I needed replacement rims for my car and they made it so quick and easy for me. They had exactly what I needed and I can’t say enough about the great customer service. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much!
Best service, even better pricing. I am very satisfied to have found this place, where it was hassle free, to get exactly what we needed for more than a fair price.
GREAT AUTO RECYCLER. WE ORDERED A LATCH AND HAD IT SHIPPED ANTICIPATING 3-4 DAYS AND HAD IT THE NEXT DAY. THANKS FROM YOUR FRINDS AT BUMPER TO BUMPER!!!
Been going here for used car parts for 30 years. Have never let me down. Although used still good quality and have never had a problem with any part I've bought.
The people who work there are really nice and really fast when you need something from a vehicle and price are really good so I'll be ordering from them for a long time
Knowledgeable folks that usually have something your looking for that the other salvage yards might not have definitely have been going here since I was a kid.
I called bright and early on a Friday morning!! I have a newer car that was damaged during a hit and skip
And the radiator and radiator fan where damaged! They actually had the radiator I fan I needed and it was a direct fit!!!! Can’t recommend these guys enough! Price was perfect as well.
People there were very professional but down to earth very kind people and prices affordable ...first time there and I'm sure I'll make this my come to place for parts . Thanks
A good place to get auto parts nice people that will help you fimd the part ypu need even if yjey dont have it people there are great people. A+ from me
People are friendly however, prices are a bit over priced compared to actual quality. Care for removing the parts were low quality. So, unless it's the only place that has your item within 4 hours. I'd recommend making this yard your absolute last option. When asked about getting a door skin only. I was told "we only sell parts as a whole as in interior part too". I was more than ok with that assuming all parts would be in usable condition including the door panel as mentioned. It was obvious the door was dragged across the red parts truck I saw rolling around in their yard. Couldn't use that panel by the way. Very poor care with their parts.
Plenty of vehicles to pick and chose from. Apparently they dont let ametures pick parts themselves but I was in and out in a couple minutes. Great price after a little haggling but if you know what you're doing here they'll show respect. I will be returning due to their great business practices.
I'm searched a 50 mile radius for a valve cover. And this great company had one. Fast and easy. In and out. Definitely will be coming back here and recommending people to this establishment
Went there 1 time, for a part only available at a junkyard, meaning not even the dealership can get this part, it's discontinued, and was denied that part as its a part of the fuel system attached to the motor and was "nicely" suggested (he never actually suggested this directly) to buy the $400+ engine as EVERY engine in HIS junkyard "runs" (to be fair, he did say this with a smile) but this completely contradicts it being a "pull-a-part" JUNKYARD! THATS HOW THEY ARE AQUIRED!!!! Car breaks, you can't fix it, meaning it doesn't run, you scrap your non running broken car/truck! as a shade tree mechanic for the last 20 years, from out of state looking for a good dependable place for used parts, this was by far the worst experience in a junkyard/scrapyard... As, If your part isnt going to generate the hundreds/thousands they predicted for that vehicle, they don't want your buissness........
Don't assume that since you don't know the person entering your establishment is new to fixing cars with junkyard parts, or picking up parts for another to put on, or outright not mechanically inclined, I'm a "this car runs on 100% junkyard parts" kinda guy, but I'm having second thoughts now, as if we can afford a used engine at half the price of a used car it also means we can afford a used car, which also means we don't really NEED any junkyards at that point......
If you don't want to sell the part, don't give unreasonable excuses, last I checked a junkyards goal is to piece out the ENTIRE car anyway possible to get every available penny out of the parts above scrap value, but what do I know... Ignorance is bliss I suppose...
EDIT: after looking at YOUR advertising and pictures YOU have posted, it appears that you pull and store all "running" engines and trans. in a warehouse?! not leave them stored in the vehicles in the yard? Interesting.....
Had a transmission shipped to a shop and the first problem was a bad shift solenoid, they made that right, then it was tearing up the flywheel and come to find out it was the wrong transmission they shipped went for the car due to year. Called because of the 90 day warranty and as I figured they were really defensive and blamed the shop for installing it wrong . Called dealer with VIN from car and numbers from transmission and dealer stated this particular transmission would not fit.so now we have to get another tranny.BEWARE!
Bought a radiater from them in decent shape the staff was very professional and called me back as soon as part was pulled . Thr manager helped assisted the part in my vechile smooth transaction no wait intended.
Very pricey but I'm cool with that, it's your business you can sell your stuff for whatever you think it's worth...my only issue is some customers are treated better others. If you don't know a new customer don't assume or judge him/her, get to know them!
Wirthman brothers has been in business for quite a few years and is one of the most reputable salvage yards in the area. Their prices are comparable with other major salvage yards and the quality is above average
They will not sell you a part knowing that it's junk, if for some reason the part is defective, they will replace or refund.
The associates were very helpful, but what I needed was a latch for my glove box and they said I had you buy the entire glove box, even though 2 screws removed the lock. They charged me $35 which I felt was very high.
