BE VERY CAREFUL SELLING SCRAP HERE. I HAVE PERSONALLY SEEN A SCALEMAN UNDERCUT A NEW CUSTOMER BY RINGING UP THEIR SCRAP AS SOMETHING SIMILAR, BUT FOR A CHEAPER PRICE. An example of this is: New customer brings ~50lbs of wire. 60% of it is 75% copper wire, and the other 40% of it is 65% copper wire. While the customer isn't paying close attention to the screen, the scaleman buys it all as 65%, giving the new customer a worse deal. The cash office will disclose whats on the ticket, but an untrained eye would not know to correct that. It's not illegal, but it's morally wrong. My advice, sell your scrap somewhere where the employees will be FULLY transparent with your items. Also, the place is full of OSHA violations. People walking around without PPE, oil in the runoff, the list goes on.
