mechanic was on a service call so an hour of that time was waiting for mechanic. They did exhaust from turbo to the Y pipe and replaced sleeper air bags. From check in to check out staff was Amazing. Highly recommended very impressed. Thank each and everyone of you. I will be back.. Phantom Transport

I had a flat on my truck ster driver side and trailer rear tire. They were amazing and very nice the service guy Dakota was awesome and should be rewarded for his helpfulness. He was on site in a good time and his work was awesome.. if a ster tire goes out u need to know what to do or not to do and be safe

Professional, honest, and fast. I had my truck at another shop. They told me I needed over 700 dollars in parts, so I purchased them at freightliner. After 1 week of sitting in their lot, they still had not even finished the estimate, so I called Reds Truck Center,and they got me in the next morning. He called me that same day, letting me know I didn't need the parts I had purchased and I could return them. Reds had my truck fixed and ready the next day.

I had a breakdown on my camper in the area on a Saturday after all other services had closed (with no one who could get parts until Monday). It was over 90 degrees and I was traveling alone with my 4 dogs... and on a strict travel schedule to get to Colorado for a dog competition! John came out to repair what we thought was a bearing which ended up being a massive axel issue. He was able to retool a new axel to fit and and got me on my way before midnight. It was a scary experience and I am SO thankful to have someone like John to make sure that I could continue my journey safe... Thank you John for your professionalism and good care!! I was "lucky" that I broke down in your area.

I had a breakdown last week on Highway 35 and Chris and John came out to save me! They were definitely without a doubt, two of the nicest and most knowledgeable service men I’ve ever had to deal with!! They got me all hooked up and safely off of the side of the road and back to their shop in a very timely manner and once there I met Ernie, who was equally as nice and accommodating as Chris and John.! They wasted no time in getting my truck fixed and getting me back on the road so that I did not miss my load appointment. They made everything about this horrible experience of me breaking down goal as smooth as it possibly could have!! I would recommend these boys in this company to anyone and everyone.!!! Thanks again, fellas!

Can't say enough nice things. Red's is a family business (like ours), and it shows. One of our delivery trucks broke down. We were in a jam. Spoke to Karen and Dinah, they got in touch with their driver, Chris who detoured out of his way to help us out! Super friendly and professional. Rate was just what I expected - very fair. They turned a crummy morning for me into a much better day! If you need help, these are the folks to call.

This is a good shop with good people, front desk, Ernie and the entire crew also. We had electrical work done, mechanical, regular preventive maintenance, always properly done. They also offer towing services and road side assistance but as i always say, I hope you and I never need ?

They are great, the Tech even came out on his Birthday Thank You, Excellent work and fast repairs to my truck.
