Was broke down in my work truck a couple of weeks ago. They responded quickly and kept me notified via texts through the whole process. The driver/mechanic that arrived was friendly, knowledgeable, fixed my truck, and got me back on the road in no time. Would definitely recommend them!!
One of our semi trucks had catastrophic failure along very busy section of major highway and we needed a wrecker immediately and these guys were there almost as quickly as me! Towed my truck out of danger and brought it back to my shop! Couldn’t ask for better service. Thanks guys!
Very professional struggle to get my toolbox off of our trailer but that was our trailer's fault. Very gentle about moving the toolbox around and was happily surprised with their service of moving my toolbox. Did seem a bit pricey for moving a toolbox but I am used to Central Ohio prices.
We were about 3 hours in to our 10 trip pulling a tandem axle U Haul trailer; Bam went the front street side tire. We knew we didn’t have a spare because I asked what do we do if there’s a problem on our trip. The rental agent told me that you just call the 800 number and they will take care of you. Being out in the middle of nowhere to us I drove to the next exit and pulled off on a side street. I called the 800 number and they dispatched High Road Towing and Truck Repair. The driver called us and said he was 45 minutes away and would have us back on our way shortly after arriving. Shure enough He arrived just like we’re told, pulled out the jack. Five quick bursts of the ratchet and the wheel was off. Back up from his service truck with a new wheel and it was back on. Down went the jack and he was wishing us a good day ahead on the rest of our journey. I asked what do we owe and the Gentleman responded with its all part of the rental no charge to us.
After losing a U joint on the side of the road and two bolts being broke off in my yolk, these guys came out to me when every other shop wanted me to tow my semi to them, took my driveline back to their shop and extracted both broke bolts, came back with the proper hardware and got me back on the road to where I didn’t miss out on work would definitely recommend these guys for all of your mechanic needs
They were extremely helpful, and although they didn't have any drivers, they called someone in to change my flat tire. The dispatcher updated me through text message letting me know he had called someone with an estimated time of arrival. The driver was very polite and quick. He had my tire changed and I was back on the road in no time. Highly recommend this company.
We have used them for lowboy service and loading equipment with their rotator. Tim is very knowledgeable and his crew is top notch. Competitively priced with great equipment! I recommend 100%
Wes was amazing. Was stuck on side of highway in middle of the night with my dog and son hundreds of miles from home and he was so caring and held conversation on the drive til I was safe at my hotel. God bless you and your family Wes.

Stopped at the truck stop across the street to get a tire fixed luckily the guys from high road was over there moving stuff for truck stop the gentleman running forklift had one of his guys go over the shop and got right on replacing my blown out tire also he straightened my mud flap to the best he could really appreciate that hope If I ever have any issues on 35 again I will be using high road very professional
I would have to say this was the fastest I've ever had roadside to get to me. The guy was definitely professional and answered any questions. I needed, and they got me done real fast. I would recommend them to anybody else that runs up Hwy 35 in ohio.. Or anywhere you need to be towed. Trailer fixed or truck fixed or tires. I would highly recommend this company

Had a trailer defect, lights wouldn't work. These guys got called and responded very quickly. Ran into some snags but our guy was persistent and got us back on the road. Our repair guy was awesome, friendly and constantly letting us know what was happening! 5/5 definitely would recommend.
I had them bring a school bus from WV to 100 miles north in Ohio. We had a little challenge to get it set in place but my driver did a great job. Thanks
