Went here today. The daughter that was at the counter ask What do you want. Very very rude not just to me but everyone that came in also had my 9year old daughter with me and all the lady did was cuss and yell at customers.. would not recommend them and will not be back.

Great place to buy used auto parts. Have a great selection of newer cars there with plenty of makes & models. Girls up front run the show and will get what ya need done and it's a fast and busy environment. I suggest you do not wast there time. Parts runners are friendly and informative. The guy who helped me drive around for a min helping me find a special wheel. Prices are fair. Only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because of the wait to get my wheel. It was a tad too long but 4 outta 5 is still way better than most!👍

Excellent place to take scrap metal. Sure, they ain't the nicest sometimes, but they're bearable, and actually helpful.

Extremely disappointed. Paid a "deposit" 100 bucks to have a transmission pulled and at no time did I ever get told this was non refundable. Was told it "had to be paid before the transmission would be pulled to ensure pickup of the transmission." After my friend who is doing work on my car got my car completely lifted realized it wasnt my transmission but it was an axel that was broken. So called to find out if the deposit could be refunded to me by means of in store credit.....not once did I ask for money back to me but i asked if it could be used on a couple cosmetic things I needed for my car...also stated that I would pull the items I needed myself for the fact they pulled the transmission already. Was very rudely told "well what part of it is a non refundable deposit dont you understand?" By an Extremely rude guy on the phone. Very disappointing. Only reason I am giving 2 stars is cause their price for the part was 200 bucks cheaper than every junkyard around within 75 miles. Dont see how u can keep my money as a "non refundable" deposit when it was never told it was and no paperwork filled out.... and then if someone else comes along charge them a "deposit".....I know I'll be in contact with the better business bureau because this business practice does not seem legal.
