DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!! These reviews fooled me big time. THEY CHARGED US $1,069 to patch a plug drain on our radiator. It took the tech 45 minutes at best and was an hour out when we called them. The plug drain is the size of a quarter maybe a bit bigger, we were at rest area not even on the side of the highway!! This bill should’ve been $3-500 tops they charged more than double on a 45 minute job. When calling the dispatch they said if it’s too much that i should’ve went down there and replaced it myself. That’s all i had to hear, that sentence along tells me what kindve people they are. Yes they were quick and fixed the repair, but charging almost $1100 on a 45 minute job is the exact definition of highway robbery. Charge whatever cause they can, if you have billions in your account than go with them, if your a normal working guy then stay far far away!!
I had a car running into the side of my tractor trailer and blow two of my tires and bent the rim I tried many people to come out there and fix my truck no one would because they didn't want to mess with the bent rim but Reds didn't have no problem they were quick fast and in a hurry and the mechanic they sent out named Alan he was really cool
Honesty and professionalism are rare to find in this industry, but this company truly stands out. We highly recommend them — excellent Team and Service.
We recently had a semi trailer have to be towed to their yard after a major accident. They were by FAR the fastest, most affordable, honest and helpful tow facility we have ever had the pleasure of working with! They had charges over asap, worked with us to transload the product out of the damaged trailer and provided all the requested photos and documentation so that we were able to get our cargo back on the road. What often is usually a multiple week and extremely expensive situation was handled in less than a few days and our customer is very happy! Katherine "Kat" is the BEST!
Recently had to be towed and have service done. The ladies and gentlemen, that work at reds. Are absolutely awesome. Very polite. And work very hard to get your role in as soon as possible. I’m very appreciative of their service. Thank you guys very much.

These guys are AMAZING!! While traveling from Michigan to South Carolina this past Wednesday, we had a tire blow on our 5th wheel near their location in Bidwell, Ohio. After a roadside service was able to put on the spare and we were able to find a local campground for the night, we called Red’s Thursday morning to see if they could help us. The blown tire had damaged our trailer braking system and fried the trailer disc brake. Chad, Zach, Chazz, Anthony, Joe and everyone on the team were truly wonderful! When we quickly realized how non-standard trailer parts are, they worked diligently to get us safely back on the road while providing us with the necessary hook-ups to stay in their lot overnight while waiting for solutions and parts to accommodate those solutions. They provided regular updates of status so we weren’t left hanging and also offered suggestions of things we could do in the local area while we waited. We have not experienced customer service like this ever as we have full-time RV’d all over the country for the past 4 years. We will remain loyal customers from this point forward by having them check our rig annually as we continue to travel. Highly, highly recommend Red’s Truck Center and Rollen Garage. They get 10+ stars!!! ⭐
John provided excellent service. He even helped me find a hotel after I was stranded from a broken water pump and serpentine belt. He went above and beyond.
I only called them for some information about having a vehicle towed. They were super nice and answered all my questions with ease. I would definitely use their services
The worker was great, unfortunately the owner wouldn’t budge on the price. Since when does it cost $935 to change a tire? $400 for a recap tire? The trailer was already jacked up, the driver helped get the old tire off and the new one on, maybe 10 minutes of work. Thankfully the employee was a great person and agreed to remove the tire once the driver seen the invoice. Highway robbery, ended up getting the tire replaced for $585 through someone else.
I bought a used vehicle from reds on a Monday being told by an employee named Harry that it only needed a tune-up the very next day it it stopped and would not start back up so I called for a tow to get it home and I was told by the tow truck driver it wasn't a tune up it was a blown engine Harry was not very helpful and pretty much said he was not going to help me 2 days later maybe even 1 day later Kat from the office contacted me and said to get ahold of her she was very helpful and sent a tow truck out the tow truck driver's name was Brandon and he was very nice and very helpful as well and refunded me the money for the vehicle so the interaction started out rough due to the one employee but was made right by the company and I was very pleased with that I highly suggest doing business with them Kat and Brandon were both great and very helpful with refunding my money and helping me through the tough time
Red’s has saved me many times! Each time being an excellent experience! The workers are super nice and caring and always take care of my vehicles! Always in a timely manner and never over charged!
