10/10 recommend! I called this morning and talked to Mike, he had my part waiting on me when I arrived. Maddie greeted me with a smile and recognition from the last time I was in and they took care of me just the same. I was in and out quickly with a fair price and excellent service. If you need good, reliable parts for a great price GO HERE FIRST!
Very unprofessional. I called to ask about prices on some parts for my vehicle and the lady working there was very rude and hung up the phone while I was in the middle of asking a question… I called back to ask for a manager and a gentlemen answered who claimed to be the manager but refused to give me his name and told me “Do whatever you need to do” and hung up when I mentioned I was going to leave a review. Based off previous reviews I wasn’t surprised with my experience on the phone with this business. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Will take my business elsewhere where we are appreciated.
I just wanted to say, that I purchased a VW radio from them today and they were very accommodating and concerned about retrieving the code for activation. They are very personable and I have used them repeatedly for major and minor parts. Never have I been disappointed and would recommend them to anyone. I feel like family there.
