Great company! Was at my house within 20 minutes and was half the price of another company I spoke with. I will definitely be saving your info for if I need a tow again!
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Disgusting employees. Damaged my car when towing and wouldn’t accept responsibility for their actions. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. An inhumane and horribly run establishment, I would get zero stars if I could.
Driver saved me a lot of time and money by asking questions and making good suggestions for ways to handle the situation when he arrived. I really appreciated everything he did! Hopefully I won't need another tow any time soon, but if I do, I'll be calling here first.
Services that were provided for me today was awesome. Brent had great customer service. He towed my car safely . I will definitely use them again if I need too.
My daughter had auto accident. We needed a tow as the wheel was off the car and it was blocking the road. We have AAA and wanted to call them. The sherrif said we could not wait for AAA and called Als towing. We left with our injured daughter and the sherrif said she would stay with the car until the tow arrived. We went home and then received a call from the sherrif saying that Als towing would not take it a mile away unless we paid them $250. We said we could not leave our injured daughter. We told them to tow the car to their lot and we would settle up later. They picked up the car at approx 5pm Friday. On Monday morning they stated to get the car from their impound lot it was going to cost $580. In my opinion this is predatory practice. They are scamming people in a desperate situation.
Everyone here is incredibly kind, understanding, and patient! I'm grateful to have had such a pleasant experience during an otherwise stressful time (wrecked my car)! Thank you again for everything!!
Matt responded quickly when called to service a dead battery. He had to use his truck to jumpstart the battery because the portable battery couldn’t get the vehicle to start. It took LESS than 15 minutes. I was quite surprised at the amount charged! It cost ~$140!! Note to self: ask what the service charge will be before scheduling.
Absolutely had to come to google and leave a review for this company -- specifically for Brant, who took care of my family and our car. We hit something and had a blown tire on a very busy highway. From the time I called for an emergency tow to the time I was home he was extremely helpful and communicative, and it was all done in a short and painless hour and fifteen minutes. He and his partner were kind and friendly, making a bad situation a lot easier to deal with. Thank you thank you thank you!!! Cannot express how much it meant to us.
Great fast service and for a great price. Couldn't ask for better service. 1st 3 tow companies I called said they'd have someone call me back within 45 min. Al's said I'll be there in 25 min. Driver had my truck hooked within 20 min
Terrible! We need our car towed from the gym to the mechanic and the rude woman on the phone said it would be 60 to 90 minutes. After 2 hours, my husband called and was told that “the driver was by our car and tried calling him 10 times”. We did not miss a single call, as we were waiting anxiously by the phone. Don’t waste your time with them.
Al’s Towing is great!! They hauled a large chicken coop in the past for us. Now they have hauled an antique hay rake. Both times the customer service has been top notch. A lot of other towing companies wouldn’t even call us back. Most towing companies around the Columbus area are shady. Al’s Towing is definitely not shady. Every time we’ve used Al’s Towing the drivers have been super friendly & extremely helpful. I recommend them for ANY of your towing needs!
James was my driver two days in a row. He was super nice and was able to catch a mechanical issue that even Firestone missed. They are also very cheap compared to other towing services.
When my car got a flat tire at 10:30pm on a Saturday, they got here in 20min, made quick work and had a reasonable price. Will definitely call next time!
If i ever need a tow these guys are great. My car wouldn't start and Aaron said he would try and jump start it. It started and he said he would just charge me for the jump start and i said thats fine. He came back and said je wasn't going to charge me at all. I said good things will come to you. Very, very nice tow truck guy by the name of Rick, came and helped me with my tire by plugging and putting air in it. Very professional and helpful. Rick was very busy but continued to be very kind and patient. He was the BEST, and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. God bless him. his family and the company.
I been using Al's towing for my business trucks and personal for the last 5 years . They have always came through when myself or staff needed. Yesterday I was stranded in a no parking zone and Rick had to move somethings around and was too my location in 15 minutes for my tow. I would give 10 stars if I could!! Great bunch of guys !!!
