While I do feel the price is probably in keeping with what I'd pay elsewhere, I'd advise patrons to pay attention to the fact that they'll be paying an extra 3% if they use a credit card. Take cash or use a debit card.

Ayers is by far the best. They are very upfront with you about what they can or cannot do. They are usually willing to take on work that most mechanics turn down. They communicate well and even follow up with you months later to see if everything is still working right.
I have been taking my 2014 VW Passat for a few years now and I can trust that Ayers will make the necessary repairs in a very timely manner. I don’t feel like I’m being overcharged either. Highly recommend
10/21/25 late afternoon while driving cross country on I-70 we had a vehicle malfunction that needed immediate attention. After calling several auto repair shops, Ayers Complete Auto agreed to diagnose the problem. Ryan interrupted his work to help us out. Because it was 4pm he phoned a parts supplier w/ the special request to deliver needed parts ASAP. Thanks to Ryan’s auto expertise/knowledge, integrity, and generosity we were back on the road home (CO) a few hours later. We were lucky to find Ayers Complete Auto.
Oil change for food truck. Ryan is a professional, got service done in a day. I also made some request outside of the oil change for checkup. He looked into and let me know the situation. Reliable, professional and honest.

The guys got me scheduled for the next morning for a brake job on my daughters car and did a great job… And while not cheap per se, the price was fair and the work was done well and quickly. Will be using them again and that’s the best I can say about them!
We brought my son's truck in Friday for a over heating issue , they called him and informed him it is a cracked head !! Truck was showing no signs of it and so we picked up the truck . The Truck is fixed thanks to himself and step dad ( Spuds Garage) bc it was indeed a water pump issue . Which is way cheaper, this shop just seen a young kid (25) that thought he didn't know what he was talking about.. very disappointed in this shop. I hate seeing shop taking advantage of people. U know it could be someone , mom, dad , grandma, grandpa or your kids , shame on You!!!
Service was excellent! My car was repaired within the estimated cost and completed on time. I plan to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a honest and reliable auto repair shop.
I should have asked for prices ahead of time, yes that's on me. When I saw other reviewer mentioning the reasonableness, I thought they would be reasonable. I got charged $219 for an oil change and the replacement of two air filters (which I provided). They were done with all of this within 40 minutes of me dropping off the car. Forget what the "Michelin Book" says, that is an absurd amount of money to charge for labor. If you're looking for an affordable shop, this is not it.
If you want a knowledgeable mechanic who won't rip you off and charge you an arm and a leg ACA is the place to go. I recently had some significant work done on my car here that 2 other shops in town didn't want to do and I was beyond impressed. The quality of work is top tier but the prices are fair and they don't have a problem using parts you provide. I will never go anywhere else.
2 weeks after my car was done my father in laws air conditioner needed to be fixed so he called Ayers. We dropped it off around 930am, they called by 1030 to tell him what was wrong and how much it would be and it was done and ready to be picked up by 2pm. Now he won't go anywhere else either ?
I had a headlight out and Ryan got me in the same day, replaced both headlights. If one went out the other cannot be far behind. In and out in about 35 minutes. Great service!

First of all, I heard of Ayers after bringing a friend there while her car was getting worked on.
My car was in need of an alternator and they were the cheapest place by far. While working on my car they advised me that my alternator belt was cracked and needed replaced, they even showed me the belt.
Then another problem occurred......
I called them because I had to jump start my car every time I needed to go somewhere,
I was thinking I needed a starter, so they told me to drop the car off and they'll take a look at it when they have the chance, but as soon as I pulled in the parking lot they came out and tested my car right away, they told me I just needed to buy a better battery. (I found out later my battery was defective)
Wow, their honesty & promptness was priceless to me.
They may be a little ways out from the busy city area but they are only 5 miles from Hall & Norton Rd, on W. Broad St.
Mike & Ryan go above and beyond to meet their customers needs, so I highly, highly recommend them!

I was traveling out of town when the alternator unexpectedly went out on my truck. Not being from the area, this left me stranded. Ayers was recommended to me by some locals and I'm glad I called. Ryan was great to work with. He was able to work me in, get a new alternator in my truck, and get me back on the road very quickly. Prices were absolutely reasonable. I was in a tough spot being stranded out of town and they could have taken advantage of that, but instead they did great by me. I would recommend ACA any time to anyone. Thanks again Ryan!
Worked with my extended warranty insurance to help reduce the portion that I was responsible for paying. He's always done excellent work for a reasonable price. I have trusted them with all my vehicles since it was Keller's and he was their mechanic. Very knowledgeable, honest, and quick.
