From the time of breakdown at 2:00am I had to sit in the vehicle for 4 hours in 20 degree weather without heat because the truck wouldn't run for over a minute. When Curtis arrived it was exciting to see what he had to do to the truck in order to get it hooked up and tow both tractor and trailer back to the yard. He was great at his job and very informative with working in those elements. Kudos to World Truck Towing and Recovery.

While the driver was polite, beware of very predatory practices. 400$+ for a tow to a body shop less than 10 min away. Was only informed AFTER arriving that i could have it towed to their impound for "free" and my insurance could handle it if I didnt want to pay that much. Average price for that kind of tow is less than 200$ from anyone else without haggling over tow location.
I was a little upset I broke down last night from a busted airline and couldn’t fix it myself. The guy who came out said it best when he said “we all have our own occupations”. Needless to say I felt like an idiot after I watched him fix it but the knowledge that I learned from him was worth every minute of my wait and will help me and others in the future. He was right on time and fixed the problem in a few minutes. I don’t know what location he was from but I broke down in Chillicothe, Ohio. Anyways just wanted to say thanks and I appreciate you guys.
I blew out an airbag on my trailer. Turns out I had just lost the seal on the airbag. Instead of an expensive replacement they reseated the air bag saving my company a ton of money and saving me a ton of time. Everyone was super helpful, Curtis came out to the street where I was parked and diagnosed the problem, then got me repaired quickly, bonus points for top notch communication and keeping me in the loop every step of the way.
Always top notch service! Their after hours service is bar none! I know when I book them, the job will be completed, and there is no need to worry. Their drivers are friendly and courteous. No question on who to call when I need hauling/ towing services.
My Tesla got into an accident and they towed it back to my apartment and came out the next day to try and fix the low voltage to get the footage from my glovebox. Tesla didn’t allow them to try further but I’m appreciative of them standing out in the heat and providing the best support with the upmost respect. I highly recommend this company
Was blessed by an employee named Sean today. He saw my van on the side of the road. He put on the spare and even blew up my spare cuz it to was flat. I was very grateful, as my fiancée didn't have to risk the tight shoulder during rush hour to put on the spare.
Def recommend this company. Not many people like Sean exist. He def will have a repeat customer from myself. Its very hard to find honest people who care.
I was blackmail by you guys. And gave the worsest Night ever. Drove off 20 miles after your service here is the massage that I got and the truck stopped again. I called you guys back and I was told just drive to the nearest shop after yall took my $947.35 for not ever put a Single part.

Worst service and owner/staff attitude I have seen in the industry.Had trucks towed many times across the US along the years but never had I ever been mistreated and overcharged like Wold Truck did. Had one of our units towed fro 9 miles from a truck stop to their yard(after a police impound)Arrangements were made with Wold Truck and they were notified that I will be flying next morning to pick up our unit.Arrived in Columbus next morning to go pick up my truck.After at least 10 phone calls and 2 hrs in-front of their closed gates they finally told me that for safety reasons they need to send 2 employees to open the gate and they don't have 2 employees available to send on Sunday.Bill at this point was ~2600$(that is to toll a running truck for 9 miles and keep it at their yard for a night,mind you truck wasn't even in a ditch or in need of any kind of special service,an employee of ours just decided to steal company equipment and was captured by police and tractor unit with empty trailer was towed)However they did not allow me to take my truck that day so next day I had to get Columbus police department involved so I can go to their premises as they felt that I was too aggressive and sent me an email that I am not allowed at their property.Very convenient for them to play their little games and drag on releasing the equipment them as the bill went from 2600$ to 3983$ overnight.I was also denied any other payment options than cash so for my safety one of the police officers had to give me a ride to the bank where I could do the 4000$ cash withdraw(what century are we in?).If I were you I would twice before using their services.In my opinion they are over priced,rude,unprofessional that goes both for staff and the owner Mike that doesn't even show up in person to try and resolve issues but hides behind a telephone line and acts like he doesn't want to hear what you have to say.All he kept repeating was cash only.Beware of their rates,do your research first.Their 24/7 service also doesn't mean they are open 24/7,you may end up paying additional storage if your towing falls on the weekend.Worst experience ever,would not recommend.
Amazing people!!! Got into a pretty messy situation after my Qualcomm steered me wrong. Ended up on the grass shoulder and my trailer, 48,000lbs loaded, decided to keep going. I had a 1 1/2 inch gap between my fifth wheel and skid plate, I thought for sure my entire rig was going to flip. But nope! Brook hooked me up and pulled my heavy butt out of that shoulder no problem. I am SO impressed with his work I’ll recommend them to anyone