I ABSOLUTELY cannot say enough amazing things about this company!!!! I had been sitting on the side of a major highway in the pouring rain waiting on my insurance approved tow truck which ended up not coming after 2 hours when I called my local tow truck company, Al's towing. The driver, Joe, arrived within 10 minutes and showed concern that I was crying due to feeling stressed/overwhelmed/angry at the previous company. He loaded up my SUV and drove me to my local garage and even offered to drive me home!!! I will never NOT call this company! Seriously amazing!!! Call them!!!!!
Robert saved my day!!!! I called a few other tow companies and they were unavailable till Monday eve, it was Saturday! I was panicked and broke down and Robert went out of his way to come get me and take my car and I to a dealership! I only had 1 hour to get my car and myself to the dealership to get a rental and he made sure I made it there! I am so grateful to him! I would recommend Al's towing to anyone!!! Thank you Robert!!!
After getting a flat on i-71 south after exit 94 i called my GMC roadside assistance to order a tow for my car. After nearly six hours on the side of the road i flagged down a flat bed that was picking up anther vehicle who suffered the same fate as my own. After speaking with the drive he said he would loop around and get me within 30 minutes or so. About 15 minutes later he was hooking up my car and got me to the shop. He even went as far as cutting around the construction to save a few more miles on the tow.
Fantastic service. I can't thank Rick at Al's towing enough for what he did for us today. Rolled my vintage collector car and rock came out on his day off and 2 hours before his sons graduation to get my car back on all fours with no further damage and towed away safe. He really took precaution and time to get out safe and sound with no further damage. I can't thank him enough. I won't be using anyone else in the future. Highly highly recommend!
We had a rollover accident with a vintage collector car. Rick at Al's Towing came out on his day off, and did an excellent job of uprighting the car with no additional damage at all. I have used Al's towing in the past as well, and service was always fast and excellent. I won't be using anyone else for my towing needs after what they did for us today. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
Disorganized, took forever to get my car out since they answered a call that they spent about 10 minutes on before finishing up with me. If you are.pauing in cash bring exact change because they have no change. I was.also quoted significantly less on the phone than what I was charged when I walked in to the shop.
The young gentleman who helped me tow my motorcycle yesterday went out of his way to assist me in getting it started, and putting gas in it for me. He also helped me put it in my storage unit. I highly recommend using this company if you need a tow. They're reasonably priced and very friendly. I was extremely pleased and will use them again.
Awesome service, way above average. Rick went above and beyond what a normal towing company would do. I had a fairly difficult tow to do and Rick got it done quickly and safely. I have used a lot of towing companies in the 20 years I have been in business but I will only use Al's after the amazing service they did today. Thanks Rick!
Lady who quoted me on the phone was very nice! The man who towed my car only took 30 minutes and was right on time.
Decent price for the tow and great customer service, no complaints! I've had to wait on a tow for 2+ hours twice in the past, so I'm very pleased!
I use Al's exclusively to provide towing to my Mercedes-Benz service shop and feel confident that my customers will be treated with professionalism and respect. Their drivers are great and after many tows, I have no complaints with their service whatsoever.
We used Al's to move a toolbox today. Shawn was the driver who helped us. On time for the pickup very professional and took very good care of the toolbox. Rate was very reasonable. If we have to move the toolbox again we will be returning to Al's
We called them Saturday in a pinch and they arrived in 30 minutes. Great, quick quality service! Much faster than Shamrock who told us it'd be a 1 1/2 hour wait which turned into 2 1/2 hrs of waiting until we finally cancelled. We were very confident with Al's towing and the eta provided to us. Would definitely recommend!
Fast service! Made a point of saying that once he arrive he worked for me and I was the boss. When I said it was stuck in gear, he did not hesitate, he knew exactly what to do.
Even though he would not make as much money, did not complain one bit when I asked him to bring it somewhere much closer than originally requested.
Again Fast service! Less than 25 minutes, when I was given a 90 minute estimate.
I will request Al's towing in the future from AAA.
